When in use, the kitchen garbage and the solid garbage of sewage which pass through the water inlet pipe 1 are fully crushed by the inverted triangular crushing roller 19, and simultaneously when passing through the filtering fence 16, the solid garbage and the sewage can be separated, the filtering fence 16 is rotated clockwise by 45 degrees by the motor and the rotating shaft, the filtering fence 16 is rotated into the incineration box 15, the gas cylinder 18 incinerates the fixed garbage in the filtering fence 16 in a flame form by the combustible gas through the flame nozzle 17, the solid garbage after combustion is poured out through the discharge port 14 by rotating the rotating shaft by 30 degrees, and the sewage is purified by the anaerobic layer 13 and the aerobic layer 12 and is discharged through the water outlet pipe 11.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (4)
1. The advanced treatment method of kitchen garbage and sewage is characterized by comprising the following steps;
s1, solid waste treatment and separation
Stirring kitchen garbage and sewage at a rotating speed of 300-500 r/min by a crushing roller (19) of a treatment device, separating the stirred solid garbage from the wastewater by a filtering fence (16), precipitating in the filtering fence (16) for 1-5 min, clockwise rotating the filtering fence (16) into an incineration box (15), incinerating for 5-10 min, clockwise rotating for a certain angle until the solid garbage is separated from the filtering fence (16), and anticlockwise rotating the filtering fence (16) into a purification box (7);
s2 anaerobic treatment
The filtered sewage passes through an anaerobic layer (13) of treatment equipment, anaerobic microorganisms hydrolyze insoluble substances of macromolecules to convert the insoluble substances into soluble substances of the macromolecules, and meanwhile, the anaerobic microorganisms adsorb and absorb part of organic pollutants in the water for self growth and reproduction so as to achieve the primary purification of the sewage;
the anaerobic microorganism comprises the following components: 1-3 parts of clostridium butyricum, 4-6 parts of denitrifying bacteria, 3-5 parts of plant lactic acid bacteria, 3-5 parts of thiobacillus denitrificans, 1-3 parts of anaerobic gram-positive coccus and 1-3 parts of bifidobacterium bifidum; each gram of the microbial inoculum contains more than 1 million of active bacteria;
s3 aerobic treatment
The sewage after anaerobic primary treatment passes through an aerobic layer (12) of treatment equipment, aerobic microorganisms are mutually combined to form a biological film with larger surface area and higher concentration in the growth and propagation process on a filler, most of organic pollutants in the water can be adsorbed in a large amount, so that the concentration of the pollutants is reduced, when the sewage passes through the aerobic layer (12), an air inlet machine (9) conveys external air into a purification box (7) through an air pipe (8), and the aerobic microorganisms can take the adsorbed organic pollutants as nutrient substances to be metabolized, and part of the absorbed organic pollutants is used for the growth and propagation of the aerobic microorganisms to be converted into carbon dioxide and water;
the aerobic microorganism comprises the following components: 3-6 parts of bacillus, 2-5 parts of cellulomonas flavigena, 2-4 parts of streptomyces bullae, 1-4 parts of nitrosobacteria, 2-6 parts of symbiotic azotobacter, 4-6 parts of lactic acid bacteria and 1-3 parts of sulfur bacteria by weight; each gram of the microbial inoculum contains more than 1 million of active bacteria;
the treatment equipment used in the deep treatment method of the kitchen waste and the sewage comprises a water inlet pipe (1), the top of a crushing box (2) is fixedly connected at the bottom of the water inlet pipe (1), the two ends of a movably connected crushing roller (19) in the crushing box (2) are connected, the left side of a fixedly connected gear box (5) at the right side of the crushing box (2) is close to a first gear (3) at one end of the gear box (5), the first gear (3) is meshed with a second gear (20), the left side of a fixedly connected motor (4) of the second gear (20) is close to the right side of the fixedly connected gear box (5), a fixedly connected inclined plate (6) at the bottom of the crushing roller (19) is close to the right side of the crushing box (2), the left side of the bottom of a fixedly connected purifying box (7) at the bottom of the crushing box (2) is close to a movably connected filtering fence (16) at the upper left side in the crushing box, the device is characterized in that the purification box (7) is internally close to a bottom fixed connection anaerobic layer (13) of a filtration fence (16), the purification box (7) is internally close to a bottom fixed connection aerobic layer (12) of the anaerobic layer (13), the left side of the purification box (7) is close to a right side of a filtration fence (16) fixed connection incineration box (15), the top of the incineration box (15) is fixedly connected with the bottom of a gas cylinder (18), the upper part of the incineration box (15) is fixedly connected with the top of a flame nozzle (17), the bottom of the incineration box (15) is fixedly connected with the bottom of a discharge port (14), the bottom of the purification box (7) is fixedly connected with the top of a support column (10), the bottom of the purification box (7) is close to the top of a support column (10) fixed connection water outlet pipe (11), the right side of the purification box (7) is fixedly connected with the left side of an air inlet fan (9), and the bottom of the air inlet fan (, the other end of the air pipe (8) is fixedly connected with the right side of the purification box (7);
the inclined plate (6) is close to the extending end of the filtering fence (16) and extends into the purifying box (7), and the inclined angle of the inclined plate (6) in the purifying box (7) is larger than the inclined angle of the inclined plate (6) in the burning box (15).

The method for advanced treatment of kitchen waste and sewage according to claim 1, characterized in that: the three crushing rollers (19) are arranged and distributed in the crushing box (2) in an inverted triangle; the right ends of the three crushing rollers (19) are fixedly connected with first gears (3), and second gears (20) are arranged in the middle of the right sides of the three crushing rollers (19).

The method for advanced treatment of kitchen waste and sewage according to claim 1, characterized in that: the filtering fence (16) is fan-shaped and is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft close to the fan-shaped top angle; one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the motor, and the rotating direction of the rotating fence (16) is clockwise.

The method for advanced treatment of kitchen waste and sewage according to claim 1, characterized in that: the anaerobic layer (13) is anaerobic microorganisms, and the aerobic layer (12) is aerobic microorganisms; the support columns (10) are four and distributed at four corners of the bottom of the purifying box (7), and the water outlet pipes (11) are arranged in the middle of the purifying box (7).
