The cyclone dust removal equipment with the noise reduction function for waste gas treatment comprises a main body (1), an ash bucket (2), a protective shell (4), an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe and two support rods (3), wherein the main body (1) is fixed inside the protective shell (4), the ash bucket (2) is arranged below the main body (1), the main body (1) is communicated with the ash bucket (2), the two support rods (3) are respectively fixed on two sides below the ash bucket (2), the air inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the main body (1), the air outlet pipe is arranged above the main body (1), the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe are both communicated with the main body (1), a control panel is fixed on the protective shell (4), and a P L C is arranged in the control panel;
the vacuum mechanism comprises an air cylinder (6), a piston (7), an air cylinder (5), a first connecting pipe (8) and a second connecting pipe (9), the air cylinder (6) is fixed on a protective shell (4), one side of the air cylinder (6) is communicated with the interior of the protective shell (4) through the first connecting pipe (8), the other side of the air cylinder (6) is communicated with the second connecting pipe (9), the piston (7) is arranged in the air cylinder (6), the piston (7) is connected with the inner wall of the air cylinder (6) in a sealing manner, the cylinder body of the air cylinder (5) is vertically fixed above the air cylinder (6), a round hole is formed in the upper part of the air cylinder (6), an air rod of the air cylinder (5) penetrates through the round hole to be connected with the upper part of the piston (7), the upper part of the piston (7) is connected with a cleaning mechanism, valves are arranged in the first connecting pipe (8) and the second connecting pipe (9), and the valves and the air cylinder (5) are electrically connected with a P L C;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a connecting assembly, a first bearing, a rotating shaft (20), a first gear (19), two transmission assemblies and two cleaning assemblies, wherein the first bearing is fixed at the top in the main body (1), two ends of the rotating shaft (20) are fixedly connected with an inner ring of the first bearing and the first gear (19) respectively, the two transmission assemblies are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the first gear (19), the transmission assemblies are connected with the first gear (19), the connecting assembly is connected with the upper part of the piston (7), the connecting assembly is connected with the transmission assemblies, the cleaning assemblies are arranged below the first gear (19), and the two cleaning assemblies are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the first gear (19);
the cleaning assembly comprises a connecting rod (21) and a scraper (22), the connecting rod (21) is L-shaped, one end of the connecting rod (21) is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the first gear (19), the other end of the connecting rod (21) is fixedly connected with one side of the scraper (22), and the other side of the scraper (22) abuts against the inner wall of the main body (1).

The cyclone dust removing apparatus having a noise reduction function for exhaust gas treatment according to claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a second bearing fixed at the top inside the main body (1), a transmission shaft (17), a second gear (18) and a worm wheel (16), both ends of the transmission shaft (17) are fixedly connected with an inner ring of the second bearing and the second gear (18), respectively, the first gear (19) is engaged with the second gear (18), the worm wheel (16) is fixed on the transmission shaft (17), and the worm wheel (16) is connected with the connection assembly.

The cyclone dust collecting apparatus with a noise reduction function for exhaust gas treatment according to claim 2, wherein the connection assembly comprises a worm (15), two third bearings and two connection units, both sides of the main body (1) are provided with through holes, both ends of the worm (15) are respectively disposed outside the main body (1) through the two through holes, both ends of the worm (15) are respectively connected with the two connection units, the connection units are in one-to-one correspondence with the pistons (7), the connection units are connected with the pistons (7), the third bearings are fixed on one side of the main body (1) near the through holes, the worm (15) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the third bearings, and the worm wheel (16) is engaged with the worm (15).

The cyclone dust collecting apparatus having a noise reduction function for exhaust gas treatment as set forth in claim 3, characterized in that the connecting unit comprises a connecting gear (14), a rack (12), a pull wire (10) and a first spring (13), two ends of the worm (15) are respectively fixedly connected with two connecting gears (14), the rack (12) is vertically arranged in the protective shell (4), the connecting gear (14) is meshed with the rack (12), two ends of the first spring (13) are respectively connected with the top in the protective shell (4) and the top end of the rack (12), one end of the pull wire (10) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the rack (12), one side of the inflator (6) close to the protective shell (4) and one side of the protective shell (4) close to the inflator (6) are both provided with small holes, the other end of the pull wire (10) sequentially penetrates through the two small holes to be fixedly connected with the upper part of the piston (7).

The cyclone dust removing apparatus with a noise reduction function for exhaust gas treatment according to claim 4, wherein the connection unit further comprises two fixed pulleys (11), one fixed pulley (11) is fixed on the inner wall of the side of the protective case (4) near the small hole, the other fixed pulley (11) is fixed on the top inside the cylinder (6), and one end of the pull wire (10) far from the rack (12) is fixedly connected with the upper side of the piston (7) by passing through the two fixed pulleys (11) in sequence.

The cyclone dust removing apparatus with a noise reduction function for exhaust gas treatment according to claim 5, wherein the connection unit further comprises a guide rod (23) and a fixing plate, the rack (12) is provided with a through hole, the guide rod (23) is vertically fixed at the top inside the protective casing (4), the bottom end of the guide rod (23) passes through the through hole to be fixedly connected with the fixing plate, and the rack (12) is slidably connected with the through hole.

The cyclone dust removing apparatus with noise reduction function for exhaust gas treatment according to claim 6, wherein the guide bar (23) is further circumferentially and uniformly fixed with ribs (24), the perforation is provided with a plurality of grooves, the number of the ribs (24) is equal to the number of the grooves, the ribs (24) correspond to the grooves one by one, the ribs (24) are arranged inside the grooves, and the ribs (24) are slidably connected with the grooves.
