背景技术
在汽车车身设计过程中,前机舱纵梁与车身地板两大结构连接过度区域处理难度大。传统车辆采用的是铝合金型材焊接,结构简单、廉价,但是耐久性、安全性都比较差,不适用于高端汽车设计。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种用于氢能源汽车的铝合金铸件的铸造方法,该铸造方法制得的铝合金铸件耐磨性好、安全性高。
本发明提供一种用于氢能源汽车的铝合金铸件的铸造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,按照以下质量百分比称取原料进行混合:Si 10%~11%,Fe 0.2%~0.3%,Mg 0.4%~0.6%,Cu 1.0%~1.5%,Mn 3.5%~4.0%,Sr 0.04%~0.06%,Zn 0.2%~0.3%,Y 0.02%~0.03%,Sc 0.08%~0.1%,氧化石墨烯0.3%~0.5%,余量为Al;
S2,将步骤S1的原料投入球磨机中球磨15~30min,获得混合料;
S3,将步骤S2的混合料投入熔炼炉中熔炼,待炉内出现铝液时,加入氯化钠和氯化钾,充分搅拌,混合均匀,然后加入六氯乙烷进行精炼,不断搅拌;
S4,搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,静置一段时间后进行撇渣;
S5,将撇渣后的铝液倒入保温炉中保温;
S6,将保温的铝液倒入模具中进行浇铸,浇铸完成后脱模,即得到铝合金铸件。

称取Si 10.5kg,Fe 0.25kg,Mg 0.5kg,Cu 1.2kg,Mn 3.8kg,Sr 0.05kg,Zn0.25kg,Y 0.02kg,Sc 0.09kg,氧化石墨烯0.4kg,Al 82.94kg,混合后投入球磨机中球磨15~30min,获得混合料;将混合料投入熔炼炉中在680℃~750℃的条件下进行熔炼,待炉内出现铝液时,加入0.05kg氯化钠和0.05kg氯化钾,充分搅拌,混合均匀,然后加入0.1kg质量分数为0.6%的六氯乙烷进行精炼,不断搅拌;搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,静置一段时间后使用撇渣勺进行撇渣;将撇渣后的铝液倒入保温炉中保温;将保温的铝液倒入模具中进行浇铸,浇铸完成后脱模,即得到铝合金铸件。
实施例1制得的铝合金铸件可以用于连接汽车的前机舱纵梁与车身地板,其力学性能见表1。
对比例1:
称取Si 10.5kg,Fe 0.25kg,Mg 0.5kg,Cu 1.2kg,Mn 3.8kg,Sr 0.05kg,Zn0.25kg,Y 0.02kg,Sc 0.09kg,Al 83.34kg,混合后投入球磨机中球磨15~30min,获得混合料;将混合料投入熔炼炉中在680℃~750℃的条件下进行熔炼,待炉内出现铝液时,加入0.05kg氯化钠和0.05kg氯化钾,充分搅拌,混合均匀,然后加入0.1kg质量分数为0.6%的六氯乙烷进行精炼,不断搅拌;搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,静置一段时间后使用撇渣勺进行撇渣;将撇渣后的铝液倒入保温炉中保温;将保温的铝液倒入模具中进行浇铸,浇铸完成后脱模,即得到铝合金铸件。
对比例1制得的铝合金铸件的力学性能见表1。
实施例2:
称取Si 10.2kg,Fe 0.24kg,Mg 0.45kg,Cu 1.4kg,Mn 3.6kg,Sr 0.04kg,Zn0.27kg,Y 0.03kg,Sc 0.08kg,氧化石墨烯0.35kg,Al 83.34kg,混合后投入球磨机中球磨15~30min,获得混合料;将混合料投入熔炼炉中在680℃~750℃的条件下进行熔炼,待炉内出现铝液时,加入0.06kg氯化钠和0.06kg氯化钾,充分搅拌,混合均匀,然后加入0.15kg质量分数为0.6%的六氯乙烷进行精炼,不断搅拌;搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,静置一段时间后使用撇渣勺进行撇渣;将撇渣后的铝液倒入保温炉中保温;将保温的铝液倒入模具中进行浇铸,浇铸完成后脱模,即得到铝合金铸件。
实施例2制得的铝合金铸件可以用于连接汽车的前机舱纵梁与车身地板,其力学性能见表1。

从表1可以看出,加入氧化石墨烯与不加入氧化石墨烯相比,制得的铝合金铸件的密度差别不明显,但是加入氧化石墨烯制得的铝合金铸件的硬度明显提高,磨损率明显降低。
在不冲突的情况下,本文中上述实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。

Claims (5)
1.用于氢能源汽车的铝合金铸件的铸造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,按照以下质量百分比称取原料进行混合:Si 10%~11%,Fe 0.2%~0.3%,Mg0.4%~0.6%,Cu 1.0%~1.5%,Mn 3.5%~4.0%,Sr 0.04%~0.06%,Zn 0.2%~0.3%,Y 0.02%~0.03%,Sc 0.08%~0.1%,氧化石墨烯0.3%~0.5%,余量为Al;
S2,将步骤S1的原料投入球磨机中球磨15~30min,获得混合料;
S3,将步骤S2的混合料投入熔炼炉中在680℃~750℃的条件下进行熔炼,待炉内出现铝液时,加入氯化钠和氯化钾,充分搅拌,混合均匀,然后加入六氯乙烷进行精炼,不断搅拌;
S4,搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,静置一段时间后进行撇渣;
S5,将撇渣后的铝液倒入保温炉中保温;
S6,将保温的铝液倒入模具中进行浇铸,浇铸完成后脱模,即得到铝合金铸件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于氢能源汽车的铝合金铸件的铸造方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,按照以下质量百分比称取原料进行混合:Si 10.5%,Fe 0.25%,Mg 0.5%,Cu1.2%,Mn 3.8%,Sr 0.05%,Zn 0.25%,Y 0.02%,Sc 0.09%,氧化石墨烯0.4%,Al82.94%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于氢能源汽车的铝合金铸件的铸造方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,按照以下质量百分比称取原料进行混合:Si 10.2%,Fe 0.24%,Mg 0.45%,Cu1.4%,Mn 3.6%,Sr 0.04%,Zn 0.27%,Y 0.03%,Sc 0.08%,氧化石墨烯0.35%,Al83.34%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于氢能源汽车的铝合金铸件的铸造方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,氯化钠和氯化钾的质量比为1:1,氯化钠的使用量为原料总质量的0.04%~0.08%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于氢能源汽车的铝合金铸件的铸造方法,其特征在于,六氯乙烷的质量分数为0.6%,六氯乙烷的使用量为原料总质量的0.1%~0.2%。
