Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the cable 4 is disposed between the cable through hole 12 of the upper housing 1 and the cable through hole 12 of the lower housing 2 and the U-shaped cable seat 22, the elastic arms 31 at two sides of the cable clamp 3 are disposed in the cable clamp sliding grooves of the cable seat 22 on the lower housing 2, the arc surface 33 and the convex rib 34 of the cable clamp 3 contact with the cable 4, the ratchet 32 of the elastic arm 31 is clamped with the saw tooth bayonet 221, and the limit boss 13 of the upper housing 1 is disposed between the elastic arms 31 at two sides of the cable clamp 3.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2 are connected by screws 14.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the core of the cable 4 is connected to the terminal interface 51 of the terminal block assembly 5.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the locking bolt 52 secures the terminal assembly 5 together with the upper and lower housings 1 and 2 to the mating terminal.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the assembly process of the cable of the present invention is as follows: stripping the wire core of the wire cable 4, connecting the wire core of the wire cable 4 with the terminal interface 51 of the wire connecting terminal assembly 5, installing the wire connecting terminal assembly 5 in the lower shell 2, positioning the wire cable 4 through the second limiting groove 21, placing the wire cable 4 in the U-shaped wire cable seat 22 of the lower shell 2, arranging the wire clamp 3 in the wire clamp sliding groove of the wire cable seat 22 on the lower shell 2, pressing downwards, leading the ratchet 32 of the elastic arm 31 on the wire clamp 3 to be clamped with the sawtooth bayonet 221 through the guide of the upper chamfer 222 of the wire clamp sliding groove, and clamping the wire cable 4 between the arc surface 33 of the wire clamp 3 and the U-shaped wire cable seat 22 of the lower shell 2; the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are buckled, the wiring terminal assembly 5 is arranged in the first limiting groove 11 of the upper shell 1, the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are fixedly connected through the screws 14, and finally the wiring terminal assembly 5 is locked with the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 through adjusting the locking bolts 52, so that the assembly process of the cable is completed.
After the cable assembly is completed, the terminal assembly 5 is fixedly coupled to the butt ends together with the upper and lower cases 1 and 2 by the locking bolts 52.

Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 1, the plug housing of the connector is replaced by the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2, the U-shaped cable seat 22 is arranged on the lower housing 2, the cable 4 is clamped by the wire clamp 3 and the U-shaped cable seat 22 of the lower housing 2, and the clamping structure of the cable is implanted into the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2, so that the fixation of the plug housing and the tail end of the cable is completed. the cable connector comprises an upper shell (1) and a lower shell (2), wherein the upper shell (1) and the lower shell (2) are rectangular half shell parts which are buckled with each other, a first limiting groove (11) is arranged at the front end of the upper shell (1), a limiting boss (13) and a cable through hole (12) are arranged at the tail end of the upper shell, a second limiting groove (21) corresponding to the first limiting groove (11) is arranged at the front end of the lower shell (2), a U-shaped cable seat (22) is arranged at the tail end of the lower shell, cable clamp sliding grooves are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of the cable seat (22), a chamfer (222) is arranged at the top of each cable clamp sliding groove;
the wire clamp (3) is a W-shaped elastic sheet, the middle part of the elastic sheet is provided with an arc surface (33), two sides of the elastic sheet are symmetrically provided with elastic arms (31), the arc surface (33) is provided with a protruding convex rib (34), and the elastic arms (31) are provided with ratchets (32);
