Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a bucket including: bucket body 100, tooth member 101, and guard member 102;
the tooth member 101 is disposed on the bucket body 100, one end of the guard member 102 is connected to the tooth member 101, and the other end of the guard member 102 is connected to the bucket body 100;
the guard member 102 is used to reinforce the strength of the connection between the tooth member 101 and the bucket body 100.

In this embodiment, the bucket body 100 includes a first side plate 103, a second side plate 104, and a bottom plate 105;
the bottom plate 105 is disposed between the first side plate 103 and the second side plate 104; the bottom plate 105 includes a front plate portion 106, a circular arc connecting portion 107, and a rear plate portion 108, which are connected in this order.

When the tooth 109 works, the tooth 109 receives a force from a second direction (here, the second direction is a direction forming a certain angle with the first direction 111), and when the tooth 109 tends to deform along the second direction or to displace relative to the bucket body 100, the elastic member 112 also tends to be compressed or is compressed, and the elastic member 112 can apply a reaction force to the tooth 109, that is, the tooth 109 receives a force opposite to the second direction, which is also called a pre-tightening force, that is, the pre-tightening force can prevent the tooth 109 from deforming, so that the service life of the tooth 109 is prolonged.

In this embodiment, in an actual working process, the bucket provided by the present application needs to be connected to a driving mechanism of an excavator, and the driving mechanism is used to drive the excavator to perform an excavating motion of the bucket, specifically, the lug plates 116 are spaced apart from each other on the edge of the rear portion 108 of the bottom plate, the lug plates 116 are provided with connecting holes, and a driving shaft on the driving mechanism passes through the connecting holes on the lug plates 116, so that the driving shaft is rotatably connected to the lug plates 116, and further, the driving mechanism is used to drive the bucket to perform a motion; more specifically, in order to increase the service life of the ear plate 116, an ear plate cover 117 is provided on the ear plate 116.

one end of the reinforcing member is connected with the tooth holder (110), and the other end is connected with the front part (106) of the base plate.
10. An excavator, comprising a bucket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
