(3) The half-moon shaped retainer 9 is closed and the locking cap 10 is tightened to hold the catheter 7 and cuff 6 in a fixed position in the outer diameter tooling (see figure 3).
(4) The inner diameter tool is moved until the proper position in the guide pipe 7, the mandrel 3 is driven to rotate, the conical mandrel 3 drives the three roller pins 2 which are distributed at equal intervals to contact the inner wall of the guide pipe, and the material of the guide pipe 7 is pressed into the groove of the pipe sleeve 6.
(5) The inner diameter tooling is retracted backwards, the locking cap 10 is unscrewed, and the outer diameter tooling and the rolled catheter assembly are taken out.
The invention has simple operation and reliable forming quality, and can meet the reliability requirements of high pressure resistance, light weight and long service life of the hydraulic pipeline of the airplane.
