Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐压内衬隔热油管,包括油管本体、油管接箍、承压内管和隔热保温层,承压内管外侧嵌装隔热保温层后穿入油管中,通过在油管及承压内管的两端分别采用焊接密封及螺母压环拧紧密封装置的固定方式,将承压内管及隔热保温层进行固定并完成两端端部的密封,最后通过油管接箍将若干根油管联结在一起下井使用。使用该种耐压内衬隔热油管后能有效地降低原油从井底举升到井口过程中原油自身温度的损失并改善原油在井筒中的粘度、结蜡、流态,提高井筒及井口原油温度15~25℃,降低抽油机载荷,从而解决油井热洗、加各种化防药剂、电加热降粘、大大简化地面集输工艺流程等问题,最终达到节能减排、创收增效、降低石油开采成本的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油开采设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐压内衬隔热油管。
背景技术
目前,在油田实际生产过程中普遍采用纯光管管柱采油的传流方式,纯光管管柱采油方式存在原油从深层位自然温度高的油藏中流出,经机械举升沿管柱自下而上流动到井口的过程中,将部分自身温度(热量)通过油管柱、油套环空散失到浅层的地层中,从而造成上部管柱中原油结蜡严重、粘度增加、流动性变差,给正常生产带来诸多技术问题。
近几年来人们在研究并逐渐使用隔热油管管柱来解决使用纯光管管柱存在的温度损失问题取得了一定效果,但目前所使用的隔热油管还存在油管耐压及油管密封不能满足管柱在复杂井筒条件下正常使用的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐压内衬隔热油管,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,能有效地降低原油从井底举升到井口过程中原油自身温度的损失并改善原油在井筒中的粘度、结蜡、流态,提高井筒及井口原油温度15~25℃,降低抽油机载荷,从而解决油井热洗、加各种化防药剂、电加热降粘、大大简化地面集输工艺流程等问题的同时,还能保证隔热油管管柱在复杂井筒条件下正常长期使用,最终达到节能减排、创收增效、大大降低石油开采成本的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种耐压内衬隔热油管,包括油管本体、油管接箍、承压内管和隔热保温层,所述油管本体两端均加工有公螺纹,所述油管接箍两端加工有母螺纹,所述油管本体一端连接所述油管接箍为接箍端,所述油管本体另一端为公扣端;所述承压内管嵌装于所述油管本体内侧,所述隔热保温层嵌装于所述油管本体与所述承压内管之间;所述接箍端的所述承压内管伸出于所述油管本体,所述接箍端的所述承压内管与所述油管本体之间构成环形间隙,此间隙中套嵌有固定钢圈一;所述公扣端的所述承压内管与所述油管本体之间的环形间隙中嵌装有密封装置,所述公扣端的所述承压内管上设置有外螺纹,并螺纹连接有螺母压环,所述螺母压环压紧所述密封装置实现所述承压内管与所述油管本体的密封;
两个所述油管本体连接时,一个油管本体的公扣端旋入另一个油管本体的接箍端,与油管接箍螺纹连接,两个所述油管本体连接后的间隙中安装有密封胶圈一。
优选地,所述密封装置包括垫环、密封胶圈二、固定钢圈二和锁紧钢环,所述固定钢圈二焊接于所述承压内管上,所述固定钢圈二的内端面与所述隔热保温层的端面相抵,所述锁紧钢环、所述密封胶圈二和所述垫环由内到外依次排列,且所述锁紧钢环和所述密封胶圈二套设于所述固定钢圈二的外部,所述垫环设置于所述密封胶圈二的外端面上;所述固定钢圈二为锥形环,所述密封胶圈二为锥形胶圈,所述密封胶圈二的锥形面与所述固定钢圈二的锥形面配合设置;或,所述固定钢圈二为圆柱形环,所述密封胶圈二为圆柱形胶圈;所述螺母压环压紧在所述垫环的外侧。
优选地,所述固定钢圈一与所述油管本体、所述承压内管焊接固定。
优选地,所述隔热保温层由将气凝胶隔热保温毡或隔热保温涂料或玻璃纤维或硅酸类隔热保温材料固定嵌装在所述承压内管的外侧而成。
优选地,所述承压内管为由高强度耐磨合金钢材料制作的无缝钢管。
优选地,所述垫环由加强尼龙或聚四氟乙烯或聚碳酸酯或聚甲醛或ABC材料制成。
优选地,所述密封胶圈一和所述密封胶圈二由丁晴或氟橡胶或氟硅胶或氯丁橡胶或丙烯酸酯材料制成。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下有益技术效果:

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本实施例中的耐压内衬隔热油管,如图1所示,包括油管本体1、油管接箍11、承压内管3和隔热保温层2,油管本体1两端均加工有公螺纹,油管接箍11两端加工有母螺纹,油管本体1一端连接油管接箍11为接箍端,油管本体1另一端为公扣端;承压内管3嵌装于油管本体1内侧,隔热保温层2嵌装于油管本体1与承压内管3之间;接箍端的承压内管3伸出于油管本体1,接箍端的承压内管3与油管本体1之间构成环形间隙,此间隙中套嵌有固定钢圈一4,固定钢圈一4与油管本体1、承压内管3焊接固定,完成接箍端的密封;公扣端的承压内管3与油管本体1之间的环形间隙中嵌装有密封装置,公扣端的承压内管3上设置有外螺纹,并螺纹连接有螺母压环5,螺母压环5压紧密封装置实现承压内管3与油管本体1的密封;
两个油管本体1连接时,一个油管本体1的公扣端旋入另一个油管本体1的接箍端,与油管接箍11螺纹连接,两个油管本体1连接后的间隙中安装有密封胶圈一10。
于本具体实施例中,密封装置包括垫环6、密封胶圈二7、固定钢圈二8和锁紧钢环9,固定钢圈二8焊接于承压内管3上,固定钢圈二8的内端面与隔热保温层2的端面相抵,且锁紧钢环9和密封胶圈二7套设于固定钢圈二8的外部,所述垫环6设置于所述密封胶圈二7的外端面上;所述固定钢圈二8为锥形环,所述密封胶圈二7为锥形胶圈,所述密封胶圈二7的锥形面与所述固定钢圈二8的锥形面配合设置;或,所述固定钢圈二8为圆柱形环,所述密封胶圈二7为圆柱形胶圈;螺母压环5压紧在垫环6的外侧。
为了保证不让油管内的流体压力将隔热保温层2挤压变薄而降低其隔热保温效果,因此在耐压内衬隔热油管最里侧设置了承压内管3,承压内管3由高强度耐磨合金钢材料制作的无缝钢管。
为了保证不让油管内的带压液体进入隔热保温层2而降低其隔热保温效果,同时保证将隔热保温层2和承压内管3能牢牢的固定在油管的内侧并不发生位移,因此在耐压内衬隔热油管的两端部分别采用了焊接密封及螺母压环5拧紧密封装置来确保承压内管3不位移、不变形固定在油管内,隔热保温层2中不进入带压液体(原油)而影响其保温效果。
在油管与油管用油管接箍11的联接处,在两根油管联接后之间的间隙中安装密封胶圈一10的目的是防止油管中的液体在该处与油管及油管接箍11接触,散失有效的液体热量(温度)。
在油管接箍端将承压内管3伸出于油管本体1,目的是为了固定并保护该处安装的密封胶圈一10,防止密封胶圈一10在两根油管通过油管接箍11连接并拧紧时脱落或损坏。
此外,本实施例中,隔热保温层2由将气凝胶隔热保温毡或隔热保温涂料或玻璃纤维或硅酸类隔热保温材料固定嵌装在承压内管3的外侧而成;垫环6由加强尼龙或聚四氟乙烯或聚碳酸酯或聚甲醛或ABC材料制成;密封胶圈一10和密封胶圈二7则由丁晴或氟橡胶或氟硅胶或氯丁橡胶或丙烯酸酯材料制成。

1.一种耐压内衬隔热油管,其特征在于:包括油管本体、油管接箍、承压内管和隔热保温层,所述油管本体两端均加工有公螺纹,所述油管接箍两端加工有母螺纹,所述油管本体一端连接所述油管接箍为接箍端,所述油管本体另一端为公扣端;所述承压内管嵌装于所述油管本体内侧,所述隔热保温层嵌装于所述油管本体与所述承压内管之间;所述接箍端的所述承压内管伸出于所述油管本体,所述接箍端的所述承压内管与所述油管本体之间构成环形间隙,此间隙中套嵌有固定钢圈一;所述公扣端的所述承压内管与所述油管本体之间的环形间隙中嵌装有密封装置,所述公扣端的所述承压内管上设置有外螺纹,并螺纹连接有螺母压环,所述螺母压环压紧所述密封装置实现所述承压内管与所述油管本体的密封;
两个所述油管本体连接时,一个油管本体的公扣端旋入另一个油管本体的接箍端,与油管接箍螺纹连接,两个所述油管本体连接后的间隙中安装有密封胶圈一。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐压内衬隔热油管,其特征在于:所述密封装置包括垫环、密封胶圈二、固定钢圈二和锁紧钢环,所述固定钢圈二焊接于所述承压内管上,所述固定钢圈二的内端面与所述隔热保温层的端面相抵,所述锁紧钢环、所述密封胶圈二和所述垫环由内到外依次排列,且所述锁紧钢环和所述密封胶圈二套设于所述固定钢圈二的外部,所述垫环设置于所述密封胶圈二的外端面上;所述固定钢圈二为锥形环,所述密封胶圈二为锥形胶圈,所述密封胶圈二的锥形面与所述固定钢圈二的锥形面配合设置;或,所述固定钢圈二为圆柱形环,所述密封胶圈二为圆柱形胶圈;所述螺母压环压紧在所述垫环的外侧。
