The page separation driving part is arranged on the rear side surface of the box body 10 and comprises a page separation storage box 30 and a page separation roller 40, and the page separation storage box 30 is connected to the rear side wall of the box body 10 in a sliding mode and can slide in the vertical direction; the baffle roller 40 is arranged above the baffle storage box 30 and is connected with the box body 10 in a rotating mode, the compression spring 31 which is abutted against the bottom of the baffle storage box 30 is arranged below the baffle storage box 30, and the baffle roller 40 and the baffle storage box 30 are mutually extruded by the compression spring 31. A leaf separating inlet tangent to the lowest position of the leaf separating roller 40 is arranged on the rear side wall of the box body 10; the separating pages are colored and are arranged in the separating page storage box 30, the separating page roller 40 is tightly pressed on the separating pages, and the separating pages can be pushed into the box body 10 from the separating page inlet by the separating page roller 40 under the condition that the separating page roller 40 rotates rapidly.
One end of the page separation roller 40 is provided with a ratchet and pawl mechanism, so that the page separation mechanism can only rotate in one direction; the other end of the leaf separating roller 40 is connected with an intermediate gear 41 through a one-way bearing 42, and the intermediate gear 41 and the driving gear 22 form a gear transmission relationship, so that the driving gear 22 can unidirectionally input power to the leaf separating roller 40 to drive the leaf separating roller 40 to rotate. In order to provide sufficient friction between the leaf roller 40 and the leaves, the surface of the leaf roller 40 is covered with a rubber layer.
The rotating shaft connected with the impeller of the second fan is fixed with the page separation roller 40, so that the rotation of the page separation roller 40 drives the impeller of the second fan to rotate at the same time. A first air port 12 facing the interior of the box body 10 is formed in the front surface of the box body 10, and an air outlet of the first fan is communicated with the first air port 12; and a second air port 13 is arranged at one end of the guide plate 20 facing the front surface of the box body 10, and the second air port 13 is communicated with an air outlet of the second fan.
When the printed paper document 50 is in the groove 21 of the guide plate 20, the guide plate 20 is turned upside down, and the paper document 50 slides from the groove 21 into the housing 10. In the process of turning over the guide plate 20, the paper document 50 slides into the box body 10 from the groove 21 of the guide plate 20, and at the moment, the first air opening 12 blows air flow to bend the paper document 50 towards the back side face of the box body 10; in the process of returning the guide plate 20 from the inclined state to the horizontal state, the second air opening 13 blows air which acts on the end of the paper document 50 which finally leaves the groove 21 on the upper surface of the guide plate 20, thereby facilitating the paper document 50 to fall down in the horizontal state to avoid the paper document 50 from being bent. In addition, the partition roller 40 rotates to enable the partition to enter the box body 10 and be laid above the paper documents 50, so that the partition has a partition effect on the paper documents 50, and the paper documents 50 can be conveniently searched in a later period.

the tender mark management module is used for uploading tender mark files by tenderers, specifying a deposit fund collection bank, an account opening name and a payment mode in the tender mark files, simultaneously carrying out hash encryption on the information to obtain a deposit fund requirement abstract, and writing the deposit fund requirement abstract into a first type of node in the block chain network;
the bid management module comprises a bid registration sub-module and a bid security payment sub-module;
the bidding and reporting submodule is used for carrying out bidding and reporting by bidders;
paying the bid deposit through a bid deposit payment sub-module after the bidder finishes the bid registration, and prompting that the tender cannot pay if the payment mode of the bidder is detected to be inconsistent with the requirement of the tenderer; if the payment mode of the bidder is in accordance with the requirement of the tenderer, the tender deposit payment sub-module extracts the information of the payment bank and the account on the page and writes the information into a second type node in the block chain network;
after the tender deposit payment submodule prompts that payment is successful, the tender deposit payment submodule extracts information of the tenderer, information of the bidder and payment amount of the bidder, generates a tender information abstract by using Hash encryption, and writes the tender information abstract into a third type node in the block chain network.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein: the block chain network is a dynamic network, and allows each block chain link point to enter and exit at any time.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein: the tender deposit payment sub-module extracts information of a payment bank and an account on a page, generates a tender deposit payment abstract by using Hash encryption, and writes the tender deposit abstract into a second type node in the block chain network.

The system of claim 3, wherein: the bid management module further comprises a screen capture submodule, the bid deposit payment submodule enters a deposit payment page and detects that the payment mode of the bidder is in accordance with the requirement of the tenderer, the screen capture submodule is called to screen the page information and store a local file of 'bidder + bid item + deposit payment abstract', and the local file is uploaded to a second type node of the block chain network;
when logging in, the bid inviting management module downloads files of bidders, bid items and deposit summary from the block chain network and stores the files as local files.

The system of claim 4, wherein: the bid inviting management module comprises an information prompting submodule, and after the bid inviting management module successfully downloads the files of bidders, bid items and deposit payment abstracts, the information prompting submodule sends out deposit receiving prompting information.

The system of claim 5, wherein: the bid inviting management module comprises a file printing module; after the tender management module successfully downloads the files of 'bidder + tender item + deposit summary', the file printing module is called to print the files of 'bidder + tender item + deposit summary'.

The system of claim 6, wherein: the bid inviting management module also comprises a local file management submodule; and the tenderer tendering management module refunds the deposit and completes refund marking, and meanwhile, the local file management submodule is called to delete the corresponding files of the bidder, the tender item and the deposit summary.
