If the server judges that the television calling terminal does not have the camera, the server can automatically judge whether the television calling terminal is provided with the camera or not when the television calling terminal initiates high-definition video calling because the television calling terminal and the mobile phone calling terminal are bound through the account, and if the server does not have the camera, the server automatically initiates high-definition video APP connection with the mobile phone calling terminal according to a user who initiates calling registration.

If the connection with the high-definition video APP of the mobile phone call terminal fails, the user A is informed through the short message, and if the high-definition video APP is not installed, the user A needs to be downloaded and installed.
