A chocolate nut mixing and pouring device comprises a pouring machine, wherein the pouring machine comprises a plunger mechanism (1) and a pouring feed hopper (2) arranged on the plunger mechanism, and is characterized by further comprising a mixing and feeding mechanism arranged above one side of the pouring machine through a support (3), wherein the mixing and feeding mechanism comprises a nut single-screw conveying mechanism arranged on the upper part and a chocolate nut mixing and double-screw conveying mechanism arranged on the lower part, wherein the mixing and feeding mechanism comprises a horizontally arranged nut feeding cylinder (4), a first nut feeding hole (4 a) arranged on the upper part of the nut feeding cylinder (4) and a nut discharging hole (4 b) which is arranged on the lower part of the nut feeding cylinder (4) and is distributed with the first nut feeding hole (4 a) in a staggered manner in the horizontal direction; the chocolate nut mixing double-screw conveying mechanism comprises a horizontally arranged mixing feeding barrel (5), a second nut feeding hole (5 a) connected with a nut discharging hole (4 b) through a pipeline (6) is formed in the upper portion of the mixing feeding barrel, a mixing discharging hole (5 b) which is distributed with the second nut feeding hole (5 a) in a staggered mode in the horizontal direction and located above the pouring feed hopper (2) is formed in the lower portion of the mixing feeding barrel (5), a chocolate feeding hole (5 c) is further formed in the upper portion of the mixing feeding barrel (5), and the chocolate feeding hole (5 c) is located between the second nut feeding hole (5 a) and the mixing discharging hole (5 b).
2. The chocolate nut mixing and pouring device according to claim 1, characterized in that a nut adding hopper (7) is fixed on the first nut feeding port (4 a).
3. The chocolate nut mixing and pouring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pouring machine further comprises a pouring and stirring mechanism arranged in the pouring hopper (2).

The chocolate nut mixing and pouring device according to claim 3, characterized in that the pouring stirring mechanism comprises a stirring speed reducing motor (8) fixed outside the pouring hopper (2), a transverse stirring shaft (9) rotatably arranged in the pouring hopper (2) and one end of the transverse stirring shaft is connected with an output shaft of the stirring speed reducing motor (8), and a plurality of radial stirring wings (10) which are fixed on the transverse stirring shaft (9) and distributed at equal angular intervals on the circumference, wherein the transverse stirring shaft (9) is arranged in a direction vertical to the mixing feed cylinder (5), and the mixing feed cylinder (5) and the nut feed cylinder (4) are arranged in parallel.

The chocolate nut mixing and pouring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the nut single-screw conveying mechanism further comprises a nut feeding screw (11) arranged in the nut feeding barrel (4), wherein the screw pitch d1= 80-100 mm of the nut feeding screw (11); the chocolate nut mixing double-screw conveying mechanism further comprises two mixing and feeding screws (12) which are arranged in the mixing and feeding barrel (5) in parallel, the screw pitches of the two mixing and feeding screws (12) are d2, d2= 40-60 mm, the two mixing and feeding screws (12) are arranged in a staggered mode in the front and back direction, the staggered distance is s, and s = 20-30 mm.

The chocolate nut mixing and pouring device according to claim 5, characterized in that the nut single screw conveying mechanism further comprises a nut feeding cylinder front end cover (13), a nut feeding cylinder rear end cover (14), a sealing bearing sleeve (15) and a nut feeding speed reduction motor (16), one end of the nut feeding cylinder (4) is fixed with the nut feeding cylinder front end cover (13), a sealing bearing sleeve (15) is fixed at the other end, a nut feeding barrel rear end cover (14) is fixed at the outer side of the sealing bearing sleeve (15), a nut feeding screw rod (11) is arranged in the nut feeding barrel (4) and is supported by bearings (17) respectively arranged in a nut feeding barrel front end cover (13) and the sealing bearing sleeve (15), a nut feeding speed reducing motor (16) is fixed with the nut feeding barrel rear end cover (14), an output shaft of the nut feeding device penetrates through an opening arranged on a rear end cover (14) of the nut feeding barrel and is connected with one end of a nut feeding screw rod (11);
the chocolate nut mixing double-screw conveying mechanism also comprises a mixing feeding barrel front end cover (18) and a mixing feeding barrel rear end cover (19) which are respectively fixed at two ends of the mixing feeding barrel (5), and a mixing feeding speed reducing motor (21) which is fixedly connected with the mixing feeding barrel rear end cover (19) through a synchronous gear transmission case (20), wherein a plurality of bearings (17) used for supporting the mixing feeding screws (12) are respectively arranged in the mixing feeding barrel front end cover (18) and the mixing feeding barrel rear end cover (19) corresponding to each mixing feeding screw (12); two transmission gears (22) which are meshed with each other are arranged in the synchronous gear transmission box (20), gear shafts of the two transmission gears (22) are respectively connected with the two mixed feeding screw rods (12), and an output shaft of the mixed feeding speed reducing motor (21) is connected with a gear shaft of one of the transmission gears (22).

The chocolate nut mixing and pouring device according to claim 7, characterized in that a liquid level sensor (23) is arranged in the pouring feed hopper (2), the device further comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller) (24), the liquid level sensor (23) is electrically connected with the PLC (24), the PLC (24) is simultaneously electrically connected with the nut feeding speed reducing motor (16) and the mixing feeding speed reducing motor (21), when the liquid level sensor (23) detects that the liquid level exceeds a set threshold value, a signal is sent to the PLC (24), and the PLC drives the nut feeding speed reducing motor (16) and the mixing feeding speed reducing motor (21) to stop running.

The chocolate nut mixing and pouring device according to claim 7, characterized in that a sealing chamber (25) is arranged inside the bearing (17) in the sealing bearing sleeve (15), and a plurality of nut feeding cylinder sealing rings (26) sleeved on the nut feeding screw rod (11) are arranged in the sealing chamber (25).
