When the marine vessel sails for a period of time, the hull outer plate can form a relatively serious rust layer under the corrosion of the marine environment, and if the corrosion layer is not processed in time, hidden dangers can be brought to the structural strength and the sailing safety of the marine vessel, so that the marine vessel needs to carry out rust removal operation regularly.
At present, the known ultrahigh-pressure water high-altitude rust removing operation of the steel outer plate of the marine vessel is bound in an overhead vehicle control bucket through an ultrahigh-pressure water rust removing head support, and constructors operate an overhead vehicle and the high-pressure water rust removing head in the overhead vehicle bucket to operate. The constructor needs to have an elevated vehicle operation certificate. For the outer plate with molded lines (single curved surface or double curved surface), the angle of the derusting head bracket needs to be changed to adapt to the molded lines of the outer plate. The rust removal operation is high in labor intensity of personnel, and meanwhile, risks of high falling and object striking exist.
