The production device for the ultra-wide automobile colored ribbons and the gradient PVB membranes comprises a double-screw extruder, a rotary filter, a No. 2 melt metering pump, a double-column double-station hydraulic screen changer, a No. 1 melt metering pump, a die head, a thickness gauge, traction equipment and a winding machine which are sequentially connected; a distributor module is arranged on the die head; the distributor module comprises a pigment inlet hole at the lower end, an internal pigment channel and fixing edges at two ends; the colorant inlet hole is hexagonal or pentagonal. The production device for the ultra-wide automobile colored ribbon and the gradual change PVB membrane can produce the wide colored ribbon and the gradual change PVB membrane with the thickness of more than 600 mm; the invention also provides a production process thereof.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film production, in particular to a device and a process for producing an ultra-wide automobile colored tape and a gradual change PVB film.
Background
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the market of household cars is getting bigger and bigger, and due to the special performance of the PVB membrane, the laminated glass has the special performances of excellent optical performance, penetration resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, ultraviolet insulation, high and low temperature climate resistance, excellent safety performance and the like, so that the front windshield glass and the side windshield glass of the automobile both use the laminated glass, and the consumption of the PVB membrane is rapidly increased. At present, the integration of the front windshield and the skylight in the market tends to require that the width of the colored ribbon reaches more than 600mm, and at present, no manufacturers exist for the wide colored ribbon with the width of more than 600mm in China.
The special car diaphragm market demand of present PVB super wide colored ribbon is huge, but current PVB diaphragm apparatus for producing adopts PVB resin and pigment to mix in advance more, then flows the curtain coating film behind the extruder jointly, can only produce the narrower PVB diaphragm of colored ribbon width, also can't produce the PVB diaphragm of gradual change of color.
Patent CN2013208155730 discloses a colored PVB's colouring and drying device, including the colouring case that arranges in proper order, turn to the roller, wash tank and cooler bin, the PVB intermediate coat that will come out from the die head gets into the colouring case that contains dye solution and colors, can let the PVB diaphragm cool down simultaneously, then the PVB intermediate coat gets into the wash tank after turning to the roller, wash the solution on diaphragm surface in the cooling water, and make the temperature of diaphragm further reduce, the PVB diaphragm that comes out from the wash tank gets into the drying roller after turning to the roller and carries out the predrying, it is further dry to get into the drying cabinet again. The device need make the PVB diaphragm earlier, then carries out further dyeing drying to the PVB membrane again, and the operation is more loaded down with trivial details, and can't produce the PVB diaphragm of gradual change colour.
In patent CN2012205559371, a colorant distributor for a color PVB film insert is disclosed, which comprises an insert, wherein a colorant channel is arranged in the insert, and the colorant channel is spaced from the edge of the insert, i.e. the colorant channel is slightly away from the edge of the insert, preferably 1 cm. Stopping the operation of colored ribbon PVB film, changing into the transparent PVB film of production after, injecting into the mould as transparent PVB raw materials, extrude through short-term promotion, can thoroughly, cleanly extrude the colouring material of remaining in the mould to ensure the production and the quality of the transparent PVB film in later stage. Through the pigment distributor that adopts the colored PVB film of this kind of structure to insert for the PVB production line can not only produce the colored ribbon PVB film, can also produce transparent PVB film, make full use of production resource. However, the color material distributor can only produce PVB films with the width of 300mm and 300mm, and cannot produce color tapes with the width of more than 600 mm.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a wide automobile color band and gradient PVB membrane production device, which can produce a wide color band and a gradient PVB membrane with the thickness of more than 600mm by adding a double-screw extruder, a distributor, a melt metering pump, a double-column double-station hydraulic screen changer and other equipment, and is suitable for an integrated automobile of a front windshield and a skylight of an ultra-wide automobile; the invention also provides a production process thereof.
The wide automobile colored ribbon and gradient PVB membrane production device comprises a double-screw extruder, a rotary filter, a No. 2 melt metering pump, a double-column double-station hydraulic screen changer, a No. 1 melt metering pump, a die head, a thickness gauge, traction equipment and a winding machine which are connected in sequence; a distributor module is arranged on the die head; the distributor comprises a pigment inlet hole at the upper end, an internal pigment channel and fixing edges at two ends; the colorant inlet hole is hexagonal or pentagonal.
The double-screw extruder is provided with a PVB resin feed inlet.
The die head discharge part is sequentially provided with a frosted roller and a mirror roller.
The fixed edge of the distributor module is provided with a plurality of fixing holes.
Preferably, the colorant inlet aperture and the colorant passage of the dispenser module are the same distance from the two fixed edges of the dispenser module.
Preferably, the colorant inlet aperture and the colorant passage of the dispenser module are at different distances from the two fixed edges of the dispenser module.
Plasticizing raw material materials by a double-screw extruder, filtering impurities by a rotary filter, quantitatively conveying the materials and pressurizing by a No. 2 melt metering pump and a No. 1 melt metering pump, and filtering the impurities again by adopting a double-column double-station hydraulic screen changer; the materials after metering and filtering are subjected to membrane forming through a die head, and a specially customized distributor module is adopted to convey two materials to a channel and a distribution flow channel, so that an ultra-wide automobile colored band or a gradual change PVB membrane is obtained; finally, the thickness and the uniformity of the membrane are detected by a thickness gauge, and then the finished product is wound by a traction device and a winding machine.
The production process of the ultra-wide automobile colored ribbon and gradual change PVB membrane production device comprises the following steps:
adding PVB resin raw materials into a double-screw extruder through a PVB resin feed inlet, adding pigments into the double-screw extruder, extruding the PVB resin raw materials and the pigments through a die head and a distributor module, and cooling and forming to obtain the ultra-wide automobile colored band or the gradual change PVB membrane.
When producing super wide car colored ribbon PVB diaphragm, the colouring material inlet hole of distributor module and colouring material passageway are the same with two fixed limit distances of distributor.
When producing super wide car gradual change PVB diaphragm, the colouring material inlet hole of distributor module and colouring material passageway are different with two fixed limit distances of distributor.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, by adding equipment such as a double-screw extruder, a distributor, a melt metering pump, a double-column double-station hydraulic screen changer and the like, the designed device can produce wide color bands with the width of more than 600mm and gradient PVB (polyvinyl butyral) membranes;
(2) the production device disclosed by the invention does not generate waste water and solid waste in a working state, only needs to be modified from the existing production device, is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and is suitable for large-scale production of wide color bands with the width of more than 600mm and gradient PVB (polyvinyl butyral) membranes.

The twin-screw extruder 13 is provided with a PVB resin feed inlet 12.
The discharge part of the die head 6 is sequentially provided with a frosted roller 5 and a mirror surface roller 4.
The fixing edge 703 of the dispenser module 7 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 704.
Toner inlet hole 701 and toner channel 702 of dispenser module 7 are the same distance from both fixed edges 703 of dispenser module 7.
Raw material materials are plasticized through a double-screw extruder 13, then impurities are filtered through a rotary filter 11, then the materials are quantitatively conveyed and pressurized through a No. 2 melt metering pump 10 and a No. 1 melt metering pump 8, and meanwhile, the impurities are filtered again through a double-column double-station hydraulic screen changer 9; the materials after metering and filtering are subjected to membrane forming through a die head 6, and a specially customized distributor module 7 is adopted to convey two materials to a channel and a distribution flow channel, so that the ultra-wide color-changing PVB membrane for the automobile is obtained; finally, the thickness and the uniformity of the film are detected by a thickness gauge 3, and then the finished product is wound by a traction device 2 and a winding machine 1.
The production process of the production device for the ultra-wide automobile color band PVB membrane comprises the following steps:
