Abstract
一种电动密封蝶阀,阀体侧面设有支架,支架装有行星轮变速箱和步进电机,阀体上方设有驱动箱,驱动箱内部设有蜗轮蜗杆机构,驱动箱一侧通过行星轮变速箱与步进电机连接,阀体内设有蝶板,蝶板内部的转动轴一端与驱动箱连接,另一端与阀体底部的角度传感器连接,所述控制中心包括PLC控制器和无线收发模块,能够远距离进行维修或者控制电动密封蝶阀,对电动密封蝶阀的蝶板进行开启或者关闭能够进行监控,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其是涉及一种电动密封蝶阀。
背景技术
阀门是管路流体输送系统中控制部件,它是用来改变通路断面和介质流动方向,具有导流、截止、节流、止回、分流或溢流卸压等功能。用于流体控制的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格繁多。阀门可用于控制水、蒸汽、油品、气体、泥浆、各种腐蚀性介质、液态金属和放射性流体等各种类型流体地流动,在一些室内或地下传输管道中都采用电动密封蝶阀,然而控制线路一般采用网线,但是网线过长,导致信号衰减增加,且易受干扰,不利于系统控制信号的传输,而且在远距离操控电动密封蝶阀时,也无法确定阀门关闭或者开启,由于地下传输的管道阀门较多,检修起来也十分的不方便。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电动密封蝶阀,解决远距离控制电动密封蝶阀的通断和检测电动密封蝶阀是否开启或者关闭。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种电动密封蝶阀,包括阀体、行星轮变速箱、步进电机和控制中心,所述阀体侧面设有支架,支架装有行星轮变速箱和步进电机,阀体上方设有驱动箱,驱动箱内部设有蜗轮蜗杆机构,驱动箱一侧通过行星轮变速箱与步进电机连接,阀体内设有蝶板,蝶板内部的转动轴一端与驱动箱连接,另一端与阀体底部的角度传感器连接;
所述控制中心包括PLC控制器和无线收发模块。
优选方案中,所述控制中心中,信息处理中心将数据通过无线收发模块发送到蝶阀上的无线收发模块,无线收发模块将数据发送到PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制步进电机旋转,角度传感器将蝶板的位置反馈到PLC控制器再通过无线收发模块传输到信息处理中心确保阀门打开或关闭。
优选方案中,所述阀体内壁开有密封圆环槽,密封圆环槽内设有密封胶套,所述蝶板外圆周圈设有开有圆环槽,圆环槽内部设有蝶板密封胶层,蝶板密封胶层突出蝶板外圆表面。
优选方案中,所述密封胶套一面与密封圆环槽贴合,密封胶套另一面突出阀体内表面,密封胶套上设有与蝶板密封胶层相匹配的凹槽。
优选方案中,所述密封胶套和蝶板密封胶层的材质为氟橡胶,或者为硅橡胶。
优选方案中,所述行星轮变速箱的传动比为1:3。
优选方案中,所述驱动箱一侧设有手动转盘。
本发明提供一种电动密封蝶阀,在阀体上设有驱动箱,通过涡轮蜗杆驱动对蝶板进行驱动,蜗杆连接行星轮变速箱,可以对蜗杆进行较大的扭矩输出,行星轮变速箱通过联轴器与步进电机连接,步进电机能够准确的将蝶板转动的转动的位置达到90度,能将电动密封蝶阀开启到最大化,控制中心开启步进电机,使其打开蝶板,蝶板下方的角度传感器将蝶板的位置传输到控制中心,在值班室就能看到阀门是否开启或者关闭,在步进电机开启却没有打开蝶板,此时角度传感器没有角度变化,将生成警报发送到值班室进行维修,在体内壁开有密封圆环槽,密封圆环槽内设有密封胶套,通过密封胶套对阀体进行密封,达到最好的密封效果。

具体实施方式
如图1~5所示,一种电动密封蝶阀,包括阀体2、行星轮变速箱12、步进电机1和控制中心15,所述阀体2侧面设有支架10,支架10装有行星轮变速箱12和步进电机1,阀体2上方设有驱动箱6,驱动箱6内部设有蜗轮蜗杆18机构,驱动箱6一侧通过行星轮变速箱12与步进电机1连接,阀体2内设有蝶板3,蝶板3内部的转动轴一端与驱动箱6连接,另一端与阀体2底部的角度传感器14连接,所述控制中心15包括PLC控制器和无线收发模块,由此结构,在阀体上设有驱动箱,通过涡轮蜗杆驱动对蝶板进行驱动,蜗杆连接行星轮变速箱,可以对蜗杆进行较大的扭矩输出,行星轮变速箱通过联轴器与步进电机连接,步进电机能够准确的将蝶板转动的转动的位置达到90度,能将电动密封蝶阀开启到最大化,控制中心开启步进电机,使其打开蝶板。
优选方案中,所述控制中心15中,信息处理中心将数据通过无线收发模块发送到蝶阀上的无线收发模块,无线收发模块将数据发送到PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制步进电机1旋转,角度传感器14将蝶板3的位置反馈到PLC控制器再通过无线收发模块传输到信息处理中心确保阀门打开或关闭,由此结构,能够远距离控制电动密封蝶阀开启和关闭,在步进电机开启却没有打开蝶板,此时角度传感器没有角度变化,将生成警报发送到值班室进行维修。
优选方案中,所述阀体2内壁开有密封圆环槽9,密封圆环槽9内设有密封胶套8,所述蝶板3外圆周圈设有开有圆环槽,圆环槽内部设有蝶板密封胶层7,蝶板密封胶层7突出蝶板3外圆表面,由此结构,通过密封圆环槽9里面的密封胶套8与蝶板3外圆周圈的蝶板密封胶层7进行贴合,起到密封的作用。
优选方案中,所述密封胶套8一面与密封圆环槽9贴合,密封胶套8另一面突出阀体2内表面,密封胶套8上设有与蝶板密封胶层7相匹配的凹槽,由此结构,通过凹凸配合的胶套,可以起到更好地密封作用。
优选方案中,所述密封胶套8和蝶板3密封胶层的材质为氟橡胶,或者为硅橡胶,使用耐磨材料更好的提高了使用寿命。
优选方案中,所述行星轮变速箱12的传动比为1:3,星轮变速箱12的输入端与输出端的比为1:3。
优选方案中,所述驱动箱6内部采用涡轮蜗杆18驱动,驱动箱6一侧设有手动转盘4,在紧急的情况下可以通过手动转盘4进行关闭。
使用时,在值班室通过信息处理中心将数据通过无线收发模块发送到蝶阀上的无线收发模块,无线收发模块将数据发送到PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制步进电机1旋转,角度传感器14将蝶板3的位置反馈到PLC控制器再通过无线收发模块传输到信息处理中心确保阀门打开或关闭,在步进电机开启却没有打开蝶板,此时角度传感器没有角度变化,将生成警报发送到值班室进行维修,其中AR1为角度传感器14,VT1为无线接收模块,所述AR1角度传感器14为MIRAN米朗 P2500角度传感器。
上述的实施例仅为本发明的优选技术方案,而不应视为对于本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求记载的技术方案,包括权利要求记载的技术方案中技术特征的等同替换方案为保护范围。即在此范围内的等同替换改进,也在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种电动密封蝶阀,其特征是:包括阀体(2)、行星轮变速箱(12)、步进电机(1)和控制中心(15),所述阀体(2)侧面设有支架(10),支架(10)装有行星轮变速箱(12)和步进电机(1),阀体(2)上方设有驱动箱(6),驱动箱(6)内部设有蜗轮蜗杆(18)机构,驱动箱(6)一侧通过行星轮变速箱(12)与步进电机(1)连接,阀体(2)内设有蝶板(3),蝶板(3)内部的转动轴一端与驱动箱(6)连接,另一端与阀体(2)底部的角度传感器(14)连接;
所述控制中心(15)包括PLC控制器和无线收发模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种电动密封蝶阀,其特征是:所述控制中心(15)中,信息处理中心将数据通过无线收发模块发送到蝶阀上的无线收发模块,无线收发模块将数据发送到PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制步进电机(1)旋转,角度传感器(14)将蝶板(3)的位置反馈到PLC控制器再通过无线收发模块传输到信息处理中心确保阀门打开或关闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种电动密封蝶阀,其特征是:所述阀体(2)内壁开有密封圆环槽(9),密封圆环槽(9)内设有密封胶套(8),所述蝶板(3)外圆周圈设有开有圆环槽,圆环槽内部设有蝶板密封胶层(7),蝶板密封胶层(7)突出蝶板(3)外圆表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种电动密封蝶阀,其特征是:所述密封胶套(8)一面与密封圆环槽(9)贴合,密封胶套(8)另一面突出阀体(2)内表面,密封胶套(8)上设有与蝶板密封胶层(7)相匹配的凹槽。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种电动密封蝶阀,其特征是:所述密封胶套(8)和蝶板(3)密封胶层的材质为氟橡胶,或者为硅橡胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种电动密封蝶阀,其特征是:所述行星轮变速箱(12)的传动比为1:3。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种电动密封蝶阀,其特征是:所述驱动箱(6)一侧设有手动转盘(4)。
