Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provide a novel vehicle-mounted refrigerator which can refrigerate different kinds of beverages and watermelons, can keep the stability of the beverages and the watermelons and avoids damage.
In order to achieve the technical purpose and achieve the technical effect, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a novel vehicle-mounted refrigerator comprises a refrigerating box body, wherein a sealing cover is mounted at the upper end of the refrigerating box body, a beverage refrigerating chamber and a watermelon refrigerating chamber are arranged in the refrigerating box body, a refrigerating system box body is mounted on one side of the lower end of the refrigerating box body, and a driving system box body is mounted on the other side of the lower end of the refrigerating box body;
the beverage refrigerating chamber and the watermelon refrigerating chamber are separated by a partition plate, classified storage chambers are arranged in the beverage refrigerating chamber, a fixed partition plate is arranged in each classified storage chamber, one side of the fixed partition plate, far away from the watermelon refrigerating chamber, is connected with an adjusting and positioning breast board, a positioning adjusting piece is connected between the fixed partition plate and the adjusting and positioning breast board, a front stopper is arranged on the front side of the classified storage chamber, and an elastic fixing piece is arranged on the rear side of the classified storage chamber;
the positioning adjusting part comprises a rotating threaded rod, one end of the rotating threaded rod is rotatably connected with the front upper corner of the fixed partition plate, a first bevel gear is mounted at a position, close to the fixed partition plate, of the rotating threaded rod, the outer side of the first bevel gear is connected with a second bevel gear in a meshed mode, the front side of the second bevel gear is connected with a rotating column, the outer end of the rotating column penetrates through the front side wall of the beverage refrigerating chamber in a sliding mode and is connected with a rotating handle, one side of the adjusting and positioning baffle plate is in close contact with the fixed partition plate, the front upper corner of the other side of the adjusting and positioning;
a movable block is arranged at the rear lower corner of the adjusting and positioning breast board, a base plate is arranged at the bottom of the beverage refrigerating chamber, the lower end of the adjusting and positioning breast board is connected with the upper end of the base plate in a sliding manner, a sliding groove is formed in the rear side of the upper end of the base plate, and the movable block is connected with the sliding groove in a sliding manner;
the elastic fixing part comprises a fixed vertical plate, the rear end of the fixed vertical plate is connected with a telescopic spring, the rear end of the telescopic spring is connected with a mounting plate, and the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the rear side of the classification storage cavity;
the bottom of the watermelon refrigerating chamber is provided with a bottom support which is of a bowl-shaped structure, the front side and the rear side of the bottom support are symmetrically provided with lifting connecting plates, threaded holes vertically penetrate through the lifting connecting plates, and threaded vertical rods are screwed in the threaded holes;
a lifting driving system is installed in the driving system box body and comprises a double-shaft motor, two ends of the double-shaft motor are symmetrically connected with worms, one side of each worm is meshed with a worm wheel, the lower end of a threaded upright rod penetrates through the bottom of the watermelon refrigerating chamber and is fixedly connected with the worm wheel, the upper ends of the front side and the rear side of the watermelon refrigerating chamber are respectively provided with a fixed cross bar, and the upper end of the threaded upright rod is rotatably connected with the fixed cross bar;
two sets of elastic buffer strips are installed on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the watermelon refrigerating chamber, the two sets of elastic buffer strips are distributed in a bilateral symmetry mode by taking a threaded vertical rod as a center, and circular ring-shaped buffer pieces are installed on the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the watermelon refrigerating chamber.
Furthermore, a sliding connection cross rod is installed in the sliding groove, and a connecting hole which is connected with the sliding connection cross rod in a sliding mode horizontally penetrates through the moving block.
Furthermore, the front blocking piece is a U-shaped baffle, the inner wall of the front side of the classifying storage cavity is provided with a mounting groove for mounting the U-shaped baffle, and the distance between the rear end of the front blocking piece and the inner wall of the front side of the classifying storage cavity is greater than or equal to the distance between the rear end of the connecting block and the inner wall of the front side of the classifying storage cavity.
Furthermore, one side of the fixed vertical plate close to the watermelon refrigerating chamber is aligned with one side of the front baffle close to the watermelon refrigerating chamber in a front-back mode.
Further, the horizontal distance between the elastic buffer strip and the center of the bottom support is smaller than the horizontal distance between the threaded vertical rod and the center of the bottom support.
Furthermore, the elastic buffer strip and the circular buffer piece are both buffer air bags.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention can refrigerate not only different kinds of beverages, but also watermelons, and when the beverages are refrigerated, the stability of the beverage can be kept through the cooperation of the fixed partition board, the adjustable positioning baffle board, the positioning adjusting piece, the front blocking piece and the elastic fixing piece, the taste of the beverage is prevented from being influenced by the shaking and collision of the beverage in the driving process of the automobile, meanwhile, the impact between the beverage bottle and the invention is reduced, the beverage bottle is prevented from being damaged, the service life of the invention is prolonged, when the watermelon is refrigerated, the bottom support is in a bowl-shaped structure, which can fix the watermelon well, reduce the shake of the watermelon in the moving process of the automobile, even if the watermelon shakes, the elastic buffer strip and the annular buffer piece can play a role in buffering and protecting the watermelon, further prevent the watermelon from being damaged, can also make things convenient for getting of watermelon to put through collet, screw thread pole setting, lift actuating system's common cooperation.

The novel vehicle-mounted refrigerator shown in fig. 1 comprises a refrigerator body 1, a sealing cover 11 is installed at the upper end of the refrigerator body 1, a beverage refrigerating chamber 2 and a watermelon refrigerating chamber 3 are arranged in the refrigerator body 1, a refrigerating system box 4 is installed on one side of the lower end of the refrigerator body 1, a driving system box 5 is installed on the other side of the lower end of the refrigerator body 1, and a bottom plate 6 is connected to the lower ends of the refrigerating system box 4 and the driving system box 5.
As shown in fig. 2, the beverage refrigerating chamber 2 and the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3 are separated by a partition plate 12, a classification storage chamber 21 is arranged in the beverage refrigerating chamber 2, a fixed partition plate 211 is arranged in each classification storage chamber 21, one side of the fixed partition plate 211, which is far away from the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3, is connected with an adjusting and positioning baffle plate 212, a positioning adjusting piece 215 is connected between the fixed partition plate 211 and the adjusting and positioning baffle plate 212, a front stopper 213 is arranged on the front side of the classification storage chamber 21, and an elastic fixing piece 214 is arranged on the rear side of the classification storage chamber 21.
As shown in fig. 3, the positioning adjustment member 215 includes a rotary screw bar 2151, one end of the rotary screw bar 2151 is rotatably connected to the upper front corner of the fixed partition board 211, a first bevel gear 2152 is installed at a position of the rotary screw bar 2151 close to the fixed partition board 211, a second bevel gear 2153 is engaged with the outer side of the first bevel gear 2152, a rotary post 2154 is connected to the front side of the second bevel gear 2153, the outer end of the rotary post 2154 slides through the front end side wall of the beverage refrigerating chamber 2 and is connected to a rotary handle 2155, one side of the positioning adjustment fence 212 is in close contact with the fixed partition board 211, a connecting post 2121 is provided on the upper front side of the other side of the positioning adjustment fence 212, a connecting block 2122 threadedly engaged with the rotary screw bar 2151 is provided at the front end of the connecting post 2121, one end of the rotary screw bar 2151 far from the first bevel gear 2152 passes through the connecting block 2122 and is rotatably connected to the fixed partition board 211, the other end is rotatably connected with the inner side wall of the beverage refrigerating chamber 2.
As shown in fig. 4, a moving block 2123 is arranged at the lower rear corner of the adjusting positioning fence 212, a base plate 22 is arranged at the bottom of the beverage refrigerating chamber 2, the lower end of the adjusting positioning fence 212 is slidably connected with the upper end of the base plate 22, a sliding groove 221 is formed at the rear side of the upper end of the base plate 22, the moving block 2123 is slidably connected with the sliding groove 221, a sliding connecting cross bar 222 is arranged in the sliding groove 221, a connecting hole slidably connected with the sliding connecting cross bar 222 is horizontally penetrated through the moving block 2123, the connecting hole slidably connected with the sliding connecting cross bar 222 is not marked in the figure, a positioning spring 217 is connected with the upper rear corner of one side of the adjusting positioning fence 212 far away from the fixed partition board 211, one end of the positioning spring 217 far away from the adjusting positioning fence 212 is fixedly connected with the fixed partition board 211 in the adjacent classification storage chamber 21, and one end of one positioning spring 217 far away from the watermelon, the other end is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the beverage refrigerating chamber 2.
As shown in fig. 5, the front stopper 213 is a U-shaped stopper, the inner wall of the front side of the sorting chamber 21 is provided with a mounting groove 216 for mounting the U-shaped stopper, and the distance between the rear end of the front stopper 213 and the inner wall of the front side of the sorting chamber 21 is greater than or equal to the distance between the rear end of the connecting block 2122 and the inner wall of the front side of the sorting chamber 21.
As shown in fig. 6, the elastic fixing member 214 includes a fixing vertical plate 2141, the rear end of the fixing vertical plate 2141 is connected with a telescopic spring 2142, the rear end of the telescopic spring 2142 is connected with a mounting plate 2143, the mounting plate 2143 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the rear side of the sorting storage cavity 21, and one side of the fixing vertical plate 2141 close to the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3 and one side of the front blocking member 213 close to the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3 are aligned front and back.
As shown in FIG. 7, the bottom support 31 is installed at the bottom of the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3, the bottom support 31 is of a bowl-shaped structure, the bottom support 31 is adapted to the shape of watermelon, during the refrigeration of watermelon, the watermelon is placed on the bottom support 31, the front side and the rear side of the bottom support 31 are symmetrically provided with lifting connecting plates 311, the lifting connecting plates 311 are vertically provided with threaded holes 3111 in a penetrating manner, and threaded vertical rods 32 are screwed in the threaded holes 3111.
As shown in fig. 8, a lifting driving system 51 is installed in the driving system box 5, the lifting driving system 51 includes a dual-shaft motor 511, two ends of the dual-shaft motor 511 are symmetrically connected with a worm 512, one side of the worm 512 is engaged with a worm wheel 513, and the lower end of the threaded upright rod 32 penetrates through the bottom of the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3 and is fixedly connected with the worm wheel 513.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, fixed horizontal bar 33 is all installed to both sides upper end around the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3, screw thread pole setting 32 upper end is rotated with fixed horizontal bar 33 and is connected, two sets of elastic buffer strips 34 are all installed to both sides inner wall around the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3, two sets of elastic buffer strips 34 use screw thread pole setting 32 to distribute as central bilateral symmetry, horizontal distance between elastic buffer strip 34 and the collet 31 center department is less than the horizontal distance between screw thread pole setting 32 and the collet 31 center department, thereby elastic buffer strip 34 is touch to the watermelon and can not touch screw thread pole setting 32, ring shape bolster 35 is all installed to the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3 left and right sides inner wall, elastic buffer strip 34, ring shape bolster 35 is the buffering gasbag.
In the invention, the beverage refrigerating chamber 2 is used for refrigerating bottled or filled beverages, the beverages can be classified and stored through the arrangement of the classified storage chambers 21, one beverage is stored in each classified storage chamber 21, the same beverage is stored in the same classified storage chamber 21 when the beverages are stored, the beverages are sequentially placed along the front and back directions, after the beverages are placed in the classified storage chambers 21, the rotating handle 2155 of the positioning adjusting part 215 is rotated, the second bevel gear 2153 is driven to rotate through the rotating column 2154, the second bevel gear 2153 drives the rotating threaded rod 2151 to rotate through the first bevel gear 2152, the rotating threaded rod 2151 drives the connecting block 2122 to move towards the beverages, so as to drive the adjusting and positioning fence 212 to approach towards the beverages, until the adjusting and positioning fence 212 is in close contact with the beverages, so that the beverages can not move in the left and right directions, thereby ensuring the stability of the beverages in, according to the different sizes of the beverages, the moving distances of the adjusting and positioning breast board 212 are different, when the beverages are stored, the beverage bottle at the forefront end is tightly contacted with the front baffle piece 213, and the beverage bottle at the rearmost end is tightly contacted with the elastic fixing piece 214, so that the movement of the beverage bottle in the front-back direction can be reduced, the stability of the beverage bottle in the front-back direction is increased, and the elastic fixing piece 214 can be stretched and retracted according to the different sizes of the beverage bottles, so that the beverage bottle is convenient to; the watermelon refrigerating chamber 3 is used for refrigerating watermelons, the watermelons are placed on the bottom support 31, the bottom support 31 is of a bowl-shaped structure and can play a good fixing role on the watermelons, the shaking of the watermelons can be reduced in the moving process of an automobile, even if the watermelons shake, the elastic buffering strips 34 and the annular buffering parts 35 can play a buffering protection role on the watermelons, the watermelons are further prevented from being damaged, when the watermelons are taken, the double-shaft motor 511 is started, the worm 512 drives the worm wheel 513 to rotate, the worm wheel 513 drives the thread upright rod 32 to rotate, and the thread upright rod 32 enables the bottom support 31; therefore, the watermelon refrigerator not only can refrigerate different kinds of beverages, but also can refrigerate watermelons, when the beverages are refrigerated, the stability of the beverages can be kept through the common matching of the fixed partition plate 211, the adjusting and positioning baffle plate 212, the positioning adjusting piece 215, the front baffle piece 213 and the elastic fixing piece 214, the phenomenon that the beverages shake and collide in the driving process of an automobile to influence the taste of the beverages is avoided, the damage to the vehicle-mounted refrigerator caused by the continuous shaking of the beverages is reduced, when the watermelons are refrigerated, the watermelons can be ensured to be complete and not damaged, and the watermelons can be conveniently taken and placed through the common matching of the bottom support 31, the threaded upright rod 32.
