The use method of the full-automatic chain wheel tapping mechanism with the thread detection comprises the following steps:
step one, manually feeding materials to a vibration disc 16, sequentially conveying chain wheels to be processed to a guide plate 29 under the action of the vibration disc 16, wherein a piston rod of a first translation cylinder 30 is in a contraction state, and the chain wheels penetrate through a feeding hole 31 and then are pressed on a push plate 32;
step two, the piston rod of the first translation cylinder 30 extends out to drive the push plate 32 to move along the direction of the first slide rail 28, and the chain wheel falls into the correction groove 35;

The full-automatic chain wheel tapping mechanism with the thread detection function according to claim 1, wherein the correction device comprises a correction motor, an output shaft of the correction motor is connected with a rotating seat, a positioning head matched with the center of the chain wheel is arranged in the middle of the rotating seat, positioning needles matched with two through holes in the chain wheel are arranged on two sides of the positioning head on the rotating seat, the positioning head and the positioning needles are connected with the rotating seat through correction springs, and a mounting sleeve is arranged on the rotating seat around the positioning head and the positioning needles.

The full-automatic chain wheel tapping mechanism with the thread detection function according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the qualified finished product blanking mechanism and the defective product rejecting mechanism are identical in structure, the qualified finished product blanking mechanism and the defective product rejecting mechanism both comprise third bottom plates arranged on a mounting disc, support columns are arranged on the third bottom plates, second base plates are connected onto the support columns, second translation cylinders and second slide rails are arranged on the side faces of the second base plates, second sliding blocks connected with the second slide rails in a sliding mode are connected onto piston rods of the second translation cylinders, fourth lifting cylinders are arranged on the second sliding blocks, and discharging air claws used for clamping chain wheels are connected onto piston rods of the fourth lifting cylinders.
10. The use method of the sprocket full-automatic tapping mechanism with the thread detection function according to any one of claims 1 to 9, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, manually feeding a vibrating disc, sequentially conveying chain wheels to be processed to a guide plate under the action of the vibrating disc, enabling a piston rod of a first translation cylinder to be in a contraction state, and pressing the chain wheels on a push plate after the chain wheels penetrate through a feeding hole;
step two, the piston rod of the first translation cylinder extends out to drive the push plate to move along the direction of the first sliding rail, and the chain wheel falls into the correction groove;
thirdly, the first translation cylinder resets to drive the push plate to return to the position corresponding to the correction device after resetting;
step four, the first lifting cylinder drives the first lifting plate to move downwards after being started, then the positioning head can enter a central hole of the chain wheel, the two positioning pins can abut against the chain wheel, then the correction motor is started, an output shaft of the correction motor drives the rotating seat to rotate for a certain angle, so that the two positioning pins are driven to rotate, the positioning pins can enter the through holes under the action of the correction springs when passing through the corresponding through holes during rotation and drive the chain wheel to rotate together, and when the rotating seat stops rotating, the chain wheel is corrected to a set position;

step six, the chain wheel is moved to the position corresponding to the feeding rechecking mechanism after the turntable rotates by a certain angle, then the feeding correcting mechanism repeats the steps in the step three, the step four and the step five, the feeding rechecking mechanism can detect whether the position of the chain wheel is correctly placed, if the position is correctly placed, the next step is carried out, if the position is not correctly placed, the next step is not carried out, and the defective product rejecting mechanism discharges materials when the chain wheel moves to the position corresponding to the defective product rejecting mechanism under the action of the turntable;
step seven, after the turntable rotates for a certain angle again, the chain wheel moves to the position corresponding to the front chamfering mechanism, and the front chamfering mechanism can chamfer the front surfaces of the two through holes on the chain wheel;
