The invention provides a tool clamp for boring an inner hole at the end part of a nonmetal flexible continuous pipe, which solves the problem that the inner hole at the end part of a nonmetal flexible continuous pipe joint cannot be clamped and turned and comprises an inner clamp, an outer fixing sleeve, a boring bar and a boring cutter, wherein the inner clamp is arranged at the other end of the boring bar and the outer clamp, the inner clamp comprises a wedge-shaped block, a wedge-shaped sleeve is arranged in the wedge-shaped block, an outer sleeve is arranged at the front end of the wedge-shaped sleeve, a joint bearing is arranged inside the wedge-shaped sleeve, the boring bar is arranged in the joint bearing, the boring cutter is arranged on the boring bar, the outer clamp is fixed on the outer fixing sleeve by an upright post, a double-row roller bearing is arranged on the outer clamp, and the boring bar is supported by the joint bearing on the inner clamp and the double.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the connection of the joint of the nonmetal flexible continuous pipeline and the pipeline needs the shape and position tolerance of the inner wall and the outer wall of the pipeline to be ensured within a certain range, but the nonmetal flexible continuous pipeline is difficult to ensure in the machining process, after the pipeline is machined and before the joint is installed, the inner end part of the pipeline needs to be machined so as to meet the requirement of the installation of the joint, however, the inner hole of the continuous pipeline belongs to a deep blind hole, and the whole pipeline cannot be clamped and turned, so that the boring operation is complex, the boring efficiency is low, and therefore, the tool clamp applied to the deep blind hole boring needs to be designed aiming at the characteristic of boring the inner hole of the end part of the nonmetal flexible continuous pipeline.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the technical problems of complex boring operation and low efficiency of the inner hole at the end part of the existing nonmetal flexible continuous pipe, and provides a tool clamp which is simple to operate and high in efficiency and is used for boring the inner hole at the end part of the nonmetal flexible continuous pipe.
The boring device comprises an inner clamp, an outer fixing sleeve, a boring rod and a boring cutter, wherein the inner clamp is arranged at the other end of the boring rod and the other end of the outer clamp, the inner clamp comprises a wedge-shaped block, a wedge-shaped sleeve is arranged in the wedge-shaped block, an outer sleeve is arranged at the front end of the wedge-shaped sleeve, a joint bearing is arranged in the wedge-shaped sleeve, the boring rod is arranged in the joint bearing, the boring cutter is arranged on the boring rod, the outer clamp is fixed on the outer fixing sleeve through an upright post, a double-row roller bearing is arranged on the outer clamp, and the boring rod is supported by the joint bearing on the inner clamp and the double.
Preferably, the outer diameter of the wedge-shaped sleeve is provided with an external thread, the inner part of the outer sleeve is provided with an internal thread, and the wedge-shaped sleeve is in threaded connection with the outer sleeve.
Preferably, the outer diameter of the front end of the outer sleeve of the inner clamp is provided with a rubber ring, and the rubber ring is tightly matched with the inner diameter of the nonmetal pipe.

Preferably, the inner diameter of the wedge block in the inner clamp is in taper fit with the outer diameter of the wedge sleeve.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention comprises an inner clamp 2, an outer clamp 6, an outer fixed sleeve 4, a boring rod 3 and a boring cutter 5, wherein the inner clamp 2 is arranged at the other end of the boring rod 3 and the outer clamp 6, as shown in fig. 2, the inner clamp 2 comprises a wedge block 10, a wedge sleeve 11 is arranged in the wedge block 10, the inner diameter of the wedge block 10 is in taper fit with the outer diameter of the wedge sleeve 11, an outer sleeve 13 is arranged at the front end of the wedge sleeve 11, an external thread is arranged on the outer diameter of the wedge sleeve 11, an internal thread is arranged inside the outer sleeve 13, the wedge sleeve 11 is in threaded connection with the outer sleeve 13, a wrench pin 15 and a locking pin 16 are arranged on the end face of the front end of the outer sleeve 13, and under the transmission of the threads of the wedge sleeve 11 and the outer sleeve 13, the wrench pin 15 is clockwise rotated to enable the wedge sleeve 11 to move forwards.
The joint bearing 12 is arranged in the wedge-shaped sleeve 11, the boring rod 3 is arranged in the joint bearing 12, the joint bearing 12 can bear radial load and axial load or combined load existing in both radial and axial directions, and the joint bearing 12 can generate self-lubrication in work due to the fact that the composite material is embedded on the outer spherical surface of the inner ring; the boring cutter 5 is arranged on the boring bar 3, the outer clamp 6 is fixed on the outer fixing sleeve 4 by the upright post 7, the outer clamp 6 is clamped on the outer diameter of the non-metal pipe 1 by the outer fixing sleeve 4 to realize the fixation of the outer clamp 6, as shown in fig. 3, the outer clamp 6 is provided with a double-row roller bearing 9 and a bearing sleeve 8, the bearing sleeve 8 is arranged between the boring bar 3 and the double-row roller bearing 9, the sliding between the boring bar 3 and the double-row roller bearing 9 is realized through the bearing sleeve 8, the boring bar 3 is supported by the knuckle bearing 12 on the inner clamp 2 and the double-row roller bearing 9 on the outer clamp 6, the tail end of the bearing sleeve 8 of the outer clamp 6 is arranged on a boring machine, the boring processing of an inner hole at the end part of a non-metal flexible connecting pipe joint is realized, the feeding of the boring cutter 5 is realized through the sliding between the boring bar 3 and the double-row roller bearing 9 during the boring processing, and moving the inner clamp 2 to a specified position according to the boring depth, thereby realizing the adjustable boring depth.
Preferably, the rubber ring 14 is arranged on the outer diameter of the front end of the outer sleeve 13 of the inner clamp 2, and the rubber ring 14 is tightly matched with the inner diameter of the nonmetal pipe 1 to effectively position the inner clamp 2.
