Abstract
The invention discloses a pipe water cooling system for producing a cable protection pipe, which comprises a top plate and a water tank, wherein a plurality of nozzle mounting strips which are parallel to each other are arranged at the top plate, and a plurality of first nozzles are arranged on the nozzle mounting strips; a first cross beam is fixed on the top plate through a first support, a plurality of first grooves are formed in the first cross beam, a second cross beam is fixed on the top plate through a second support, a plurality of second grooves are formed in the second cross beam, guide rollers are arranged in the first grooves and the second grooves, the first grooves and the second grooves are equal in number and correspond to each other one by one, and a cable protection pipe can be supported between the corresponding group of first grooves and the corresponding group of second grooves; and the top plate is also provided with a side nozzle unit, a protection tube rotation driving unit and a protection tube linear driving unit. The water cooling system disclosed by the invention is uniform in cooling and free of cooling dead angles.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cable protection pipes, in particular to a pipe water cooling system for producing a cable protection pipe.
Background
PVC pipe, PE pipe etc. are all the common kind of cable protection pipe, and cable protection pipe can form the protection to the cable, and the application is extensive, (1) need the suit protection pipe when the cable passes the floor or the wall in building, tunnel or the cable is buried in indoor underground. (2) The cable is led to an electric pole and equipment from the channel, and a section of cable which is easily accessed by pedestrians and is below 2m away from the ground is provided with a protection pipe. (3) The cable is laid under the road or needs to be sheathed with a protection tube when crossing the road: (4) the cable led out from the bridge or the place where the bridge is difficult to install and the cable is scattered is covered with the protective tube. The cable protection tube is produced by a water cooling step, preferably uniform water cooling, and in the existing water cooling method, the water cooling method is sprayed, but the cooling method is not uniform and sometimes dead angles of spraying exist.

A pipe water cooling system for cable protection pipe production is characterized by comprising a top plate and a water tank, wherein a plurality of nozzle mounting strips which are parallel to each other are mounted at the top plate, a plurality of first nozzles are mounted on the nozzle mounting strips, all the first nozzles are connected with a circulating pipe, the circulating pipe is connected with the water tank, and a circulating pump is mounted at the circulating pipe; a first cross beam is fixed on the top plate through a first support, a plurality of first grooves are formed in the first cross beam, a second cross beam is fixed on the top plate through a second support, a plurality of second grooves are formed in the second cross beam, guide rollers are arranged in the first grooves and the second grooves, the first grooves and the second grooves are equal in number and correspond to each other one by one, and a cable protection pipe can be supported between the corresponding group of first grooves and the corresponding group of second grooves; the side nozzle unit comprises a first cylinder fixed on the top plate and a nozzle mounting plate arranged on the first cylinder, a plurality of second nozzles used for spraying water to the interior of the protection tube are arranged on the nozzle mounting plate, and the number of the second nozzles is equal to that of the first grooves; the protection tube rotating unit is arranged on two mounting brackets of the top plate in a wrapping mode, a polished rod is connected between the two mounting brackets, one mounting bracket is provided with a motor, the other mounting bracket is provided with a bearing, a lead screw is connected between the motor and the bearing, a sliding block penetrates through the polished rod and the lead screw, the sliding block is connected with a first upper movable plate through a second air cylinder, and the first upper movable plate is connected with a first lower movable plate through a first connecting column; protection tube linear driving unit is including being fixed in the mount of roof, the mount is connected with the U-shaped adjustable shelf through the third cylinder, the U-shaped adjustable shelf still is connected with the fly leaf on the second through the fourth cylinder, and the fly leaf is connected with the fly leaf under the second through the second spliced pole on the second, and the fly leaf is used for the tip of butt protection tube under the second, and the fly leaf has a plurality of holes that leak under the second, the quantity in hole that leaks equals the quantity of second recess, roof department still installs two guide rails, the U-shaped adjustable shelf includes two arms, the top of two arms all have with guide rail complex draw-in groove.
