背景技术
玻璃是人类现代生活中常用的一种物质,它可以做成各种器具、器皿、平板玻璃等。在工业生产过程中,经常会产生废弃玻璃制品,为了资源的可持续利用,可以把废弃的玻璃及制品收集起来,化害为利,变废为宝。玻璃厂的废玻璃原料中含有杂铝、铁及塑料等杂质,现有玻璃厂仍然在沿用人工分选的方式,分选效果取决于人为因素,长时间从事单一工作,工人注意力不集中,会出现漏选现象,且废弃玻璃较大容易造成物料堆积,分选工作很难进行,分选步骤繁琐需要大量人力,分选成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种废玻璃分选装置。它可以对废玻璃进行逐级分选,能够有效的分选出铁、铝和塑料盖废料,减低漏选可能性,减少筛选工作的工作量,降低生产成本。
本发明的技术方案:一种废玻璃分选装置,包括本体,本体的顶部设有第一进料口,本体内的顶部设有清洗破碎装置,第一进料口与清洗破碎装置的顶部连接;所述清洗破碎装置的一侧设有第一传送带,第一传送带的上方设有第一电磁辊,第一传送带下方的一侧设有第一挡板,第一挡板的一侧设有第二传送带,第二传送带的上方设有第二电磁辊,第二传送带下方的一侧设有第二挡板,第二挡板的下方设有主动辊,主动辊通过皮传动连接有偏心永磁辊,偏心永磁辊的一侧设有第三挡板,第三挡板下方的一侧设有铝制废料口,第三挡板的下方还设有风选箱;所述本体的底部设有支腿。

1、本发明通过在本体内的顶部设有清洗破碎装置,在清洗破碎装置的一侧设有第一传送带,第一传送带的上方设有第一电磁辊,第一传送带下方的一侧设有第一挡板,第一挡板的一侧设有第二传送带,第二传送带的上方设有第二电磁辊,第二传送带下方的一侧设有第二挡板,第二挡板的下方设有主动辊,主动辊通过皮传动连接有偏心永磁辊,偏心永磁辊的一侧设有第三挡板,第三挡板下方的一侧设有铝制废料口,第三挡板的下方设有风选箱,利用清洗破碎装置对玻璃废品进行破碎和清洗,再利用第一电磁辊和第二电磁辊对玻璃废品进行两次除铁,利用偏心永磁辊进行铝制品的分选,最后利用风选箱进行废玻璃与塑料制品的分离,逐级分选,能够有效的分选出铁、铝和塑料盖废料,减低漏选可能性,减少筛选工作的工作量。
2、本发明通过在清洗破碎装置中设置多个清洗辊,清洗破碎装置的一侧设有多个与清洗辊一一对应的双排轮,相邻的两个双排轮之间设有传动带,清洗破碎装置内还设有两个破碎辊,清洗破碎装置的一侧还设有主动齿轮、从动齿轮和传动齿轮,主动齿轮和从动齿轮分别与两个破碎辊的一端连接,且主动齿轮和从动齿轮均与传动齿轮啮合连接,主动齿轮经传动带与其中一个双排轮连接,利用破碎辊对玻璃废品进行破碎,利用清洗辊对废玻璃进行清洗,方便筛选工作的进行。
3、本发明通过在清洗破碎装置的下方设有底架,底架的中部设有收渣装置,收渣装置的中部设有凹槽,凹槽的底部设有漏水孔,凹槽内设有滤渣架,滤渣架的底部设有滤网,在清洗破碎装置内的顶部设有喷淋管,底架的下方设有水泵,水泵的进水端与漏水孔连通,水泵的出水端与喷淋管的进水端连通,方便利用滤网过滤清洗废水中的固体杂质,再利用水泵将过滤后的废水抽至喷淋管,循环利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例:一种废玻璃分选装置,构成如图1所示,包括本体1,本体1的顶部设有第一进料口38,本体内的顶部设有清洗破碎装置2,第一进料口38与清洗破碎装置2的顶部连接;所述清洗破碎装置2的一侧设有第一传送带3,第一传送带3的上方设有第一电磁辊4,第一传送带3下方的一侧设有第一挡板5,第一挡板5的一侧设有第二传送带6,第二传送带6的上方设有第二电磁辊7,第二传送带6下方的一侧设有第二挡板8,第二挡板8的下方设有主动辊9,主动辊9通过皮传动连接有偏心永磁辊10,偏心永磁辊10的一侧设有第三挡板11,第三挡板11下方的一侧设有铝制废料口12,第三挡板11的下方还设有风选箱13;所述本体1的底部设有支腿14,利用逐级分选的方式,有效的分选出铁、铝和塑料盖废料。
如图2-3所示,所述清洗破碎装置2内设有多个清洗辊15,清洗破碎装置2的一侧设有多个与清洗辊15一一对应的双排轮16,相邻的两个双排轮16之间设有传动带17,清洗破碎装置2的下方设有第一电机18,其中两个双排轮16经传动带17与第一电机18的输出端连接,清洗破碎装置2的另一侧设有出料口24,方便对玻璃废品进行清洗。
所述清洗破碎装置2内的中部经轴承连接有两个破碎辊19,清洗破碎装置2的一侧还设有主动齿轮20、从动齿轮21和传动齿轮22,主动齿轮20和从动齿轮21分别与两个破碎辊19的一端连接,且主动齿轮20和从动齿轮21均与传动齿轮22啮合连接,主动齿轮20经传动带17与其中一个双排轮16连接,方便对玻璃废品进行破碎。
多个所述清洗辊15呈弧形紧密排列,对玻璃废品进行清洗,且防止玻璃废品从清洗破碎装置2中掉落。
如图4所示所述清洗破碎装置2的下方设有底架25,底架25的中部设有收渣装置26,收渣装置26的中部设有凹槽27,凹槽27的底部设有漏水孔28,凹槽27内设有滤渣架29,滤渣架29的底部设有滤网30,方便过滤玻璃清洗后的水中的固体杂质。
所述清洗破碎装置2内的顶部设有喷淋管23,底架25的下方设有水泵31,水泵31的进水端与漏水孔28连通,水泵31的出水端与喷淋管23的进水端连通,利于水的循环利用,节省水资源。
如图5所示,所述所述风选箱13的顶部设有第二进料口33,风选箱13的一侧设有第二电机34,风选箱13的内部设有扇叶35,扇叶35与第二电机34的输出端连接,风选箱13的底端设有废玻璃出口36和塑料出口37,利用塑料盖与废玻璃的材质属性对塑料盖进行分选。
所述第一电磁辊4和第二电磁辊7的外壁均设有电磁铁,利用磁性实现铁的分选。
Claims (5)
1.一种废玻璃分选装置,其特征在于:包括本体(1),本体(1)的顶部设有第一进料口(38),本体内的顶部设有清洗破碎装置(2),第一进料口(38)与清洗破碎装置(2)的顶部连接;所述清洗破碎装置(2)内设有多个清洗辊(15),清洗破碎装置(2)的一侧设有多个与清洗辊(15)一一对应的双排轮(16),相邻的两个双排轮(16)之间设有传动带(17),清洗破碎装置(2)的下方设有第一电机(18),其中两个双排轮(16)经传动带(17)与第一电机(18)的输出端连接,清洗破碎装置(2)的另一侧设有出料口(24),清洗破碎装置(2)内的中部经轴承连接有两个破碎辊(19),清洗破碎装置(2)的一侧还设有主动齿轮(20)、从动齿轮(21)和传动齿轮(22),主动齿轮(20)和从动齿轮(21)分别与两个破碎辊(19)的一端连接,且主动齿轮(20)和从动齿轮(21)均与传动齿轮(22)啮合连接,主动齿轮(20)经传动带(17)与其中一个双排轮(16)连接,清洗破碎装置(2)内的顶部设有喷淋管(23),底架(25)的下方设有水泵(31),水泵(31)的进水端与漏水孔(28)连通,水泵(31)的出水端与喷淋管(23)的进水端连通;所述清洗破碎装置(2)的一侧设有第一传送带(3),第一传送带(3)的上方设有第一电磁辊(4),第一传送带(3)下方的一侧设有第一挡板(5),第一挡板(5)的一侧设有第二传送带(6),第二传送带(6)的上方设有第二电磁辊(7),第二传送带(6)下方的一侧设有第二挡板(8),第二挡板(8)的下方设有主动辊(9),主动辊(9)通过皮带传动连接有偏心永磁辊(10),偏心永磁辊(10)的一侧设有第三挡板(11),第三挡板(11)下方的一侧设有铝制废料口(12),第三挡板(11)的下方还设有风选箱(13);所述本体(1)的底部设有支腿(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废玻璃分选装置,其特征在于:多个所述清洗辊(15)呈弧形紧密排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废玻璃分选装置,其特征在于:所述清洗破碎装置(2)的下方设有底架(25),底架(25)的中部设有收渣装置(26),收渣装置(26)的中部设有凹槽(27),凹槽(27)的底部设有漏水孔(28),凹槽(27)内设有滤渣架(29),滤渣架(29)的底部设有滤网(30)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废玻璃分选装置,其特征在于:所述风选箱(13)的顶部设有第二进料口(33),风选箱(13)的一侧设有第二电机(34),风选箱(13)的内部设有扇叶(35),扇叶(35)与第二电机(34)的输出端连接,风选箱(13)的底端设有废玻璃出口(36)和塑料出口(37)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的废玻璃分选装置,其特征在于:所述第一电磁辊(4)和第二电磁辊(7)的外壁均设有电磁铁。
