As shown in fig. 12, the automatic screw driving device 7 includes a moving module, an electric screwdriver 72 and a CCD camera 73, the moving module is composed of an X-axis moving module, a Y-axis moving module and a Z-axis moving module, the principle of which is the same as that of the moving module of the PCBA board assembling device 5, the moving module drives the electric screwdriver 72 and the CCD camera 73 to move, a screw feeder (not shown) conveys screws to the PCBA board, the electric screwdriver 72 screws up the screws, and the CCD camera 73 photographs and positions the screws conveniently and accurately.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the PCBA board transportation device 2 includes a PCBA board transportation rail frame 21, a belt transportation mechanism, a lifting cylinder 23, the belt transportation mechanism is installed in the PCBA board transportation rail frame 21, the belt transportation mechanism drives the PCBA board storage box to move from the front end to the rear end of the PCBA board transportation rail frame, and the lifting cylinder 23 lifts up the terminal PCBA board storage box so as to be convenient for the material taking robot 3 to take materials.
