Abstract
The invention discloses a press-formed colored fair-faced concrete slab and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fair-faced concrete slab comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 22 to 35 percent of cement, 48 to 63 percent of quartz sand, 0.16 to 0.27 percent of rubber powder, 0 to 0.90 percent of pigment and 13.9 to 15.8 percent of water. The invention greatly improves the production efficiency by vibration pressing molding, does not need to use redundant additives, and correspondingly reduces the production cost; the clear water concrete does not need to be coated with a surface protective agent, and the polluted damaged surface can be directly polished and polished to restore the natural color; the invention not only can be used for manufacturing the plain concrete original-color plate, but also can be added with various pigments to manufacture the colorful plain concrete plates with different colors, so that the decorative effect of the plain concrete plates is better.

the quartz sand is a mixture of quartz sand with three specifications of 48-80 meshes, 80-120 meshes and 120-300 meshes, and the quartz sand comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 46-62% of 40-80 mesh quartz sand, 30-44% of 80-120 mesh quartz sand and 5-14% of 300 mesh quartz sand;
the rubber powder is re-dispersible latex powder;
the pigment is an inorganic iron oxide pigment.
A preparation method of a press-formed colorful fair-faced concrete slab comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing cement, quartz sand, rubber powder and pigment in a stirrer for stirring and premixing, then adding water into the stirrer for secondary stirring, and obtaining a uniform mixture after stirring;
placing the mixture in a mould, performing vibration and pressure pressing by using a press, and discharging redundant water by using negative pressure;
directly putting the formed wool with a tray into a steam curing box, wherein the environmental temperature of the steam curing box is 40-60 ℃, and the humidity is more than or equal to 95%;
curing in a steam curing box for 24 hours, demolding, and then carrying out closed spraying curing, wherein the temperature of the curing environment is controlled to be 15-35 ℃, the humidity is controlled to be more than 95%, and the curing time is 14-28 days;
and grinding and polishing the product after maintenance is finished, and adhering a fiber net on the back surface for reinforcement to obtain a finished product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the clean water concrete slab is formed by vibration pressing, compared with pouring forming, the production efficiency is greatly improved, no extra additive is needed, and the production cost is correspondingly reduced.
(2) The clean water concrete slab does not need to be coated with a surface protective agent, and the polluted and damaged surface can be directly polished and polished to restore the natural color. The quartz sand with the maximum grain diameter of 48-80 meshes is arranged in the aggregate of the fair-faced concrete slab, and the polished surface of the fair-faced concrete slab still shows the original color of the concrete, so that the fair-faced concrete slab can be directly polished and polished to form the effect consistent with the original surface after being polluted or damaged.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing cement, quartz sand, rubber powder and pigment in a stirrer for stirring and premixing, then adding water into the stirrer for secondary stirring, and obtaining a uniform mixture after stirring;
placing the mixture in a mould, performing vibration and pressure pressing by using a press, and discharging redundant water by using negative pressure;
directly putting the formed wool with a tray into a steam curing box, wherein the environmental temperature of the steam curing box is 40-60 ℃, and the humidity is more than or equal to 95%;
curing in a steam curing box for 24 hours, demolding, and then carrying out closed spraying curing, wherein the temperature of the curing environment is controlled to be 15-35 ℃, the humidity is controlled to be more than 95%, and the curing time is 14-28 days;
and grinding and polishing the product after the maintenance is finished, and sticking a fiber net on the back surface for reinforcement to obtain the finished red fair-faced concrete slab.
Example 2
A press-formed colorful fair-faced concrete slab comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 28.3% of cement, 56.5% of quartz sand, 0.20% of rubber powder, 0.28% of pigment and 14.7% of water.
