Abstract

Example two
This embodiment is based on the embodiment, and provides a specific embodiment of the adjusting support device 141, the releasing device 131 and the accommodating device 142.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting support means 141 may include: a hollow gimbal tube 1411;
a first locking device 1411-1 is arranged at a first end of the universal pipe 1411, and the first locking device 1411-1 is arranged to be locked and form a seal with the releasing device 131;
the second end of the universal pipe 1411 is provided with a second locking device 1411-2, and the second locking device 1411-2 is locked with the receiving device 142.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting support 141 may include, but is not limited to: a universal serpentine tube; for example, a hollow gimbal may also be used.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3(a) and 3(b), due to the spiral structure and material of the universal tube 1411, the flexibility of the universal tube in any direction and angle and the length scalability are determined, which provides a structural basis for the orientation and height adjustment of the releasing device 131.

a bundling sleeve 1313 located within the hollow region of the orienting conduit 1311, configured to secure the release tip 1312 and to conduct electricity to the release tip 1312;
a wiring terminal 1314 passing through the side of the first end of the orienting catheter 1311, configured to connect the sheath 1313 and an external power source, and specifically, may be an external driving device such as a voltage transforming unit that supplies driving power to the discharge tip; the voltage conversion unit may convert a power supply voltage into a voltage (specifically, a negative high voltage) for exciting a release device in the negative ion release unit to release negative ions.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the number of the releasing sub-devices is not large, each releasing sub-device may be directly disposed on the adjusting support 141 (e.g., the gimbals); the specific setting mode can be as follows:
in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first end of the guiding tube 1311 is closed and locked with the first end of the gimbaled tube 1411, and the second end of the guiding tube 1311 is provided with at least one opening configured to discharge negative ions to the external space.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, through the arrangement of the directional conduit, the directional release of the negative ions is realized, the generated negative ions are prevented from being randomly diffused in the space, and the ideal effect is not obtained.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the first end of the guiding catheter 1311 may be provided at a side thereof with a third locking device 1311-1;
the third locking device 1311-1 may be configured to cooperate with the first locking device 1411-1 to lock and seal the first end of the guiding tube 1311 to the first end of the gimbaled tube 1411 and to secure the release device 131 to the first end of the gimbaled tube 1411.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the third locking device 1311-1 may be a mounting clip for locking and sealing the connection with the adjustment support device 141 (e.g., the gimbal 1411).
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, by means of the embodiment, the third locking device 1311-1 cooperates with the first locking device 1411-1 to fix the releasing device 131 to the first end of the universal pipe 1411, so that the connection reliability between the guiding catheter 1311 and the universal pipe 1411 is ensured, and the phenomenon that the releasing device 131 falls off the universal pipe 1411 due to the stretching operation of a user is avoided.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the housing may be a housing with a lid, so that the lid can be closed after the universal tube 1411 and/or the release device 131 are received in the housing, so as to prevent dust and water, thereby protecting the universal tube and the release device 131. The housing may also be a housing without a lid, as shown in fig. 5(a) and 5(b), which is convenient for the user to take and store at any time.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting and supporting device 141 is a hollow structure, forming a hollow space, and the hollow space is used as the preset air duct;
the blowing device a1 may include: a fan a11, the fan a11 may be disposed in the hollow space and fixed to the receiving device 142.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the blowing device a1 may further include: a ventilation board 1315, the ventilation board 1315 being provided with a first through hole 1315-1 for passing through a fixed end of the fan a11, and a second through hole 1315-2 for introduction of external air;
wherein the ventilation board 1315 is disposed between the fan a11 and the receiving device 142, and an outer edge of the ventilation board 1315 is sealed with an inner surface of the adjusting support 141.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the fan may be composed of a motor and fan blades mounted on the motor, the fan blades being disposed on an output shaft of the motor; a fixed end may be provided on the motor of the fan as the fixed end of the fan a11, and the whole fan may be fixed inside the storage device 142 by passing the fixed end through the first through hole 1315-1. The motor is provided with a connecting wire terminal for connecting a power supply and/or the speed regulation control device. The fan can also be internally provided with a wireless communication module so as to carry out wireless control on the rotating speed of the motor through the cooperation of the wireless control device and the wireless communication module.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the ventilation between the inside of the releasing device and the outside is realized by the arrangement of the ventilation board 1315, so that the external air (e.g., air flow) can smoothly enter the hollow area of the directional duct 1311 through the second through hole 1315-2, thereby providing a certain pushing force for the object release. And the ventilation board can prevent external water vapor or oil stain from entering the interior of the adjusting and supporting device 141 and the interior of the releasing device 131, thereby preventing the abnormal release of objects caused by the water vapor and the oil stain. In addition, the control of the release speed and concentration of the object can be realized by adjusting the number and/or the size of the second through holes 1315-2 and realizing the control of the introduced air quantity.
EXAMPLE III
An embodiment of the present invention provides an umbrella 1, as shown in fig. 6, which may include: the umbrella body 11 comprises an umbrella cover 111, an umbrella rod 112 and umbrella ribs 113, wherein the umbrella cover 111 is arranged at one end of the umbrella rod 112, and the umbrella ribs 113 are arranged on the inner surface of the umbrella cover 111 and are used for supporting the umbrella cover 111; the anion releasing unit is arranged on the umbrella body.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the umbrella may further include: a control unit 12 provided on the umbrella body 11;
the negative ion releasing unit a is connected to the control unit 12 and configured to perform an air cleaning operation under the control of the control unit 12.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting and supporting device 141 and the receiving device 142 may be unified into the adjusting and supporting unit 14, and may be produced as a single unit during production, and only need to be replaced with a different releasing device when different products are used. Through the scheme of the embodiment, the modular production can be conveniently realized, so that the mould can be opened only once for the adjusting and supporting unit 14, the mould opening is respectively avoided by using different adjusting and supporting devices 141 and accommodating devices 142, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost and the development cost are reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the umbrella may include, but is not limited to, a kiosk umbrella; and the umbrella includes, but is not limited to, a side pole umbrella (the umbrella cover is supported and opened by the umbrella pole and is located at one side of the umbrella pole), a center pole umbrella (the umbrella cover is supported and opened by the umbrella pole and is located above the umbrella pole), and a side hanging umbrella (the umbrella cover is hung on the umbrella pole and is located at one side of the umbrella pole after the umbrella cover is opened).
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a manual control module (e.g., an input control unit, a manual operation unit) 117 may be provided to control the lifting of the umbrella shaft 112, the opening and closing of the umbrella cover 111, and the like, or may be provided to cooperate with the control unit 12 through a remote control device to implement automatic control.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the staff on duty in the city is attacked by industrial atmospheric pollution and automobile exhaust for a long time, the turbid air contains a large amount of particle pollutants, including solid suspended particles such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, oxynitride, lead and sulfur oxides, and the like, and the existing solution is to take a mask or not to protect at all, and the mask is not favorable for voice communication in work. Since the on-duty personnel such as traffic and gate posts usually work in an open space, the traditional air purification methods such as filtering and electrostatic air purification methods suitable for a closed space are difficult to be effectively applied, and thus, how to improve the air quality of the working environment of the on-duty personnel is a challenge at present.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in view of the above situation, the control unit 12 and the anion releasing unit a are arranged in the umbrella 1, and the control unit can release the air purifying substance according to the requirement of the user through the cooperation of the control unit 12 and the anion releasing unit a, so as to purify the air under the umbrella, so that the user (such as a duty person) can avoid absorbing excessive harmful gas, and the comfort level during the duty process is improved, thereby being beneficial to improving the working efficiency of the duty person.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific functions of the negative ion releasing unit a may include, but are not limited to: absorption, neutralization and/or sedimentation function for harmful gases and/or dust.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the arrangement of the above-described negative ion releasing unit a in the umbrella 1, in consideration of the difference in height of the person on duty and the difference in the direction of the person on duty, it is possible that the negative ion releasing unit a does not perform air purification well for the current person on duty due to the improper arrangement position of the negative ion releasing unit a, and particularly, the air quality at the mouth-nose breathing position cannot be ensured, so that the person on duty cannot feel the ideal air purification effect.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, for the above situations, the umbrella 1 is provided with the adjusting and supporting device 141 and the accommodating device 142, that is, the adjusting and supporting unit 14, and the releasing device 131 in the negative ion releasing unit a is supported and adjusted by the adjusting and supporting device 141 in the adjusting and supporting unit 14 to adjust the position and height of the releasing device 131, so that the air purifying object can be released at different heights and positions, thereby realizing the difference of body heights or positions along with the height or position of the person on duty on the basis of improving the air quality of the working environment of the person on duty, meeting the breathing air purifying requirements at different oral and nasal positions, enabling the person on duty with different heights and different positions to really experience the air purifying effect, and improving the experience of the user.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, after the air blowing device a1 is provided in the negative ion releasing unit a, the amount of oxygen introduced into the releasing device 131 can be increased, thereby increasing the negative oxygen ion generating concentration, and the negative oxygen ions released from the releasing device 131 can be blown out by the air blowing of the air blowing device a1, thereby increasing the releasing and diffusing speed of the negative oxygen ions, and thus improving the air purifying efficiency. In addition, the air blowing device A1 is set to be adjustable in speed, so that the air quantity introduced into the directional conduit can be adjusted, and the oxygen quantity supplied to the directional conduit from the outside can be indirectly adjusted, thereby realizing the effective control of the anion release concentration.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific composition, fixing manner, selection type, number, etc. of the adjusting and supporting unit 14, the adjusting and supporting device 141, the negative ion releasing unit a, and the releasing device 131 are not limited, and may be defined according to different application scenarios and requirements.
Example four
This embodiment provides an example of the arrangement of the adjusting support 141 in the umbrella on the basis of the third embodiment.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting support means 141 may include: a hollow gimbal tube 1411;
a first locking device 1411-1 is arranged at a first end of the universal pipe 1411, and the first locking device 1411-1 is arranged to be locked and form a seal with the releasing device 131;
a second locking device 1411-2 is arranged at a second end of the universal pipe 1411, and the second locking device 1411-2 is arranged to be locked with the accommodating device 142;
the hollow area of the gimbaled tube 1411 is configured to receive the leads of the release device 131.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting support 141 may include, but is not limited to: a universal serpentine tube; for example, a hollow gimbal may also be used.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the material, number and length of the universal pipe 1411 are not limited, and may be self-defined according to different application scenarios and requirements. For example, the material may be metal, plastic, etc.; the number of the release devices can be more than one (such as 2, 3, and the like), so that more release devices 131 can be arranged, the air purification intensity can be increased, and the requirements of a plurality of users under the umbrella can be met; the length can satisfy: the length of the stretched umbrella can reach 1-2 m, so that the requirement of a user in a normal moving range under the umbrella can be met.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3(a) and 3(b), due to the spiral structure and material of the universal tube 1411, the flexibility of the universal tube in any direction and angle and the length scalability are determined, which provides a structural basis for the orientation and height adjustment of the releasing device 131.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, one or more release devices 131 may be connected to the first end of each gimbaled tube 1411, without limitation to the number of release devices 131 connected.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first locking device 1411-1 may be a mounting clip, one end of which may be used to lock the releasing device 131 of the anion releasing unit a and form an effective seal; the other end can be used to lockingly engage the umbrella body 11 while forming an effective seal.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the release device 131 is connected and supported by the universal pipe 1411, so that the release device 131 can be arbitrarily adjusted in the spatial direction and height, and the embodiment is easy to implement, simple to install, convenient for fast production in a production line, and low in cost.
EXAMPLE five
This embodiment is based on the third embodiment or the fourth embodiment and provides a specific structural embodiment of the releasing device 131.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific implementation, material, number and specific structure of the releasing device 131 are not limited, and may be defined according to different application scenarios and requirements.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the negative ion releasing unit a may include a negative ion purifier.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the negative ion purifier may release negative ions through a negative ion releasing device, and the releasing device may include a carbon brush unit, and the carbon brush unit may include a fiber bundle composed of a plurality of needle-shaped carbon fiber structures. The release head can also be a metal needle or carbon fiber; or in the form of coating carbon nano material on metal needle, the carbon nano material can be fullerene, carbon nano tube or composite material of the fullerene and the carbon nano tube. The material has high conductivity, can receive power supply of a power supply control module to generate negative ions, can release nano-scale negative ions with small particle size by using the special material, has stronger activity, and can ensure effective treatment of harmful gases and dust such as automobile exhaust, PM2.5 (fine particulate matters) and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the releasing means 131 may include: one or more release sub-devices, each release sub-device may include:
a hollow directional conduit 1311 configured to collect the negative ions released from the releasing means 131 to release the negative ions to a designated area;
a release tip 1312 located within the hollow region of the directional conduit 1311, configured to release the negative ions when in an excited state;
a bundling sleeve 1313 located within the hollow region of the orienting conduit 1311, configured to secure the release tip 1312 and to conduct electricity to the release tip 1312;
a wiring terminal 1314 passing through the side of the first end of the orienting conduit 1311 is provided to connect the bundling sleeve 1313 with an external power source, such as an external driving means of the releasing means 131 (in particular each releasing sub-means), to supply driving power to the releasing tip 1312.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first end of the guiding tube 1311, closing the second end of the guiding tube 1311, is provided with at least one opening configured to discharge the negative ions to an external space.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the directional release of the negative ions is realized by the arrangement of the directional conduit 1311, and the generated negative ions are prevented from being randomly diffused in the space. This exclusive concentration enhancement formula release structure to facial adoption has improved the directional release concentration of anion of the human mouth nose breathing position of standing, has reduced open operational environment's air pollution state, realizes the effective promotion of appointed regional air quality.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the negative ion discharging unit a is a negative ion purifier, a voltage converting unit may be further included, which serves as an external driving device of the discharging device 131, and may convert a power voltage (e.g., 220V voltage) into an operating voltage (specifically, a negative high voltage, such as a negative high voltage between 10KV and 40 KV) of the discharging device 131, and the negative high voltage may drive the discharging tip 1312 to ionize surrounding air into an ionic state, thereby discharging negative oxygen ions.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the negative high voltage can be adjusted from 40KV to 10KV, so that the quantity of the negative ions excited by the releasing device 131 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the concentration of the negative ions under the umbrella, and simultaneously, the side effect of the electrostatic field on the human body is also reduced, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the release tips are driven by different driving powers (or driving voltages) to release negative ions with different concentrations, so that the negative ions are released according to the control requirement, and the negative ions and particle pollutants with positive charges are adsorbed, neutralized, accumulated and settled in the space covered by the umbrella, so that the pollutant is discharged, and the air quality in the space where the duty person is located is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the first end of the guiding catheter 1311 may be provided at a side thereof with a third locking device 1311-1;
the third locking device 1311-1, which may be configured to cooperate with the first locking device 1411-1 to lock and seal the first end of the orienting conduit 1311 to the first end of the gimbaled tube 1411 to secure the release sub-assembly to the first end of the gimbaled tube 1411; alternatively, the third locking device 1311-1 may be configured to lock with a predetermined PCB to fix the release sub-assembly to the PCB.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the third locking device 1311-1 may be a mounting clip for locking and sealing the connection with the adjustment support device 141 (e.g., the gimbal 1411).
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, through the scheme of this embodiment, the third locking device 1311-1 is disposed on the PCB, or the third locking device 1311-1 cooperates with the first locking device 1411-1 to fix the releasing device 131 to the first end of the gimbal pipe 1411, so that the connection reliability between the directional pipe 1311 and the gimbal pipe 1411 is ensured, and the release sub-device 131 is prevented from falling off the PCB or the gimbal pipe 1411 due to the stretching operation of the user.

This embodiment is an example of an arrangement manner of the storage device 142 in the umbrella, based on any of the third to fifth embodiments.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, ventilation between the inside of the discharging device and the outside is achieved by the ventilation board 1315, so that external air (e.g., air flow) can smoothly enter the hollow area of the directional duct 1311 through the second through hole 1315-2, a material base is provided for the discharging tip 1312 to discharge air purifiers (e.g., negative oxygen ions), and the air flow entering through the second through hole is facilitated to blow out the air purifiers, thereby providing a certain driving force for the air purifiers to be discharged. And the ventilation board can prevent external water vapor or oil stain from entering the interior of the adjusting and supporting device 141 and the interior of the releasing device 131, thereby preventing the abnormal release of objects caused by the water vapor and the oil stain. In addition, the outer edge of the ventilating plate 1315 and the inner surface of the universal pipe 1411 are sealed, so that the control of the amount of introduced air is facilitated through the number and/or size of the second through holes 1315-2, for example, the number of the second through holes 1315-2 is controlled through the opening and closing of one or more second through holes 1315-2, so that the control of the release speed and concentration of the air purifying substances is realized.
Example eight
This embodiment is based on any of the third to seventh embodiments described above, and as shown in fig. 7, an air quality collection unit 15 is provided.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the umbrella may further comprise an air quality collection unit 15; the air quality acquisition unit 15 is arranged at the top end of the part, below the umbrella cover, of the umbrella fixing rod, is used for acquiring air quality parameters and uploading the air quality parameters to the cloud platform; the air quality parameters include: dust concentration parameters, air humidity parameters, harmful gas types and/or harmful gas concentrations;
the control unit 12 is further configured to adjust the working state of the negative ion release unit a according to the air quality parameter acquired by the air quality acquisition unit; the operating state may include: an operational state and a rest state, wherein the operational state is divided into one or more different working intensity levels.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the air quality acquisition unit 15 uploads the air quality parameters acquired in real time or periodically to the cloud platform, so as to facilitate storage and management of the air quality parameters, facilitate later data utilization (such as data comparison), and enrich data volume of the cloud platform.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the air quality collection unit 15 may be disposed above the storage device 142, and may also be disposed on the umbrella shaft 112.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the air quality collection unit 15 may include one or more of the following: dust sensors, humidity sensors and gas sensors.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 12 may control the generation concentration of the negative ions in the negative ion purifier according to the magnitude of the value (e.g., PM2.5 concentration value, proportion of harmful gas in the air, air humidity value, etc.) detected by the air quality acquisition unit 15, and may control the moisture release amount of the air humidifier.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the function of automatically monitoring PM2.5, humidity and the like in the umbrella is realized, the start-stop switch or the working strength of the anion release unit A is adjusted according to the concentration of PM2.5 and/or the air humidity condition, closed-loop control is formed, and the anion concentration and the air humidity can be kept in a comfortable range on the premise of ensuring pollution removal while the power consumption is reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the air quality collection unit 15 may include: a communication module 151;
the communication module 151 is connected to the control unit 12, and is configured to communicate with the internet of things, acquire the air quality parameter, and send the air quality parameter to the control unit 12.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the environmental monitoring data is read through the Internet of things, the data acquisition efficiency is improved, hardware settings such as a dust sensor, a humidity sensor and a gas sensor can be saved, and the setting space and the product cost are saved.
Example nine
This embodiment is provided with a display mark unit 16 as shown in fig. 7 on the basis of any of the above-described third to eighth embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the umbrella 1 may further include: a display mark unit 16;
the display marking unit 16 is disposed on the umbrella rod 112, connected to the control unit 12, and configured to display the working state and/or functional parameters of the anion releasing unit a, and/or to display the unique identification of the umbrella.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the display and marking unit 16 may be configured to provide a display function of system operating status and air quality (e.g., air quality parameters), and by means of the embodiment, a staff member may directly know the current operating status and/or functional parameters of the negative ion releasing unit a in real time, so that the staff member may timely adjust the functions and parameters of the current umbrella according to the display data.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the display marking unit 16 may further provide a number position identification function, display a unique identification of the umbrella, such as a current umbrella number code, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, etc., and support code scanning access to form a one-to-one pairing with data information. Through the scheme of the embodiment, the information storage and the positioning of the current umbrella can be facilitated, and the follow-up maintenance and the repair are facilitated.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, card punching information of each of the staff members may be further set in the display marking unit 16, and the card punching information may correspond to a unique identification of each of the umbrellas one-to-one, and the card punching information at each of the umbrellas may be transmitted to the manager, so that the manager may manage the staff members of the respective umbrellas conveniently.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific setting position of the display mark unit 16 on the umbrella is not limited, and may be defined by itself according to different application scenarios or requirements. For example, the display marking unit 16 may be configured to perform one or more of the following: is arranged in the middle of umbrella rod 112, is arranged on the inner surface of umbrella cover 111, is hung on the edge of umbrella cover 111, and is arranged between two umbrella ribs 113.
Example ten
This embodiment is based on any of the third to ninth embodiments described above, and is provided with a specular reflection unit 17 as shown in fig. 7.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the umbrella may further include: a specular reflection unit 17;
the specular reflection unit 17 is disposed on the inner surface of the umbrella cover 111, and is disposed between two adjacent umbrella ribs 113, so as to enable an under-umbrella person to observe things behind and/or beside the under-umbrella person.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the umbrella may further include: and a specular reflection unit 17.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specular reflection unit 17 may be disposed on an inner surface of the umbrella cover 111 and between two adjacent umbrella ribs 113, for enabling an under-umbrella person to observe things behind and/or at the side of the under-umbrella person.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the shape, number, position, material (any material or object having a reflective effect and displaying an image), arrangement, and the like of the specular reflection unit 17 are not limited, and can be defined according to different application scenarios and requirements.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specular reflection unit 17 may be integrated with the display mark unit 16 described above. For example, the display interface of the display mark unit 16 may be configured to have a rigid mirror surface effect, and may serve as only one mirror surface when the display interface is not used for the corresponding display function of the display mark unit 16, so that a person can observe things behind and/or to the side of the person under the umbrella.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the scheme of the embodiment is convenient for the duty personnel to observe all around, improves the duty efficiency and improves the user experience.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a transparent part may be further provided on the umbrella cover 111 to facilitate the on-duty person to observe the things in front and/or above through the transparent part.
EXAMPLE eleven
This embodiment is based on any of the third to tenth embodiments described above, and a specific embodiment of the power supply unit is given as shown in fig. 7.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the umbrella further comprises a power supply unit;
in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the power supply unit may be connected to the control unit 12, the negative ion releasing unit a, the air quality collecting unit 15, the display marking unit 16, and the specular reflection unit 17 (in a case where the specular reflection unit 17 is electrically controlled) for supplying power to the control unit 12, the negative ion releasing unit a, the display marking unit 16, and the specular reflection unit 17.
The power supply unit may include: a solar power supply unit 181 and an energy storage unit 182;
the solar power supply unit 181 is connected to the energy storage unit 182 and configured to supply power to the energy storage unit 182;
the umbrella body 11 further comprises a base 114: the end of the umbrella rod 112 far away from the umbrella cover 111 is fixed on the base 114; wherein the solar power supply unit 181 is disposed on the outer surface of the umbrella cover 111, and the solar power supply unit 181 is laid on both sides of each umbrella rib 113 along the length direction of each umbrella rib 113; the energy storage unit 182 is disposed in the base 114.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the solar power supply unit 181 may be disposed on the outer surface of the umbrella cover 111, so as to save energy, protect environment, and effectively utilize green energy.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the solar power supply unit 181 may be laid on the outer surface of the umbrella cover 111, and the solar power supply unit 181 may be laid on both sides of each umbrella rib 113 in the length direction of each umbrella rib 113 so as to maximally face the sun and absorb sunlight.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the solar power supply unit 181 may be further integrated with the umbrella cover 111 by lamination or other processing technologies, so that the solar power supply unit 181 is firmly disposed on the umbrella cover 111, and the umbrella cover 111 is prevented from falling off during the folding and unfolding processes.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the energy storage unit 182 is used for storing electric energy, and the energy storage unit 182 may be connected to the control unit 12, the negative ion releasing unit a, the air quality collecting unit 15, the display marking unit 16, and the specular reflection unit 17 (in the case where the specular reflection unit 17 is electrically controlled) and supplies power to the control unit 12, the negative ion releasing unit a, the air quality collecting unit 15, the display marking unit 16, and the specular reflection unit 17.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, through the scheme of the embodiment, under the condition of poor sunlight intensity at night or on cloudy days and the condition of mains supply power failure, the control unit 12, the negative ion release unit a, the air quality acquisition unit 15, the display marking unit 16, the specular reflection unit 17 and the like can be powered through the energy storage unit 182 (such as a storage battery), so that the intelligent function of the umbrella can still be normally realized, the use scene of the umbrella is expanded, and the utilization rate and the user experience of the umbrella are improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the energy storage unit 182 may be disposed in the base 114 to fully utilize the space and increase the weight of the base, thereby improving the stability of the umbrella.
Example twelve
This embodiment gives examples of the arrangement positions of the control unit 12, the negative ion discharging unit a, the display marking unit 16, and the specular reflection unit 17 on the basis of any of the above-described third to eleventh embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the negative ion releasing unit a may further include: a voltage conversion unit; the voltage conversion unit is arranged to convert a supply voltage into a negative voltage for activating the release means 131 to release the air purification material.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a first arrangement may include:
the umbrella cover 111 is positioned at one side of the umbrella rod 112, the umbrella cover 111 is fixed on the umbrella rod 112 through a fixing support 115, the fixing support 115 is connected with a fixing rod 116 positioned at the middle position of the umbrella cover 111, and the fixing rod 116 penetrates through the middle position of the umbrella cover 111;
one or more of the control unit 12, the voltage conversion unit in the negative ion release unit a, the air quality acquisition unit 15, the display marking unit 16 and the specular reflection unit 17 are arranged on the part of the fixing rod 116 above and/or below the umbrella cover 111; the top end of the portion of the fixing rod 116 below the canopy 111 is provided with the adjusting and supporting unit 14 (including the adjusting and supporting device 141 and the receiving device 142, specifically, the receiving device 142 may be provided on the top end of the fixing rod 116), and in addition, the air quality collecting unit 15 may be provided on the top end of the portion of the fixing rod 116 below the canopy 111.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the second setting manner may include:
the umbrella cover 111 may be located above the umbrella rod 112, and one or more of the control unit 12, the voltage conversion unit, the air quality collection unit 15, the display marking unit 16 and the specular reflection unit 17 are disposed on the umbrella rod 112 at a position above and/or below the umbrella cover 111 and close to one end where the umbrella cover 111 is fixed.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, through the above embodiment, the arrangement of the control unit 12, the voltage conversion unit, the air quality acquisition unit 15, the display marking unit 16 and the specular reflection unit 17 effectively utilizes the triangular area under the umbrella and the upper space of the umbrella cover 111, and does not occupy the activity area of the personnel, thereby improving the space utilization rate.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the negative ion releasing unit a may be directly fixed to the outside of the fixing rod 116, or the fixing rod 116 may be provided as a hollow structure, and the negative ion releasing unit a may be provided inside the hollow structure of the fixing rod 116.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 12, the voltage conversion unit, the air quality acquisition unit 15, the display mark unit 16, the specular reflection unit 17, and the like may be separately or integrally disposed, and may be modularly disposed regardless of separate or integral disposition, so as to facilitate installation and disassembly, and facilitate subsequent product repair or maintenance.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 12 may further include one or more of the following: anion release unit control module, air quality acquisition unit control module, display mark unit control module and specular reflection unit control module (this specular reflection unit 17 is under the automatically controlled condition), anion release unit control module to these modules can be integrated into an organic whole, adopt unified controlling means to realize, also can design respectively, and adopt different controlling means to realize respectively, when setting up on the umbrella, also can unify the setting, or set up respectively.
Alternative embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the specific features in any suitable way, and the invention will not be further described in relation to the various possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.
Claims (11)
1. An anion releasing unit, comprising:
a releasing device configured to generate and release negative ions;
the adjusting and supporting device is used for supporting the releasing device and adjusting the position and the height of the releasing device;
a receiving means arranged to secure and receive the adjustment support means and/or the release means;
the blowing device is arranged for blowing air to the releasing device through a preset air channel;
the release device is arranged at the first end of the adjusting and supporting device, and the second end of the adjusting and supporting device is arranged on the accommodating device.
2. The anion releasing unit according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting and supporting device is a hollow structure, forming a hollow space, and the hollow space is used as the preset air channel;
the blowing device includes: a fan disposed within the hollow space;
the fan includes the stiff end, set up to with the fan is fixed in on the storage device.
3. The negative ion discharge unit according to claim 2, wherein the blowing means further comprises: the ventilation plate is provided with a first through hole used for penetrating through the fixed end and a second through hole used for leading in external air;
the ventilating plate is arranged between the fan and the accommodating device, and a sealing state is formed between the outer edge of the ventilating plate and the inner surface of the adjusting and supporting device.
4. The anion discharge unit of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the adjustment support means comprises: a hollow gimbal tube;
a first locking device is arranged at the first end of the universal pipe, and the first locking device is locked with the releasing device to form sealing;
and a second locking device is arranged at the second end of the universal pipe and is locked with the storage device.
5. The negative ion discharge unit of claim 4, wherein the housing means comprises: a housing having at least one open side;
the second locking device is arranged to be locked with the inner surface of the shell;
the inner surface of the housing is provided with one or more detent devices configured to secure the universal tube and/or the release device.
6. An umbrella, comprising: the umbrella comprises an umbrella body, a handle and ribs, wherein the umbrella cover is arranged at one end of the umbrella handle, and the ribs are arranged on the inner surface of the umbrella cover and are used for supporting the umbrella cover; characterized by further comprising the negative ion release unit as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which is disposed on the umbrella body.
7. The umbrella of claim 6, further comprising: a control unit arranged on the umbrella body;
the anion releasing unit is connected with the control unit and is arranged to carry out air purification operation under the control of the control unit.
8. The umbrella of claim 7, wherein the negative ion releasing unit further comprises: a voltage conversion unit; the voltage conversion unit is set to convert a power supply voltage into a working voltage of a release device of the anion release unit;
the umbrella cover is positioned on one side of the umbrella rod, the umbrella cover is fixed on the umbrella rod through a fixing support, the fixing support is connected with a fixing rod positioned in the middle of the umbrella cover, and the fixing rod penetrates through the middle of the umbrella cover;
one or more of the control unit and the voltage conversion unit are arranged on the part of the fixed rod above and/or below the umbrella cover; the storage device in the negative ion release unit is arranged at the top end of the part of the fixed rod below the umbrella cover.
9. The umbrella of claim 8, further comprising an air quality collection unit; the air quality acquisition unit is arranged at the part of the fixed rod above or below the umbrella cover, is used for acquiring air quality parameters and uploading the air quality parameters to the cloud platform; the air quality parameters include: dust concentration parameters, air humidity parameters, harmful gas types and/or harmful gas concentrations;
the control unit is also arranged to adjust the working state of the negative ion release unit according to the air quality parameter acquired by the air quality acquisition unit; the working state comprises: an operational state and a rest state, wherein the operational state is divided into one or more different working intensity levels.
10. The umbrella of claim 7,
the umbrella further comprises: a display mark unit;
the display marking unit is arranged on the umbrella rod, is connected with the control unit, and is used for displaying the working state and/or the functional parameters of the anion release unit and/or is used for displaying the unique identification mark of the umbrella; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the umbrella further comprises: a specular reflection unit;
the mirror reflection unit is arranged on the inner surface of the umbrella cover and between two adjacent umbrella ribs and used for enabling an under-umbrella person to observe things behind and/or on the side of the under-umbrella person.
11. The umbrella of claim 7, further comprising a power supply unit;
the power supply unit is connected with the control unit and/or the negative ion release unit and is used for supplying power to the control unit and/or the negative ion release unit;
the power supply unit includes: the solar energy power supply unit and the energy storage unit;
the solar power supply unit is connected with the energy storage unit and is arranged to supply power to the energy storage unit;
the umbrella body still includes the base: one end of the umbrella rod, which is far away from the umbrella cover, is fixed on the base; the solar power supply unit is arranged on the outer surface of the umbrella cover, and is laid on two sides of each umbrella rib along the length direction of each umbrella rib; the energy storage unit is arranged in the base.
