The working efficiency and the operation precision can be greatly improved. The lighting system is arranged on the top of the bracket, is connected with the electrical control system through a cable and is used for providing lighting for the detection process in the environment with poor light.
The interface module comprises a power supply panel and a network cable interface, is integrated right in front of the operating platform and is installed on the bracket, and the power supply panel is used for supplying power to external equipment; the network cable interface is used for connecting the central control machine and the automatic detection tool.
Alarm module installs in the support top, comprises warning light and bee calling organ, links to each other with well accuse machine through the cable for report to the police when detecting equipment system trouble.
The digital billboard is connected with the central control machine through a data line, is installed on the support and is positioned right in front of the operating platform, is used for replacing the traditional paper production task book, sharing production information and progress, and is also used for issuing a production plan to each workstation in time, mastering the yield data of each production line in real time, counting and analyzing the production efficiency, and realizing the interchange and sharing of data.
The central control machine consists of a PC (personal computer) and is used for collecting, analyzing and storing data, a PC main body is arranged in an electric box at the bottom of the rack, and a keyboard and mouse display is arranged on a cantilever bracket at the left side of the rack.
The code scanning instrument is connected with the central control machine through a cable and is used for scanning the bar code of the workpiece to identify the serial number of the product to be detected.
The electrical control system is installed in the electrical box and is used for driving and controlling equipment to operate and providing electric energy.
The intelligent detection equipment is placed on the operating platform, is connected with the central control machine through a cable and is used for automatically detecting products to be detected, and different products to be detected correspond to different digital detection equipment.
The detection process of the mobile digital detection workstation based on the invention is as follows: switching on a power supply and starting a system; determining the production capacity according to the production data of the electronic billboard; placing a workpiece to be detected on digital detection equipment; the central control machine is used for controlling the intelligent detection equipment to finish automatic detection on the workpiece to be detected, finishing acquisition and analysis of workpiece data, and displaying and judging whether the workpiece is qualified or not through a software interface in real time. The data is automatically stored in a central control machine and is used for generating reports of various types according to requirements; and taking down the workpiece, and detecting the next workpiece to be detected until the detection of all the workpieces to be detected is finished.
The detection process of the workpiece to be detected can be completed by being completely integrated on one digital detection workstation, and the detection process is digital and intelligent. Besides, the workstation can meet the manual detection requirement, and automatic input of workpiece detection data is realized by using a wireless measuring tool. The workstation is flexible to move, compact in structure and can be randomly placed in any reasonable area of a workshop.
