Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of closed containers, in particular to a valve cover structure which is provided with an airtight structure on a container cover body, can provide an airtight effect when the cover body covers an opening of a container, and can be quickly opened by pulling out the cover body from the opening of the container through deformation of the cover body.
Background
Many foods, such as tea, cookies, seasonings, etc., are exposed to air for a long time and easily absorb moisture contained in the air, thereby causing the foods to become damp and mildewed. The above-mentioned prior art structure generally comprises a container body and a cover, wherein the cover is provided with a control member and is covered on the outer peripheral wall of the opening of the container body in a close and slidable manner, and the cover and the outer peripheral wall are integrally formed with a relief hole and a groove, and the groove is provided with a hole therein; the control piece comprises a control block, a buckling block and a spring, opening and closing of the hole are controlled through pressing of the control piece, when the control hole is opened, air inside and outside the container body can be convected to balance air pressure inside and outside the container body, and then the cover body can slide relative to the peripheral wall of the opening of the container body to open or close the opening.

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and provides a combination structure of a sealed container and an easy-open cover, in which a flexible deformable cover for covering the container body is elastically deformed by pulling the cover to generate a gap for balancing the internal and external air pressures of the container body, so that the flexible deformable cover can be opened quickly, thereby achieving the improvement of convenient use.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

And the flexible deformation cover is provided with a cover closing part, the cover closing part comprises an inner buckling piece, an outer buckling piece and an inner concave buckling groove positioned between the inner buckling piece and the outer buckling piece, the cover closing part of the flexible deformation cover covers the opening part, the inner concave buckling groove is sleeved and combined with the outer convex buckling edge, the inner buckling piece abuts against the inner buckling wall, and the outer buckling piece abuts against the outer buckling wall to form sealing combination of inner buckling and outer buckling.
The present invention is further technically characterized in that the outer fastening wall of the opening portion further has an upper ring groove and a lower ring groove which are positioned on the lower side of the outer convex fastening edge, and the outer fastening piece of the covering portion has an upper fastening edge which is fastened to the upper ring groove and a lower fastening edge which is fastened to the lower ring groove.
The invention is further technically characterized in that the outer buckling wall is further provided with an outer convex ring surface positioned between the upper ring groove and the lower ring groove, the outer buckling piece is further provided with an inner concave ring surface positioned between the upper buckling edge and the lower buckling edge, and the inner concave ring surface is abutted against the outer convex ring surface.
The invention is further technically characterized in that the flexible deformation cover is further provided with a sleeve hole, the sleeve hole is sleeved with a gas releasing piece, the gas releasing piece is provided with a gas inlet positioned on the inner side of the flexible deformation cover and a gas outlet seam extending out of the outer side of the flexible deformation cover, and the gas outlet seam is communicated with the gas inlet, so that gas in the container body can be extruded from the gas inlet to the gas outlet seam, the gas outlet seam is forced to be expanded, and the gas can be discharged outwards in a single direction, so that the covering operation is smoother, and the airtight effect that external gas cannot enter from the gas outlet seam can be maintained.
The invention is further technically characterized in that the trepanning is positioned in the center of the soft deformation cover, and the soft deformation cover is provided with two concave parts positioned on two sides of the trepanning.
The invention has the advantages that the soft deformation cover for covering the container body generates a gap through the elastic deformation of the cover opening wrench to balance the air pressure inside and outside the container body, so that the soft deformation cover can quickly open the shoulder, thereby achieving the advancement of convenient use.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an assembly structure of a sealed container and an easy-open lid of the present invention includes: a container body 10 has an opening 11, the opening 11 includes an inner fastening wall 111, an outer fastening wall 112, and an outer fastening edge 113 connecting the inner fastening wall 111 and the outer fastening wall 112.
And a flexible deformation cover 20 having a covering portion 21, the covering portion 21 comprising an inner fastening piece 211, an outer fastening piece 212 and an inner concave fastening groove 213 disposed between the inner fastening piece 211 and the outer fastening piece 212, the covering portion 21 of the flexible deformation cover 20 covering the opening 11, such that the inner concave fastening groove 213 is engaged with the outer fastening edge 113, and the inner fastening piece 211 abuts against the inner fastening wall 111 and the outer fastening piece 212 abuts against the outer fastening wall 112 to form a sealing engagement of inner and outer fastening.

Finally, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the sleeve hole 22 of the present invention is sleeved with a gas releasing member 23, the gas releasing member 23 has a gas inlet 231 located inside the flexible deformation cover 20 and a gas outlet 232 extending outside the flexible deformation cover 20, and the gas outlet 232 is communicated with the gas inlet 231, so that the gas inside the container body 10 can be pressed from the gas inlet 231 toward the gas outlet 232, the gas outlet 232 is forced to be expanded, and the gas can be discharged in a single direction from the direction of the dotted arrow in fig. 9, so that the covering operation of the flexible deformation cover 20 is smoother, and the airtight effect that the external gas cannot enter from the gas outlet 232 can be maintained.
Furthermore, in fig. 9, when the coffee beans 30 inside the container body 10 have an increased internal pressure due to the gas generated by fermentation during the storage process, the gas inside the container body 10 is also pressed from the gas inlet 231 toward the gas outlet slits 232, so that the gas is discharged from the gas outlet slits 232 in a single direction along the dotted arrow in fig. 9, and the airtight effect that the external gas cannot enter from the gas outlet slits 232 is maintained.
The invention can really break through the dilemma and the defect of the prior art for combining the cover body and the body structure of the closed container, and achieves the following advantages:
1, the outer buckling piece 212 of the flexible deformable cover 20 is easily deformed by force, and the inner concave buckling groove 213 is separated from the outer convex buckling edge 113, and the cover part 21 can be quickly separated from the opening part 11 of the container body 10 to complete opening, which is convenient for use.
2, the soft deformable cover 20 does not need to be additionally provided with holes communicating the inside and the outside like the creation background in the prior patent structure, and does not need to be combined in a troublesome way to carry out a control structure for balancing the inside and the outside pressure, thereby further reducing the manufacturing and assembling cost of the integral sealed container.
