While a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
The control method of high-temperature sterilization of the first embodiment of the present invention is applied to an air conditioner, and in this embodiment, the control method of high-temperature sterilization includes:
step S10, when the air conditioner is detected to enter a disinfection mode, controlling the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioner to rise to a preset disinfection temperature;
in this embodiment, in the use of air conditioner, the easy gathering dust of wind channel, fan, heat exchanger etc. of air conditioner, breed the pollution to can seriously influence indoor air quality, harm people's health. Accordingly, air conditioning sterilization technology has been developed.
As mentioned above, currently, for air conditioner disinfection, an air conditioner with an ultraviolet sterilization module is commonly used, and an automatic cleaning system is also installed in the air conditioner, or a high temperature disinfection function is installed in an air conditioner product, and the heat exchanger can be heated to 55 ℃ for 10 minutes. However, the indoor heat exchanger in the high-temperature sterilization mode of the current air conditioner has a low temperature, which does not reach the temperature required by the pasteurization principle, or the temperature is close to the high temperature, and the duration is short. These problems lead to ineffective sterilization, increased power consumption of the air conditioner, and undesirable effects. According to the control method for high-temperature disinfection, the temperature of the air outlet is adjusted to be higher than the preset disinfection temperature, the air outlet temperature under the disinfection mode is guaranteed to reach the high-temperature requirement, meanwhile, the disinfection time is determined based on the disinfection time control parameter and the current room volume to be disinfected, the high-temperature disinfection time is dynamically judged and controlled on the basis of guaranteeing the disinfection effect, and the high-temperature disinfection efficiency is improved.
Specifically, when the air conditioner is detected to enter the disinfection mode, the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioner is controlled to rise to the preset disinfection temperature. The air conditioner can be controlled to enter a disinfection mode through the APP associated with the air conditioner, and the air conditioner can also be triggered to enter the disinfection mode through a mode switching button on an air conditioner remote controller; the temperature of the air outlet is obtained by a temperature sensor arranged at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioner is raised by increasing the frequency of the compressor, or reducing the rotating speed of the indoor fan or adjusting the opening of the expansion valve.
Specifically, step S10 includes:
step S11, determining the target operation frequency of the internal compressor corresponding to the preset disinfection temperature based on the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the frequency of the internal compressor of the air conditioner, and controlling the internal compressor to adjust the operation frequency to the target operation frequency;
in this embodiment, the frequency of the inner compressor of the air conditioner is proportional to the temperature of the air outlet, that is, the higher the frequency of the inner compressor, the higher the temperature of the air outlet. And determining the target operation frequency of the inner compressor according to the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the frequency of the inner compressor of the air conditioner, so that the air outlet temperature is raised to a preset disinfection temperature, wherein the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the frequency of the inner compressor of the air conditioner is obtained by experimental data.
Step S12, determining a target rotating speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the preset disinfection temperature based on the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the rotating speed of the indoor fan of the air conditioner, and controlling the indoor fan to adjust the rotating speed of the indoor fan to the target rotating speed;
in this embodiment, the indoor fan speed of the air conditioner is inversely proportional to the outlet temperature, that is, the lower the indoor fan speed, the higher the outlet temperature. And determining the target rotating speed of the indoor fan according to the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the rotating speed of the indoor fan of the air conditioner, so that the air outlet temperature is raised to the preset disinfection temperature, wherein the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the rotating speed of the indoor fan of the air conditioner is obtained through experimental data.
And step S13, determining the target opening of the expansion valve corresponding to the preset disinfection temperature based on the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the opening of the expansion valve of the air conditioner, and controlling the expansion valve to adjust the expansion valve to the target opening.
In this embodiment, the opening degree of the expansion valve of the air conditioner is inversely proportional to the outlet temperature, that is, the smaller the opening degree of the expansion valve is, the higher the outlet temperature is. And determining the target opening of the expansion valve according to the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the opening of the expansion valve of the air conditioner, so that the air outlet temperature is raised to the preset disinfection temperature, wherein the corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature and the opening of the expansion valve of the air conditioner is obtained through experimental data.
Step S20, determining the current disinfection duration control parameter of the air conditioner and the current room volume to be disinfected, and determining the operation duration of the disinfection mode based on the disinfection duration control parameter and the room volume to be disinfected;
in this embodiment the disinfection mode operation duration is determined by both the disinfection duration control parameter and the current room volume to be disinfected, the disinfection room volume being such as to ensure that all air in the room is disinfected. Wherein, the disinfection duration control parameters comprise air outlet volume and return air temperature.
Further, the step of determining the current room volume to be sterilized comprises:
step a, acquiring detection data of the infrared detector;
and b, calculating the volume of the room to be disinfected based on the detection data.
The disinfection room volume of the user room can obtain the layout of the user room through scanning devices such as infrared detection and the like, and then the room volume to be disinfected is obtained through calculation according to detection data, and the room volume to be disinfected can remove the space occupied by furniture and the like in the user room, so that the room volume to be disinfected is closer to the real air volume. In addition, the user can also input the area of the home room or select the provided area option through the APP for controlling the air conditioner, or select the provided area option through the remote controller, and further calculate the volume of the room of the user.
Specifically, step S20 includes:
step S21, acquiring the rotating speed of an internal fan and the state of an air deflector of the air conditioner, and calculating to obtain the air outlet volume based on the rotating speed of the indoor fan and the state of the air deflector;
in this embodiment, when the disinfection duration control parameter is the air outlet volume, the current air outlet volume needs to be calculated by using the indoor fan rotation speed and the air deflector state of the air conditioner. And calculating the current air outlet volume according to the rotating speed of the indoor fan and the state of the air deflector. The rotating speed of the indoor fan can be directly obtained, and the rotating speed of the indoor fan and the air outlet volume are in a direct proportion relation. The different states of the air deflector correspond to different air guide coefficients, the air guide coefficients are obtained according to the current air deflector state, and the air outlet volume is further calculated by using a preset air outlet volume calculation method according to the indoor fan rotating speed and the air guide coefficients, wherein the preset air outlet volume calculation method is the prior art and is not repeated here.
And step S22, determining the operation duration of the disinfection mode by using the air outlet volume and the current room volume to be disinfected.
In this embodiment, the operation duration of the disinfection mode is obtained according to the acquired volume of the room to be disinfected and the calculated air outlet volume. And (4) dividing the volume of the room to be disinfected by the air outlet quantity to obtain the running time of the disinfection mode. For example, the room volume is 300m3Air volume at the time of starting timing was 10m3Min, then calculated to obtain 300/10 a minutes needed to run (a is a comprehensive coefficient greater than 1, considering whether all indoor air can be heated, or considering air repeated for many timesHeating to ensure sterilization effect, etc.), assuming that a is 1, it is required to operate for 30 min.
Step S23, judging whether the air outlet volume changes or not based on the current air outlet volume and the air outlet volume before the preset duration;
step S24, when the air outlet volume is judged to be changed, the running time of the disinfection mode is obtained, and the volume of the room to be disinfected is calculated based on the running time;
and step S25, calculating the updated operation time length of the disinfection mode based on the current air outlet volume and the volume of the room to be disinfected, and controlling the air conditioner to keep the disinfection mode operation based on the updated operation time length of the disinfection mode.
In this embodiment, the air outlet volume of the air conditioner may change during the operation process, the current air outlet volume may be calculated at regular time, the operation duration of the disinfection mode corresponding to the volume of the remaining room to be disinfected is recalculated according to the change of the air outlet volume, and the air conditioner keeps operating in the disinfection mode according to the updated operation duration of the disinfection mode. Specifically, the current air outlet volume is calculated once at intervals of preset duration, wherein the preset duration is specifically determined according to the electric control capability of the air conditioner. And comparing the current air outlet quantity with the air outlet quantity determined by the last calculation, and further judging whether the air outlet quantity changes. When the air outlet volume is not changed, the running time of the disinfection mode does not need to be calculated again.
However, if the amount of outlet air changes, the operation duration of the updated disinfection mode needs to be further calculated according to the current amount of outlet air and the volume of the room to be disinfected. For example, the room volume is 300m3Air volume at the time of starting timing was 10m3Min, calculating to obtain 300/10 a minutes (a is a comprehensive coefficient greater than 1, considering whether all indoor air can be heated or considering repeated heating of air to ensure sterilization effect, and the like), and assuming that a is 1, operating for 30 min; after the operation is carried out for 15min (namely half of the air is sterilized), the air quantity is reduced to 5m3Min, according to calculation, the disinfection mode needs to be carriedLine 150/5/1 for 30 minutes; the whole actual running time is 30+ 15-45 min.
And step S30, controlling the air conditioner to keep the disinfection mode to operate based on the operation time length.
In this embodiment, after determining the operation duration of the sterilization mode according to the sterilization duration control parameter and the volume of the room to be sterilized, the air conditioner keeps operating in the sterilization mode for the operation duration.
According to the control method for high-temperature disinfection provided by the embodiment, when the air conditioner is detected to enter a disinfection mode, the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioner is controlled to rise to a preset disinfection temperature, then the current disinfection duration control parameter of the air conditioner and the current room volume to be disinfected are determined (the room volume to be disinfected is used for ensuring that all air in a room is disinfected), the operation duration of the disinfection mode is determined based on the disinfection duration control parameter and the room volume to be disinfected, and then the air conditioner is controlled to keep the disinfection mode to operate based on the operation duration. The temperature of the air outlet is adjusted to the preset disinfection temperature, the temperature of the air outlet in a disinfection mode is guaranteed to meet the high temperature requirement, meanwhile, the disinfection time is determined based on the disinfection time control parameter and the current room volume to be disinfected, and the high-temperature disinfection time is dynamically judged and controlled.
Based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the control method of high-temperature sterilization of the present invention is proposed, and in this embodiment, the step S20 further includes:
step S26, obtaining the return air temperature of the air conditioner, and determining a temperature calculation coefficient based on the return air temperature;
in this embodiment, when the sterilization duration control parameter is the return air temperature, the temperature calculation coefficient is determined based on the return air temperature. And determining the temperature calculation coefficient according to the corresponding relation between the return air temperature and the temperature calculation coefficient, wherein the corresponding relation between the return air temperature and the temperature calculation coefficient is obtained by experimental data. For example, different return air temperatures T1 correspond to different temperature calculation coefficients b, and if T1 is 56 ℃, b is 5; t1 ═ 60 ℃, corresponding to b ═ 10; t1 ═ 65 ℃, then corresponds to b ═ 20.
And step S27, determining the operation time length of the disinfection mode by using the temperature calculation coefficient and the current room volume to be disinfected.
In this embodiment, the operating duration of the sterilization mode is obtained according to the obtained volume of the room to be sterilized and the temperature calculation coefficient. And dividing the volume of the room to be disinfected by the temperature calculation coefficient to obtain the disinfection mode operation duration. For example, the known room volume V is 300m3If the current air-conditioning return air temperature is 56 ℃, and a coefficient b is 5, the operation time of the disinfection mode is 300/5 a, the coefficient of a is the same as that of the former method (more than 1, considering that corner air is not disinfected and air needs to be disinfected for multiple times, etc.), and if a is 1, the operation time is calculated to be 60 min.
Step S28, when the change of the return air temperature is judged based on the current return air temperature and the last determined return air temperature at intervals of preset duration, the running time of the disinfection mode is obtained, and the volume of the room to be disinfected is calculated based on the running time;
and step S29, calculating to obtain updated disinfection mode operation time length based on the temperature calculation coefficient corresponding to the current return air temperature and the volume of the room to be disinfected, and controlling the air conditioner to keep the disinfection mode operation based on the updated disinfection mode operation time length.
In this embodiment, the return air temperature of the air conditioner may change during the operation process, and the return air temperature may be obtained at regular time, and the disinfection mode operation duration corresponding to the volume of the room to be disinfected is recalculated according to the change of the return air temperature. Specifically, the current return air temperature is acquired at a preset time interval, wherein the preset time interval is specifically determined according to the electric control capability of the air conditioner. And comparing the current return air temperature with the last determined return air temperature, and further judging whether the return air temperature changes. When the return air temperature is unchanged, the disinfection mode operation time length does not need to be recalculated.
However, if the return air temperature changes, the current return air temperature and the volume of the room to be disinfected need to be calculated furtherThe updated sterilization mode is run for a long time. After 30min of operation (i.e. half of the air has been sterilized), the return air temperature reaches 60 ℃, and at this time, the corresponding temperature calculation coefficient b is 10, the remaining time to be operated is 150/10 × a — 15min, i.e. the sterilization process is finished after 15min, and the actual operation time is 30+15 — 45 min.
The control method for high-temperature disinfection provided by this embodiment obtains the return air temperature of the air conditioner, determines a temperature calculation coefficient based on the return air temperature, then determines the operation duration of the disinfection mode by using the temperature calculation coefficient and the current room volume to be disinfected, and sets a preset interval duration, obtains the running time of the disinfection mode when the return air temperature is determined to be changed based on the current return air temperature and the last determined return air temperature, calculates the remaining room volume to be disinfected based on the running time, and finally calculates the updated disinfection mode operation duration based on the temperature calculation coefficient corresponding to the current return air temperature and the remaining room volume to be disinfected, and controls the air conditioner to keep the disinfection mode operation based on the updated operation duration of the disinfection mode.
