Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种张紧器,更具体地,涉及一种旋转张紧器,其具有在旋转臂上的摆臂中的第一扭转弹簧以及对旋转环和旋转臂进行偏压的第二扭转弹簧。
背景技术
大多数内燃机包括诸如动力转向设备、交流发电机和空调之类的配件。这些配件通常由皮带驱动。张紧器通常用于向皮带施加预负载,以便防止打滑。张紧器可以安装至发动机的安装表面上。
发动机可以进一步包括启停系统,由此当车辆不运动时发动机将关闭,并且当接收到驾驶员命令以行进时,发动机将重新启动。
启停功能将易于使皮带上的负载反向。因此,可以使用张紧器来适应皮带负载的反转。张紧器可以包括独立枢转的一个或多个部件,以便在两个皮带驱动方向上合适地施加所需的皮带预负载。张紧器也可以直接安装至例如交流发电机的配件,以便节省发动机舱中的空间。
现有技术的代表是WO2014/100894,其公开了一种张紧器,所述张紧器用于张紧与动力装置的轴上的旋转驱动构件接合的环形驱动构件。所述张紧器包括:可安装至动力装置的基部;与所述动力装置的轴呈围绕关系的、可旋转地支撑在基部上的环,所述环能够绕环的轴线旋转;张紧器臂,其可枢转地安装至所述环,以用于绕臂的枢转轴线的枢转运动;以及第一和第二张紧器带轮。第一张紧器带轮可旋转地安装到张紧器臂。张紧器臂在旋转驱动构件的一侧上被朝向环形驱动构件的第一跨度偏压。第二张紧器带轮至少间接可旋转地安装至所述环,并且在旋转驱动件的另一侧上被朝向环形驱动件的第二跨度偏压。所述环能够响应于第一张紧器带轮和第二张紧器带轮中的毂负载而旋转,所述毂负载是由于与环形驱动构件的第一跨度和第二跨度接合所产生的。

具体实施方式
图1是俯视透视图。旋转张紧器1000包括基部100、旋转臂200、旋转环400和摆臂张紧器300。旋转张紧器1000具有大体圆形的形状,以适应于安装在皮带驱动机器(BDM)上。基部100用于将本发明的装置安装至皮带驱动机器,例如交流发电机、起动发电机或电动发电机单元。这样的单元通常用于所谓的发动机启停应用中。BDM的从动带轮P穿过基部孔103突出。安装部分102接收诸如螺栓或螺钉的紧固件,以便将张紧器1000附接到BDM。
旋转臂200与基部100可旋转地接合。保持环101将旋转臂200保持在基部100上。保持环101可以压配合或夹紧至基部100。旋转臂200能够绕基部孔103在轴线A-A上旋转。
张紧器摆臂300在轴线B-B上枢转地安装到旋转臂200。带轮301轴颈连接到枢转臂300。扭转弹簧600将枢转臂300朝带轮401偏压并且使所述带轮与驱动皮带(未示出)接合,从而施加皮带载荷。扭转弹簧600沿退绕方向被加载。
旋转环400可旋转地接合在旋转臂200和基部100之间。旋转环400能够绕轴线A-A和基部孔103旋转。带轮401轴颈连接到旋转环400。
扭转弹簧500接合在旋转臂200和旋转环400之间。扭转弹簧500沿退绕方向被加载。扭转弹簧500使得带轮401抵抗由扭转弹簧600通过带轮301施加的力。扭转弹簧500被部分地封闭在旋转臂200和旋转环400中。
使用两个扭转弹簧(500、600)将张紧器在其预期的服务中的重要的旋转需求和扭矩需求分开,从而确保适当的性能。预期的服务可以包括在配件带驱动装置中用于发动机启停配置。
图2是剖视图。BDM的轴带轮P沿轴线A-A延伸穿过基部孔103,使得驱动皮带B将与BDM轴上的带轮P以及带轮301和带轮401接合。
摆臂300的枢转轴线B-B从轴线A-A径向地布置并且与轴线A-A不同轴。枢转轴线B-B设置在基部孔103的外侧。
图3是图2的横截面细节图。阻尼带402和阻尼带403与旋转臂200和旋转环400摩擦接合并且使所述旋转臂和所述旋转环的振荡运动衰减。阻尼带402和403包括在张紧器阻尼领域中已知的摩擦材料。波形弹簧404使得包括阻尼带403、旋转环400、阻尼带402、旋转臂200和衬套201的堆叠件与保持环101相接触,从而提供产生摩擦阻尼力所必要的法向力。弹簧404压靠在基部100上。低摩擦衬套201有利于旋转臂200相对于基部100的相对运动。衬套201相对于基部孔103定位旋转臂200和旋转环400。
图4是分解图。带轮301通过螺栓302紧固在摆臂300上。带轮401通过螺栓406紧固在旋转环400上。防尘罩407和防尘罩408防止碎屑进入带轮轴承。防尘罩303防止碎屑进入带轮轴承。
在图4中示出了两个弹簧,其中,张紧器可以被制造成以负载下弹簧退绕或以负载下弹簧卷绕的方式操作。在弹簧退绕以加载的模式中,使用弹簧500和弹簧600。每个弹簧500和弹簧600沿弹簧退绕方向被加载。弹簧500接合旋转环400和旋转臂200。弹簧600接合旋转臂200和摆臂300。
在替代实施例中,弹簧500和600可以沿卷绕方向加载。在卷绕方向的实施例中,弹簧500a和弹簧600a分别代替弹簧500和弹簧600。
弹簧500a包括从其延伸的凸舌500b和500c。凸舌500b接合旋转环400,并且凸舌500c接合旋转臂的槽200c。弹簧600a包括从其延伸的凸舌600b和600c。凸舌600b接合旋转臂200,凸舌600c接合摆臂300。
在又一实施例中,退绕弹簧500或600可以与卷绕弹簧500a或600a一起使用。例如,根据用户的需要,弹簧500与弹簧600a一起使用,或弹簧500a与弹簧600一起使用。
图5是摆臂张紧器的横截面视图。摆臂300绕轴304枢转。轴304固定至旋转臂200。低摩擦衬套305有利于摆臂300在轴304上的运动。带轮301在轴承306上轴颈连接至轴304。
图6是在从动机器上的装置的透视图。BDM的从动带轮P突出到基部孔103中并且穿过所述基部孔。BDM通常安装至车辆发动机,并且由驱动皮带B驱动。皮带B接合带轮P、带轮301和带轮401。

Claims (12)
1.一种张紧器,所述张紧器包括:
具有基部孔的基部,所述基部孔具有轴线A-A并且能够接收从动部件;
旋转臂,其与所述基部可旋转地接合并且环绕所述基部孔;
摆臂,其与所述旋转臂枢转接合,第一扭转弹簧对所述摆臂进行偏压,第一带轮轴颈连接至所述摆臂;
旋转环,其可旋转地环绕所述基部孔并且设置在所述旋转臂和所述基部之间,第二带轮轴颈连接至所述旋转环;
第二扭转弹簧,其接合在所述旋转环与所述旋转臂之间,以用于偏压所述旋转环;和
波形弹簧,其压接合在所述基部和所述旋转环之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述旋转臂和所述旋转环绕轴线A-A同轴地旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述从动部件在轴线A-A上旋转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述第一扭转弹簧沿退绕方向被加载。
5.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述第二扭转弹簧沿退绕方向被加载。
6.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,所述张紧器还包括与所述旋转臂和所述旋转环摩擦接合的阻尼构件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述基部能够固定地附接到从动部件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,从轴线A-A径向地布置所述摆臂的枢转轴线B-B。
9.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述枢转轴线B-B布置在所述基部孔的外侧。
10.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述旋转臂由附接到所述基部的保持构件来保持。
11.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述第一扭转弹簧沿卷绕方向被加载。
