本发明提供一种缓解眼部疲劳的含中药配方眼罩及其制备方法，其含有15个中药配方药包，中药配方按如下质量配比：夏枯草10‑15g、菊花6‑10g、黄精10‑15g、栀子8‑10g、枸杞子12‑15g、决明子9‑12g。本发明所提供的中药配方制成的眼罩是在中医药理论的指导下，借配方组方药物整体功效，达到缓解疲劳、辅助治疗炎症等效果。

技术领域
本发明属于中医药领域，涉及一种具有缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代科技技术的发展，手机、电脑、平板等电子产品已经广泛普及并融入日常生活之中。在工作学习以及生活中，人们都习惯于捧着手机电脑来获取信息，据研究显示，很大部分年轻人每天观看电子屏的时间有长达8小时之久。儿童也过早地接触到电子产品。种种情况都间接或者直接影响到近视率上升，导致人们眼睛干涩，充血等情况。
眼部疲劳已经逐渐广泛地出现。眼部疲劳不仅会给患者带来生理上的疲倦和难受，甚至对日常生活会有严重影响。现有研究人员后根据症状轻重将眼部疲劳分为三个等级，主观诊断指标：①不耐久视、暂时性视物模糊；②眼部干涩、灼烧感、发痒、胀痛、流泪；③头痛、头晕、记忆力减退、失眠。市面上含有自热层的蒸气眼罩出现的较多，但是自热层的热气带来严重的问题就是会引起炎症的加重，且自热性眼罩只能一次性利用。本设计眼罩舍弃自热层的设计，采用眼部本身的热量使药包中挥发性成分发挥药效，且眼罩可重复利用，只需要更换药包，节约环保。为此，需要研究相应的技术方案给予解决。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷，本发明的目的是提供一种缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩及其制备方法，本发明所述中药药包层中的药物是在中医理论的指导下，合理配伍，主要使中药组分中药物的挥发性成分发挥药效，达到缓解疲劳、辅助治疗炎症的效果。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩，包括眼罩本体和设置在眼罩本体两侧的耳廓线以及开口夹层结构，所述眼罩本体上对称设有两组镜框，所述眼罩本体由外向内依次为：外层、药包层和内层；其中，所述外层面向空气，所述内层面向眼睛。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述开口夹层结构是设置在外层与内层之间，使用时所述药包层是置入在开口夹层结构内。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述内层选用针刺棉，减少皮肤摩擦损伤保证药效发挥均匀。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩的制备方法，含有15个中药配方药包，每个所述中药配方药包中的中药按如下配方及质量配比：夏枯草10-15g、菊花6-10g、黄精10-15g、栀子8-10g、枸杞子12-15g、决明子9-12g。
作为上述技术方案的改进，将配方中所涉及的中药组方进行研磨过2015版《中国药典》(一部)5号筛成粉末作为药包层。
作为上述技术方案的改进，15个所述药包层分别密封使用时撕开取出，所述药包层通过眼部自身的热量将配方中挥发性成分的功效传递到眼部，当药包挥发性气味减弱更换新的药包，且每次佩戴时间不少于30分钟。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明所述中药药包层中的中药是在中医理论的指导下，借中药配伍整体之功，达到缓解疲劳、辅助治疗炎症的效果。与现有技术相比，本发明提供的缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩具有以下突出的有益效果：
(1)外敷疗法是常用的治疗方法。通过药物组分的总体药效发挥达到相应的目的，同时具有操作简单方便、价格相对低廉等优点。
(2)本发明提供的中药配方组方均为2015版《中国药典》(一部)收载的临床常用中药，均无毒。患者用药安全、放心。
(3)对于眼部疲劳这一症状来说，中药外敷眼罩为较好的便捷方式，同时对于眼部疲劳从中医治疗角度说来看，主要从眼睛干涩、肿胀、视觉模糊等方面着手，组方配伍，达到缓解眼部疲劳的效果。
(4)将中药与眼罩相结合，借助眼部自身的温度，将中药组方中挥发性成分逐步渗透到眼部，发挥其作用。
(5)眼罩可重复利用，只需更换药包即可，节约环保。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的中药配方共由六味药组成：夏枯草、菊花、黄精、栀子、枸杞子、决明子，该六味药均为2015版《中国药典》(一部)收载品种。
夏枯草：清肝泻火，明目，散结消肿。用于目赤肿痛，目珠夜痛，头痛眩晕，瘰疬，癭瘤，乳痈，乳癖，乳房胀痛。
菊花：散风清热，平肝明目，清热解毒。用于风热感冒，头痛眩晕，目赤肿痛，眼目昏花，疮痈肿毒。
黄精：补气养阴，健脾，润肺，益肾。用于脾胃气虚，体倦乏力，胃阴不足，口干食少，肺虚燥咳，劳嗽咳血，精血不足，腰膝酸软，须发早白，内热消渴。
栀子：泻火除烦，清热利湿，凉血解毒；外用消肿止痛。用于热病心烦，湿热黄疸，淋证涩痛，血热吐衄，目赤肿痛，火毒疮疡；外治扭挫伤痛。
枸杞子：滋补肝肾，益精明目。用于虚劳精亏，腰膝酸痛，眩晕耳鸣，阳萎遗精，内热消渴，血虚萎黄，目昏不明。
决明子：清热明目，润肠通便。用于目赤涩痛，羞明多泪，头痛眩晕，目暗不明，大便秘结。
实施例1：
一种缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩含有一个中药配方药包层，且药包层中的中药按如下质量配比：夏枯草10-15g、菊花6-10g、黄精10-15g、栀子8-10g、枸杞子12-15g、决明子9-12g。
实施例2：
一种缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩含有一个中药配方药包层，且药包层中的中药按如下质量配比：夏枯草10g，菊花8g，黄精10g，栀子8g，枸杞子12g，决明子10g。
实施例3：
中药配方药包层的制备方法
将中药组方进行粉碎研磨过2015版《中国药典》(一部)5号筛成粉末作为药包层用料。使用时，将药包层通过开口结构放入眼罩夹层内即可。
实施例4：
如图1和图2所示：一种缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩，包括眼罩本体6和设置在眼罩本体6两侧的耳廓线4以及开口夹层结构5，眼罩本体6上对称设置有两组镜框7，眼罩本体6由外向内依次为：外层1、药包层2和内层3；其中，外层1面向空气，内层3面向眼睛。开口夹层结构5是设置在外层1与内层3之间，使用时药包层2是置入在开口夹层结构5内。内层3选用针刺棉，减少皮肤摩擦损伤，保证药效发挥均匀。此外，药包层2分别密封使用时撕开取出，药包层2通过眼部自身的热量将配方中挥发性成分的功效传递到眼部，当药包挥发性气味减弱更换新的药包，且每次佩戴时间不少于30分钟。
实施例5：
缓解眼部疲劳临床观察实验
(1)一般资料
病例来源于南京瑞真堂医疗机构，患者共计210人，年龄在20到70之间，均为不同程度的眼部疲劳症状。
(2)眼部疲劳效果临床比较分组及给药方法
根据年龄(20～35岁，36～50岁、51～70岁)分成3组，组1为20～35岁，组2为36～50岁，组3为51～70岁，每组70人，发放实施例2的眼罩。
(3)疗效判定标准
眼部疲劳评判分级：
①不耐久视、暂时性视物模糊；
②眼部干涩、灼烧感、发痒、胀痛、流泪；
③头痛、头晕、记忆力减退、失眠。
治疗效果评定：
显效：眼部疲劳有明显改善情况；
有效：眼部疲劳得到一定程度缓解；
无效：眼部情况无改变。
(4)治疗结果
不同组别对眼部疲劳患者治疗结果详见表1。

实施例6：典型病例1
王某，男，26岁，因长期加班电脑操作过多，导致眼部经常感到干涩疲劳等症状。经每晚应用实施例2所述眼罩3天后，眼部疲劳的状况即见改善，1周后消失。
实施例7：典型病例2
缪某，女，33岁，因从事缝纫工作长期加班眼睛高度集中，导致眼部经常出现干涩疲劳、昏花、甚至短暂失明等症状。经每天早晚应用实施例2所述眼罩1周后，眼部疲劳及失明状况即见改善，10天后消失。
实施例8：典型病例3
缪某，男，52岁，因长期在工地干活且从事有电焊工作，风吹日晒以及电焊光线刺激，导致眼部经常出现重度疲劳、睁不开、头昏、甚至短暂失明等症状。经每天早中晚应用实施例2所述眼罩1周后，眼部疲劳及失明状况即见改善，2周后消失。
Claims (7)
1.一种缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩，其特征在于：包括眼罩本体(6)和设置在眼罩本体(6)两侧的耳廓线(4)以及开口夹层结构(5)，所述眼罩本体(6)上对称设有两组镜框(7)，所述眼罩本体(6)由外向内依次为：外层(1)、药包层(2)和内层(3)；其中，所述外层(1)面向空气，所述内层(3)面向眼睛。
2.根据权利要求1所述缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩，其特征在于：所述开口夹层结构(5)是设置在外层(1)与内层(3)之间，使用时所述药包层(2)是置入在开口夹层结构(5)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩，其特征在于：所述内层(3)选用针刺棉，减少皮肤摩擦损伤，保证药效发挥均匀。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩的制备方法，其特征在于：含有15个中药配方药包，每个所述中药配方药包中的中药按如下配方及质量配比：夏枯草10-15g、菊花6-10g、黄精10-15g、栀子8-10g、枸杞子12-15g、决明子9-12g。
5.根据权利要求4所述缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩的制备方法，其特征在于：所述中药配方药包层中的中药配方及质量配比如下：夏枯草10g、菊花8g、黄精10g、栀子8g、枸杞子12g、决明子10g，共制成15包药包。
6.根据权利要求4所述缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩的制备方法，其特征在于：将配方中所涉及的中药组方进行研磨过2015版《中国药典》(一部)5号筛成粉末作为药包层。
7.根据权利要求4所述缓解眼部疲劳的中药配方眼罩的制备方法，其特征在于：15个所述药包层(2)分别密封使用时撕开取出，所述药包层(2)通过眼部自身的热量将配方中挥发性成分的功效传递到眼部，当药包挥发性气味减弱更换新的药包，且每次佩戴时间不少于30分钟。
