Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and provide advantages which will be described later.
The invention also aims to provide a sealing element of the motorcycle brake caliper, which is not easy to deform and has good comprehensive performances such as high temperature resistance, stability and the like by adopting an inner layer structure and an outer layer structure and improving the materials of the inner layer and the outer layer differently.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, a sealing member for a motorcycle brake caliper is provided, which includes an outer layer and a structure in which the outer layer surrounds the inner layer and is fixed thereto, in parts by weight,
the outer layer material forming the outer layer comprises:
80-90 parts of rubber raw material, 5-10 parts of modified polyphenyl ether, 10-20 parts of polyurethane, 10-15 parts of silicon ether resin, 1-3 parts of furan glass fiber reinforced material, 3-6 parts of white carbon black, 2-5 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 15-20 parts of filler and 1-4 parts of anti-aging agent;
the inner layer material forming the inner layer includes:
80-90 parts of rubber raw material, 5-10 parts of polyphenylene sulfide, 5-10 parts of polyurethane, 5-10 parts of silicon ether resin, 4-10 parts of epoxy resin modified silicon rubber, 2-8 parts of white carbon black, 2-5 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 15-20 parts of filler and 1-4 parts of anti-aging agent.
The sealing element with the inner and outer layer structures prepared by the invention is not easy to deform, and has good high temperature resistance, stability and the like.
Preferably, the furan glass fiber reinforced material comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of furan resin, 50-60 parts of glass fiber, 5-10 parts of fluoroolefin-vinyl ether copolymer resin, 5-8 parts of fumed silica and 2-6 parts of microcrystalline wax. The furan glass fiber reinforced material adopts furan resin and fluoroolefin-vinyl ether copolymer resin, so that the mechanical strength and flame resistance of the furan glass fiber reinforced material are better, and the furan glass fiber reinforced material with the formula is used as one of the raw materials of the outer layer material and is convenient to blend and compatible with other raw materials.
Preferably, the epoxy resin mass fraction of the epoxy resin modified silicone rubber is 2-5%, and the mass ratio of the vulcanized silicone rubber to the fluorosilicone rubber in the silicone rubber is 1: 4. The adhesive force is better adjusted by controlling the mass fraction of the epoxy resin to be 2-5%, the epoxy resin is convenient to combine with the outer layer, and the mass ratio of the vulcanized silicone rubber to the fluorosilicone rubber is 1:4, so that the weather resistance and the aging resistance of the inner layer are enhanced under the condition that the temperature resistance of the inner layer material is better.
Preferably, the styrene-butadiene rubber is 10-20 parts by weight of the rubber raw material. 10-20 parts of styrene butadiene rubber in the rubber raw material ensures that the inner layer and the outer layer have better temperature resistance, and is convenient to blend and compatible with other materials.
Preferably, the sealing member includes:
a body comprising an outer layer and an inner layer bonded to the outer layer;
at least one pair of extension edges, which are symmetrically arranged on the same side surface of the main body, and each extension edge is arranged to connect the outer layer and the inner layer. Extend the limit and connect skin and inlayer, lie in during the use with other parts contact surface on the opposite face, highly should not too high yet, not contact with other parts to strengthen inlayer and outer layer structure from the opposite side of main part, make its non-deformable more, on the other hand also guarantees that skin and inlayer combine inseparabler, and two-layer structure uses more permanent reliable, and the sealing member leakproofness is better, and high temperature stability is better.
Preferably, the material of the extending edge is the same as that of the outer layer.
Preferably, each extending edge connects an inner edge of the inner layer with an outer edge of the outer layer. The stress is ensured to be more uniform, and the mechanical strength of the sealing element is better.
Preferably, the edge of the extension edge far away from the main body is arc-shaped, and the height of the extension edge does not exceed 5 mm. The edge is arc-shaped, so that the sealing element is safer to use when being mounted or dismounted, and the appearance is more attractive.
Preferably, the outer layer and the inner layer are both annular, and the extending edge is perpendicular to the width surface of the outer layer and the inner layer which are in close contact.
Preferably, the main body is provided with four extending edges around the center of the main body, namely, the central angle of each two extending edges is 90 degrees. The stress is ensured to be more uniform, the appearance is more attractive, the extension edge can also be used as a handheld part, and the sealing element is convenient to operate, take down or install and align when being assembled and disassembled.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
according to the sealing element of the motorcycle brake caliper, the sealing element is of an inner-layer structure and an outer-layer structure, the outer layer wraps the inner layer and is fixedly combined, and compared with a single-layer structure, the inner layer supports the outer layer from the inside, so that the sealing element is more stable and is not easy to deform. Meanwhile, the inner layer and the outer layer are improved differently, so that the sealing element is not easy to deform, and the comprehensive performances such as high temperature resistance, stability and the like are good. The inner layer material is mainly made of polyphenylene sulfide, polyurethane, silicon ether resin and the like, so that the high-temperature resistance of the inner layer material is enhanced, the mechanical property and the stability of the inner layer material are good, and the adhesive force of the inner layer material is improved by adding the epoxy resin modified silicon rubber, so that the inner layer material and the outer layer material are more easily combined or adhered. Polyurethane, silicon ether resin and modified polyphenyl ether are adopted in the outer layer material, the high temperature resistance of the outer layer material is guaranteed, meanwhile, the bearing performance of the outer layer material is better, meanwhile, the toughness of the structure is enhanced by the addition of the furan glass fiber reinforced material, the outer side is not prone to deformation, and the outer layer material is also stable and not prone to deformation at high temperature, so that the outer layer material can be tightly combined with other components for a long time, the sealing performance is good, and the service life is long.

the outer layer material forming the outer layer 2 includes:
80 parts of rubber raw material, 5 parts of modified polyphenyl ether, 10 parts of polyurethane, 10 parts of silicon ether resin, 1 part of furan glass fiber reinforced material, 3 parts of white carbon black, 2 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 5 parts of talcum powder, 1 part of stearic acid, 15 parts of filler and 1 part of anti-aging agent;
the inner layer material forming the inner layer 1 includes:

90 parts of rubber raw material, 10 parts of modified polyphenyl ether, 20 parts of polyurethane, 15 parts of silicon ether resin, 3 parts of furan glass fiber reinforced material, 6 parts of white carbon black, 5 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 10 parts of talcum powder, 3 parts of stearic acid, 20 parts of filler and 4 parts of anti-aging agent;
the inner layer material forming the inner layer includes:

85 parts of rubber raw material, 8 parts of modified polyphenyl ether, 15 parts of polyurethane, 12 parts of silicon ether resin, 2 parts of furan glass fiber reinforced material, 4 parts of white carbon black, 4 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 8 parts of talcum powder, 2 parts of stearic acid, 18 parts of filler and 2 parts of anti-aging agent;
the inner layer material forming the inner layer includes:
85 parts of rubber raw material, 8 parts of polyphenylene sulfide, 8 parts of polyurethane, 8 parts of silicon ether resin, 7 parts of epoxy resin modified silicon rubber, 5 parts of white carbon black, 4 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 8 parts of talcum powder, 2 parts of stearic acid, 18 parts of filler and 2 parts of anti-aging agent.
Example 4
A seal for a motorcycle brake caliper, as shown in fig. 2, comprising:
the two-ring bonded main body comprises an annular outer layer 2 and an annular inner layer 1 tightly combined with the outer layer 2, and the two are the same in shape;
four extension edges 3 which are evenly arranged on the same side surface of the main body around the circle center of the main body in a surrounding way, and each extension edge 3 is arranged to connect the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 1.
The outer layer material forming the outer layer 2 comprises, in parts by weight:
80 parts of rubber raw materials comprise 10 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 5 parts of modified polyphenyl ether, 10 parts of polyurethane, 10 parts of silicon ether resin, 1 part of furan glass fiber reinforced material, 3 parts of white carbon black, 2 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 5 parts of talcum powder, 1 part of stearic acid, 15 parts of filler and 1 part of anti-aging agent;
the inner layer material forming the inner layer 1 includes:
the rubber raw material of 80 parts in total comprises 10 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 5 parts of polyphenylene sulfide, 5 parts of polyurethane, 5 parts of silicon ether resin, 4 parts of epoxy resin modified silicon rubber, 2 parts of white carbon black, 2 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 5 parts of talcum powder, 1 part of stearic acid, 15 parts of filler and 1 part of anti-aging agent.
The furan glass fiber reinforced material comprises, by weight, 10 parts of furan resin, 50 parts of glass fiber, 5 parts of fluoroolefin-vinyl ether copolymer resin, 5 parts of fumed silica and 2 parts of microcrystalline wax.
The epoxy resin modified silicon rubber comprises 2% of epoxy resin by mass and 1:4 of vulcanized silicon rubber and fluorosilicone rubber by mass.
The material of extension limit 3 with outer layer material is the same, and every extension limit 3 is connected the inward flange of inlayer 1 and the outward flange of skin 2, extension limit 3 perpendicular to skin 2 and inlayer 1 closely combine the expanded big ring broad face after fixing, the edge of keeping away from of extension limit 3 the main part is the arc, just the height of extension limit 3 is 5 mm.

A seal for a motorcycle brake caliper, said seal comprising:
an annular body comprising an outer layer and an inner layer bonded to the outer layer;
the four extending edges are uniformly arranged on the same side face of the main body in a surrounding mode around the circle center of the main body, and each extending edge is arranged to be connected with the outer layer and the inner layer.
The outer layer material for forming the outer layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
90 parts of rubber raw materials comprise 20 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 10 parts of modified polyphenyl ether, 20 parts of polyurethane, 15 parts of silicon ether resin, 3 parts of furan glass fiber reinforced material, 6 parts of white carbon black, 5 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 10 parts of talcum powder, 3 parts of stearic acid, 20 parts of filler and 4 parts of anti-aging agent;
the inner layer material forming the inner layer includes:
90 parts of rubber raw materials comprise 20 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 10 parts of polyphenylene sulfide, 10 parts of polyurethane, 10 parts of silicon ether resin, 10 parts of epoxy resin modified silicon rubber, 8 parts of white carbon black, 5 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 10 parts of talcum powder, 3 parts of stearic acid, 20 parts of filler and 4 parts of anti-aging agent.
The furan glass fiber reinforced material comprises, by weight, 20 parts of furan resin, 60 parts of glass fiber, 10 parts of fluoroolefin-vinyl ether copolymer resin, 8 parts of fumed silica and 6 parts of microcrystalline wax.
The epoxy resin modified silicone rubber comprises 5% of epoxy resin by mass and 1:4 of vulcanized silicone rubber and fluorosilicone rubber by mass.

85 parts of rubber raw materials comprise 15 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 8 parts of modified polyphenyl ether, 15 parts of polyurethane, 12 parts of silicon ether resin, 2 parts of furan glass fiber reinforced material, 4 parts of white carbon black, 4 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 8 parts of talcum powder, 2 parts of stearic acid, 18 parts of filler and 2 parts of anti-aging agent;
the inner layer material forming the inner layer includes:
85 parts of rubber raw materials comprise 15 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 8 parts of polyphenylene sulfide, 8 parts of polyurethane, 8 parts of silicon ether resin, 7 parts of epoxy resin modified silicon rubber, 5 parts of white carbon black, 4 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 8 parts of talcum powder, 2 parts of stearic acid, 18 parts of filler and 2 parts of anti-aging agent.
The furan glass fiber reinforced material comprises, by weight, 15 parts of furan resin, 55 parts of glass fiber, 8 parts of fluoroolefin-vinyl ether copolymer resin, 6 parts of fumed silica and 4 parts of microcrystalline wax.
The epoxy resin modified silicon rubber comprises 3% of epoxy resin by mass and 1:4 of vulcanized silicon rubber and fluorosilicone rubber by mass.
The material of extension limit with outer layer material is the same, and every extension limit is connected the inward flange of inlayer and the outward flange of skin, it is wide to extend the limit perpendicular to ring, the edge of keeping away from of extending the limit the main part is the arc, just the height of extending the limit is 3 mm.
To illustrate the effects of the present invention, the inventors compared the sealing member of the comparative example with the sealing member of the example, the sealing member of the comparative example 1 with the outer layer material of the example 2 under the same conditions was made, the sealing member of the comparative example 2 with the inner layer material of the example 2 under the same conditions was made, the sealing member of the comparative example 2 was the commercially available sealing member, and the sealing members prepared in the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested, wherein the tensile strength at high temperature was measured after working at 500 ℃ for 200h, and the test results are shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the tensile strength, high-temperature tensile strength, air tightness and temperature resistance of the sealing elements in examples 1 to 6 are significantly higher than those of the control groups 1 to 3, and it is proved that the sealing elements of the present invention are not easily deformed and have good high-temperature resistance, stability and air tightness due to the adoption of the inner and outer double-layer structure and the improved material formulation. 4 ~ 6 groups of tensile strength, gas tightness and the high temperature tensile strength who has adopted the extension limit structure are owing to do not adopt the structure of extending the limit in 1 ~ 3 groups, prove that the setting of extending the limit has strengthened the intensity, the gas tightness and the high temperature stability of sealing member.
