本发明公开了一种汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,包括设有进料端和出料端的工作台板,在工作台板上设有直线导轨,在直线导轨上设有由动力缸驱动的拖板,在拖板上通过快速换模装有仿形模具,工作台板于近直线导轨处设有由高频动力头驱动的直刀刀片,高频动力头通过固定梁固定在工作台板上,直刀刀片的刃口的朝向与拖板行走的朝向呈平行设置;拖板于近直刀刀片侧设有翻转压紧单元;工作台板于出料端一侧的近直线导轨处设有废料脱落口,于废料脱落管的下方设有废料收集箱。较之现有技术,本发明可以解决现有发泡风管管口切割时管口端面易出现尺寸精度差和不能一次切割到位的问题。

汽车发泡风管管口切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车发泡风管工艺装备制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于汽车发泡风管管口的切割装置。
背景技术
汽车空调通风管是汽车空调系统的重要组成部件,一般由发泡塑料制成;大多汽车空调的通风管为薄壁的发泡风管,在发泡风管的管口处设有管口端面;通常薄壁发泡风管本体的管口端面要在带锯床上切割完成;所述带锯床包括工作台板,在所述工作台板设有直线导轨,在所述直线导轨;工作时,先将仿形模具固定夹紧在带锯床的工作台板后,再将发泡风管放置在仿形胎具上,启动带锯床使仿形胎具上的发泡风管体的管口沿直线导轨在旋转的带锯条下横向移动,完成发泡风管的管口端面的切割。这种切割方式在生产的过程中存在如下问题:1、由于薄壁发泡风管本体的壁厚小于1.5mm,完成切割后的管口端面后容易出现圆弧状、不平直,尺寸精度差;同时切割割后的管口端面粗糙、毛刺较多;而且还不能一次切割到位,后续还需人工进行修边多余的圆弧状边缘,生产效率低;2、带锯床的带锯条长度较长,更换困难,而且价格较贵;3、切割掉的废料无处收集易污染环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,以解决现有发泡风管管口切割时管口端面易出现尺寸精度差和不能一次切割到位的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:这种汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,包括设有进料端和出料端的工作台板,在所述工作台板上设有直线导轨,在所述直线导轨上设有由动力缸驱动的拖板,在所述拖板上通过快速换模装有仿形模具,所述工作台板于近所述直线导轨处设有由高频动力头驱动的直刀刀片,所述高频动力头通过固定梁固定在所述工作台板上,所述直刀刀片的刃口的朝向与所述拖板行走的朝向呈平行设置;所述拖板于近所述直刀刀片侧设有翻转压紧单元;所述工作台板于出料端一侧的近所述直线导轨处设有废料脱落口,于所述废料脱落管的下方设有废料收集箱。
上述汽车发泡风管管口切割装置技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述翻转压紧单元包括框形安装杆和穿装在框形安装杆顶部的多个翻转仿形压紧架,每个所述翻转仿形压紧架分别与所述仿形模具上的多个仿形定位凹部相对应,所述框形安装杆于近每个所述翻转仿形压紧架处均设有一个翻转限位件。
进一步的:所述直刀刀片为无齿刀片。
进一步的:所述框形安装杆具有横杆和分别连结在所述横杆两端的竖杆,所述框形安装杆通过所述竖杆装在所述拖板上;所述翻转仿形压紧架包括套设在所述横杆上的转筒和设在所述转筒上的仿形支架;所述翻转限位件具有套设在所述横杆上的套筒,所述套筒于近所述转筒处设有伸向所述仿形支架的限位搭接部;所述翻转限位件的套筒的内径大于所述翻转仿形压紧架的转筒的内径。
进一步的:在所述废料脱落口上装有伸向所述废料收集箱的导向管。
进一步的:所述工作台板装在机架上。
进一步的:所述动力缸为气缸,所述高频动力头为高频电动机。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:1、由于将带锯条换成由高频动力头驱动的直刀刀片,直刀刀片的长度短且在高频动力头驱动下进行上下高频往复运动,对通过动力缸驱动的拖板上的发泡风管的管口进行切割作业,可一次性切割到位;适合切割软质的薄壁的汽车发泡风管,尤其适合切割壁厚小于1.5mm的产品,且管口的切割面平直、光滑无毛刺,尺寸精度高,不会出现圆弧状,提高了生产效率;2、更换刀片简单,价格较便宜; 3、设有废料收集箱,切割掉的废料不会污染环境。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图2和图3所示的汽车发泡风管管口切割装置包括设有进料端2A和出料端2B的工作台板2,本实施例的工作台板2装在机架1的顶部;在工作台板2上设有直线导轨,本实施例的直线导轨为两根轨道11,在两根轨道11设有由动力缸驱动的拖板12,本实施例的动力缸为气缸14;在拖板12上通过快速换模10装有仿形模具6:本实施例于近两根轨道11 处的工作台板2上设有由高频动力头驱动的直刀刀片7,直刀刀片7悬置在高频动力头上;该高频动力头通过固定梁9固定在进料端2A与出料端2B之间的工作台板1上,本实施例的高频动力头为高频电动机8,直刀刀片7的一端与高频电动机8的动力输出端相连接;直刀刀片7的刃口的朝向与拖板12在两根轨道11上行走的朝向呈平行设置,以便于直刀刀片7刃口的切割作业直刀刀片7为无齿刀片;于近直刀刀7片侧的拖板上设有翻转压紧单元,本实施例的翻转压紧单元包括框形安装杆4和穿装在框形安装杆4顶部的两个翻转仿形压紧架5,框形安装杆4具有横杆和分别连结在横杆两端的竖杆,框形安装杆4通过分别通过横杆两端的竖杆装在拖板12上;翻转仿形压紧架5包括套设在框形安装杆4的横杆上的转筒5-2和连接在转筒5-2上的仿形支架5-1;每个翻转仿形压紧架5的仿形支架5-1分别与仿形模具6上的两个仿形定位凹部相对应,框形安装杆4于近每个翻转仿形压紧架5处均设有一个翻转限位件14,如图4所示;本实施例的翻转限位件14具有套设在框形安装杆4的横杆上的套筒14-1,套筒14-1于靠近翻转仿形压紧架5的转筒处设有伸向翻转仿形压紧架5的仿形支架的限位搭接部14-2,本实施例的翻转限位件14的套筒14-1的内径大于翻转仿形压紧架5的转筒的内径;以使翻转限位件14用于翻转仿形压紧架5的限位,如图6所示;于出料端2B一侧的靠近直线导轨外侧的一根轨道11的工作台板1上开设有一个废料脱落口,于废料脱落口的下方设有废料收集箱3,在废料脱落口装有伸向废料收集箱3的导向管1。
工作时,启动将气缸14拖板12推动至工作台板2的进料端2A侧后停止,将汽车发泡风管15放置在仿形模具6上,使汽车发泡风管15的管口朝向直刀刀片7一侧;分别转动框形安装杆4上的翻转仿形压紧架5,使翻转仿形压紧架5上的仿形支架5-1压接在汽车发泡风管15的管口上;并旋转翻转限位件14将翻转限位件14的套筒14-1套在翻转仿形压紧架5的转筒5-2的一端,使套筒14-1的限位搭接部14-2卡在翻转仿形压紧架5的转筒5-2与仿形支架5-1之间将翻转仿形压紧架5限位,如图5所示;启动高频电动机8和气缸14通过气缸14驱动拖板12,使发泡风管15的管口沿轨道11从工作台板1的进料端2A侧与逐渐通过直刀刀片7向出料端2B侧行进,直刀刀片7对发泡风管15的管口进行切割作业,切割多余的费料则通过废料脱落口进入废料收集箱3;当直刀刀片7完成切割作业,停止高频电动机8和气缸14,卸下汽车发泡风管15即完成汽车发泡风管管口的切割,如图7和图8所示。

1.一种汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,包括设有进料端和出料端的工作台板,在所述工作台板上设有直线导轨,在所述直线导轨上设有由动力缸驱动的拖板,在所述拖板上通过快速换模装有仿形模具,其特征在于:所述工作台板于近所述直线导轨处设有由高频动力头驱动的直刀刀片,所述高频动力头通过固定梁固定在所述工作台板上,所述直刀刀片的刃口的朝向与所述拖板行走的朝向呈平行设置;所述拖板于近所述直刀刀片侧设有翻转压紧单元;所述工作台板于出料端一侧的近所述直线导轨处设有废料脱落口,于所述废料脱落管的下方设有废料收集箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,其特征在于:所述翻转压紧单元包括框形安装杆和穿装在框形安装杆顶部的多个翻转仿形压紧架,每个所述翻转仿形压紧架分别与所述仿形模具上的多个仿形定位凹部相对应,所述框形安装杆于近每个所述翻转仿形压紧架处均设有一个翻转限位件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,其特征在于:所述直刀刀片为无齿刀片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,其特征在于:所述框形安装杆具有横杆和分别连结在所述横杆两端的竖杆,所述框形安装杆通过所述竖杆装在所述拖板上;所述翻转仿形压紧架包括套设在所述横杆上的转筒和设在所述转筒上的仿形支架;所述翻转限位件具有套设在所述横杆上的套筒,所述套筒于近所述转筒处设有伸向所述仿形支架的限位搭接部;所述翻转限位件的套筒的内径大于所述翻转仿形压紧架的转筒的内径。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,其特征在于:在所述废料脱落口上装有伸向所述废料收集箱的导向管。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,其特征在于:所述工作台板装在机架上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车发泡风管管口切割装置,其特征在于:所述动力缸为气缸,所述高频动力头为高频电动机。
