To ensure the thermal insulation of the heat storage space, the bottom end of the heat storage space can be directly sealed by the partition layer 42, and the vent at the bottom end can be used as a lower air inlet 43 of the heat storage space communicated with the outside air. In addition, should avoid glass curtain wall 41 and separate layer 42 to the function influence of basement 1, guarantee the ventilation effect of underground air intake 11, consequently, the bottom of glass curtain wall 41 sets up in basement 1 in the junction of living in layer 2 as shown in the drawing, and at this moment, the bottom of glass curtain wall 41 also can directly utilize the structure of perpendicular setting to seal the setting, and then promotes and integrates structural strength to and building structure's optimization.
The main function of the spacer layer 42 is to increase the irradiation area and further to achieve the balance of the interlayer heat storage amount by using the vent. When the temperature of building inside is higher, usable vent carries out the circulation of air on the one hand, and then promotes the samming effect of cooling. When the solar heat storage device is in a bad weather or low-temperature weather state, the ventilation speed can be reduced by closing the ventilation opening at the position, and the heat storage effect is improved. The separation layer 42 includes a bearing heat storage roof and a light heat insulating material which are obliquely arranged towards the front wall 4, and the light heat insulating material is filled above the bearing heat storage roof, so that the heat insulating performance of the separation plate 42 is further improved. This separate layer 42 sets up in the juncture of every layer of house, for satisfying the waterproof bearing demand of life, its bearing heat accumulation roof is formed by reinforced concrete pouring. At the moment, the bottom of the heat storage top plate is integrally connected with the room top plate of each floor, and the upper opening of the heat storage top plate faces upwards, so that a certain inclination angle is formed. As shown in fig. 8, the above-mentioned tie rods 44 for connecting the steel structural brackets of the glass curtain wall 41 and the front wall 4 can be arranged at the opening of the separation layer 42. The inclination angle of the dividing plate 42 should be designed according to the light irradiation angle of each region, and the light irradiation angle is different according to the geographical position of each region, so that the information can be inquired from the local meteorological bureau before construction, and the information can also be measured by the local meteorological bureau. Here a simple measurement method is provided: firstly, a user sets a standard rod of one meter on an open bottom surface, and shadow area data formed in the time is measured within 5 days before and after winter solstice, and the inclination angle is calculated. Because the sunshine angle is greater than that of the winter solstice in the 11 and 3 months, the inclination angle of the construction separation layer 42 is greater than the calculated sunshine angle by 5 to 10 degrees, and cannot be too large, so as to prevent the lighting effect in summer from being influenced. In the construction process, the load-bearing heat storage roof formed by the reinforced concrete of the separation layer 42 is connected with the reinforced concrete of the room roof of each layer, thereby ensuring the structural strength. The outer edges of the separating layers 42 can be supported and connected by the columns, the outer edges are higher than the inner edges to form an inclined plane, the bottom surface of the inclined plane can be irradiated by the sunlight irradiation angle in winter, but the sunlight irradiation angle in summer can only irradiate upwards, and further the heating area in a high-temperature state in summer is reduced. In order to ensure the reasonable utilization rate of the space, a user can fill the heat-insulating material or the plant planting base culture soil suitable for plant growth in the triangular space formed by the separation layer 42 and the front wall body 4, the sunlight irradiation rate is further improved, the illuminated area is enlarged, and meanwhile, the space can be utilized. The triangular space formed by the separation layer 42 and the front wall 4 can be used for placing tools or planting vegetables and flowers, thereby increasing the living pleasure, reducing the cost of living dietary materials, increasing the land planting area and improving the land utilization area.
Both ends of the heat storage space are connected and sealed by a partition layer 42 having ends connected to the front wall glass curtain plate 41 and the front wall 4, respectively, and the ventilation opening and closing can be used to ensure air circulation. And one end of the light-transmitting top plate 32 of the top layer 3 obliquely arranged toward the front wall 4 is connected to the end of the glass curtain wall 41, and the other end thereof is connected to the end of the rear wall 5 extending upward. In this case, the top layer 3 can be made to communicate with the air inside the heat storage space by opening the ventilation openings of the partition layer 42. In order to ensure the lighting effect of the top layer 3, the transparent top plate 32 can be a PC (polycarbonate) endurance transparent plate or toughened glass, and meanwhile, the structural strength is improved by utilizing a metal support, so that the service life is ensured. The metal bracket can be arranged as the steel structure framework of the glass curtain wall 41. The arrangement of the top layer 3 can realize heat preservation and water prevention for the upper residential house, and further raise the land utilization rate by utilizing the space of the top layer, thereby changing the traditional construction mode. The user can plant operation, domestic waste water and organic rubbish's processing etc. at top layer 3, has promoted the land utilization area. The top layer 3 is used as a winter heat preservation layer and a summer heat preservation layer, besides the arrangement method, the back wall body 5, the inclined heat preservation wall and the light-transmitting top plate 32 can be sequentially connected, the back wall body 5 is a reinforced concrete heat preservation wall, the lower side of the inclined heat preservation wall is erected on the back wall, and the upper side of the inclined heat preservation wall is supported by the upright posts. At this time, one end of the transparent top plate 32 is connected to the inclined heat-insulating wall, and the other end is connected to the glass curtain wall 41. In order to ensure the structural strength, the steel structural framework of the light-transmitting top plate 32 is connected with the steel structural framework of the wall glass curtain wall 41. The transparent top plate 32 can be replaced by transparent plastic.
In order to ensure the indoor ventilation effect, the front wall 4 is provided with ventilation openings at corresponding positions of the underground layer 1 and the residential layer 2, so as to form an underground air inlet 11 and a residential air outlet 22. The outside of the rear wall 5 is provided with a ventilation duct 6, the upper and lower ends of which extend to the top layer 3 and the underground layer 1 respectively and are provided with ventilation openings respectively as an upper air outlet 61 and a lower air inlet 62. The back wall 5 is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings communicated with the ventilation duct 6 at corresponding positions of the underground layer 1, the living layer 2 and the top layer 3 respectively, so as to serve as a living air inlet 21 and a top layer air outlet 31 of the underground air outlet 12. As shown in fig. 3, the residential air inlet 22 and the residential air outlet 21 are in a corresponding relationship, so as to ensure the circulation effect of the internal air flow. The above-mentioned vents respectively seted up in separate layer 42, preceding wall body 4, back wall body 5 and air pipe 6 department all are provided with controllable switch door, and at this moment, the switching of user's accessible vent department controllable switch door carries out the regulation of air circulation route, changes in the regulation demand that satisfies different environmental conditions. And the vent can carry out filter equipment, and this filter equipment can carry out the selection of commercially available filtration and material according to actual demand to satisfy different resident family air quality demands. In order to ensure the indoor lighting effect, the glass component of the glass curtain wall 41 corresponds to the living air outlet 22 of the front wall 4, so as to ensure the lighting requirement of the ventilation opening, and at this time, the ventilation opening is also a lighting window of a living house, so that the shielding of the steel structure framework needs to be reduced as much as possible. Meanwhile, the rear wall body 5 of the sunlight energy-saving room can adopt a reinforced concrete bearing heat-insulating wall, and the ventilation pipeline 6 on the outer side of the sunlight energy-saving room consists of a steel structure framework, a light fireproof plate and a double-layer glass curtain. The double-layer glass curtain of the ventilation pipeline 6 corresponds to the ventilation opening formed in the rear wall 5, so that the lighting effect is ensured. The ventilating duct 6 uses fireproof plates and heat-insulating plates at the corresponding places of the bearing walls, and cement mortar is smeared at the outer sides of the ventilating duct. In addition to the above-described setting method, the ventilation duct 6 may also be integrally set using the structure of the full double glass curtain. When the building is applied to a severe cold region, the middle cavity of the double-layer glass curtain of the ventilation pipeline 6 can be filled with argon or treated in vacuum, hollow and the like. And for southern areas, single-layer glass can be directly used as long as the three-dimensional protection and ventilation functions can be achieved. At this time, the ventilation opening of the rear wall 5 is a lattice frame made of a section bar, and glass is pressed in the lattice frame. For guaranteeing ventilation and protection effects, the lattice frame is provided with a switch which can be controlled to be opened, so that on one hand, lighting effects are guaranteed, and on the other hand, the controllability of an airflow path is also improved.
In order to improve the overall performance effect of the house, the outer sides of the glass curtain walls 41 are provided with a plurality of sunlight collecting plates 7 with adjustable angles. The sunlight collecting plate 7 comprises a reflector 71, a heat insulation plate 72, a metal structure framework, a connecting sleeve, an angle adjusting pull rod 74 and a limiting pull rod 75. The metal structure framework, the connecting sleeve, the angle adjusting pull rod 74 and the limiting pull rod 75 form a supporting and reinforcing structure respectively, and the reflective mirror 71 and the heat insulation plate 72 are sequentially laid on the metal structure framework in a layered mode. One end of the metal structure framework is hinged to the steel structure framework of the glass curtain wall 41 through a connecting sleeve to form a hinged key 73, and the other end of the metal structure framework is connected to an angle adjusting pull rod 74 through a connecting key to further realize angle adjusting operation through the angle adjusting pull rod 74. The limiting pull rod 75 is used for realizing the auxiliary positioning operation of the metal structure framework, and the application stability is ensured. In the application process, the two ends of the limiting pull rod 75 are respectively connected to the steel structure framework and the metal structure framework, so that the positioning strength is ensured. For the environmental suitability of promotion structure, this sunshine collecting plate 7's metallic structure skeleton adopts steel construction skeleton to be provided with light waterproof board or tarpaulin structure. This waterproof board or tarpaulin arranges on steel structural framework, then carries out placing in proper order of heated board 72, reflector 71, then fills up the pressure rubber mat and makes its fastening integrative with the bolt. The reflector 71 of the solar light collecting plate 7 mounted to the glass curtain wall 41 is disposed upward to ensure a light receiving and reflecting operation. In the application process, the sunlight collecting plates 7 are uniformly arranged on the outer sides of the glass curtain walls 41 in multiple layers, so as to form a building structure as shown in fig. 12, and in addition, the position of the lowest sunlight collecting plate 7 can be provided with the limiting pull rod 75. In severe cold regions, the sunlight collecting plate 7 can be arranged on the outer side of the light-transmitting top plate 32 of the top layer 3, and the reflector 71 at the position is arranged on the side surface, close to the front wall 4, of the sunlight collecting plate 7, so that the building structure shown in fig. 1 is formed. At the moment, the top of the sunlight energy-saving house plays a role in heating and cooling, and meanwhile, vegetables, flowers and plants can be planted, so that the problem of shortage of urban land is solved. Besides the structure setting method, the sunlight collecting plate 7 can also be composed of a steel structure framework, a protective bottom plate, a glass reflector, a fixing clip, a rubber pad, adhesive, an angle adjusting pull rod and a movable sleeve. At this time, the movable sleeve connected to one side of the steel structure frame of the sunlight collecting plate is connected with the steel structure frame of the glass curtain wall 41, and one side of the movable sleeve is connected with the angle adjusting pull rod 74. The protection bottom plate and the glass reflector are placed on the steel structure framework of the sunlight collecting plate 7 in sequence, and then the fixing clamp is used for being connected with the steel structure framework in a buckling mode. Meanwhile, the rubber pad is positioned on the inner side surface of the buckle to prevent the glass reflector from being crushed.
Since no 100% transparent material is available at present, glass and plastic films are only translucent. When light is irradiated to the transparent glass, 30% of the light is reflected. At this time, the sunlight collecting plate 7 may be tilted by an angle so that the reflector 71 reflects the light onto the transparent glass again. Meanwhile, the illumination space occupied by the reflector 72 can also directly reflect sunlight, and the lighting effect is improved. Because the back side of the reflector 72 is blocked, the light received by the reflector 72 will not penetrate, the light received by the reflector 72 is reflected to the transparent glass by the inclined angle, and a small amount of light reflected again is reflected back. The principle of light reflection is shown in fig. 6, and the angular setting of the solar collector panels 7 of the top layer 3 is then carried out according to the application characteristics. Similarly, the sunlight collecting plate 7 outside the heat storage space can also reflect the reflected light of the sunlight irradiating the glass curtain wall 41 on the sunlight collecting plate 7, and the working principle is as shown in fig. 5, so as to set the angle of the sunlight collecting plate 7 in winter or in low-temperature environment. During the angle adjustment, the outer edge of the sunlight collecting plate 7 is pulled up by the angle adjustment lever 74, thereby ensuring that the sunlight can irradiate the entire surface of the reflecting mirror 71 while it generates a shadow having a width not more than three times the thickness of the sunlight collecting plate 7. The angle that is located the sunshine collecting plate 7 of top layer 3 also can carry out the setting of the same reason, and at this moment, the outer edge of the sunshine collecting plate 7 of top layer 3 department utilizes angle adjustment pull rod 74 to carry out angle adjustment, guarantees that its one side can collect the reverberation of printing opacity roof 32, and on the other hand has multiplicable sunshine irradiation area, lets sunshine get into the collection face of sunshine collecting plate 7, reduces reflection angle and runs off. In addition, the waterproof angle of the transparent top plate 32 is not too large, otherwise the shadow shading area of the light collecting plate is increased, and the light collecting effect is affected. One side surface of the sunlight collecting plate 7 is a reflector 71, and in order to save cost, a reflective film can be used, and the back side surface of the sunlight collecting plate is a heat insulation plate. Above-mentioned sunshine collecting plate 7 utilizes spacing pull rod 75 and angle modulation pull rod 74 to cooperate and promotes sunshine collection angle stability, for the optimal effect of guaranteeing sunshine collection, needs to adjust its sunshine collection angle every 10 days to 15 days, guarantees with the cooperation effect of sunshine incident angle. This spacing pull rod 75 prevents mainly that wind from blowing to the stability influence of sunshine collecting plate 7, daytime in application process as shown in fig. 4, spacing pull rod 75 is pulled up sunshine collecting plate 7 backward, and then heats the operation to top layer 3. When night, can put down sunshine collecting plate 7, reflector 72 is towards printing opacity roof 32 and is covered this moment, and the heat preservation up, to top layer 3 further heat preservation heat accumulation, reduces inside heat loss volume, and can realize the protection operation to reflector 72, reduces idle wearing and tearing, promotes life. The above-mentioned sunshine collecting plate 7 that is located printing opacity roof 32 can go on and be upper and lower lapped form to printing opacity roof 32, promotes covering effect and top layer drainage effect on the one hand, and on the other hand has avoided the appearance of the angle modulation hindrance situation of adjacent sunshine collecting plate 7, has guaranteed the smooth and easy nature of angle modulation operation.
And the air flow direction in the winter state is as shown in fig. 4, and the lower air inlet 43 and the lower air inlet 62 of the heat storage space are closed. At this moment, the air flows into the underground layer 1 through the underground air inlet 11, then enters the ventilation duct 6 through the underground air outlet 11, enters each living layer 2 through the living air inlet 21 along the ventilation duct 6, further flows through the ventilation opening of the separation layer 42 to perform interlayer space circulation, further enters the top layer 3, and then flows into the upper air outlet 61 of the ventilation duct 6 through the top layer air outlet 31 to be discharged. In the figure, only the air circulation effect in the large direction is described, and in addition, the internal air circulation of each ventilation opening can be performed according to the air separation, so that the internal air small circulation is formed. The filter equipment's of vent setting has guaranteed the cleanliness factor of inside air, and then the user can carry out different filter equipment's selection according to self to the requirement of air quality, also can carry out the apolegamy to its position of installing the vent simultaneously to promote the life comfort level. In addition, the underground air outlet 12 is arranged at the bottom end of the rear wall body 5, the filtering device can perform filtering operation on the underground air outlet, meanwhile, the dust impurities with large mass in the vertically arranged ventilation pipeline 6 can fall under the action of gravity, and the fine dust impurities are extracted by the airflow flowing in the ventilation pipeline 6 and further discharged through the upper air outlet 61. Because the ventilation opening of the living space is arranged at the inner side of the ventilation pipeline 6, the wind speed flowing upwards is high, and the wind speed entering the room transversely is lower than the speed in the ventilation pipeline 6, so that the indoor air purity can be further improved. The same air path arrangement can be carried out in the polluted environment as in the cold weather, so that the air enters the ventilation pipeline 6 from the underground air outlet 12 and then enters each living room through the ventilation pipeline 6.
The living space in summer no longer needs high temperature and its ventilation path is as shown in fig. 7, and the ventilation openings are all in the open state. Air can enter the building through the underground air inlet 11, the lower air inlet 43 of the heat storage space and the lower air inlet 62, and then flows out through the top air outlet 31 and the upper air outlet 62. The air circulation is only in a large direction in the figure, and the ventilation openings in the building can form certain air internal circulation. The reflector 71 of the sunlight collecting plate 7 on the glass curtain wall 41 faces the sun illumination angle, so that the sunlight is reflected to the air to reduce the friction of the sunlight on the ground, and the temperature and light pollution of cities and deserts are reduced. In addition, the angle adjustment of the sunlight collecting plate 7 on the glass curtain wall 41 can increase the back shadow area as shown in the figure, further block the sunlight to reduce the illumination area, and improve the coolness of the heat storage space. And the ventilation effect of chimney effect of positive and negative pressure above and below the ventilation pipeline 6 further reduces the summer heat sensation. At this time, the sunlight collecting plate 7 of the top layer 3 may be as shown in fig. 7, or the reflector 71 may be laid flat on the light-transmitting top plate 32 upward, forming the structure as shown in fig. 11. When the reflector 71 is turned backwards, the front row space is reserved after the front row is turned backwards, so that the front end of the reflector is not blocked by illumination, and the light transmission requirement of the top layer 3 is further ensured. The rear transparent top plate 32 is blocked under the action of the sunlight collecting plate 7, so that the transparent top plate 32 made of transparent plastic films and the like in the area is not irradiated by the sunlight in summer, and the service life of the transparent top plate 32 is further prolonged. In addition, the sunlight collecting plate 7 can be laid flat forward and fixed to prepare for wind prevention directly as shown in fig. 2. At the moment, the shadow generated by the back side surface of the sunlight collecting plate can shield the rear part, and then the strong light irradiation of the area is avoided, so that the temperature of the corresponding space is lower than the outdoor temperature. Because the hot air flows upwards, and the air flow velocity is pulled by the pipeline effect generated by the downward inlet and the upward outlet in the space, the cooling degree of the inner space is effectively improved, the use of an air conditioner in summer is saved, and the sustainable development of resources is facilitated. In addition, the flowing air is more beneficial to the cleaning of indoor air, and the realization of high-quality healthy living environment is easy to realize.
This air pipe 6 can carry out vertical formula seal structure, and then does benefit to the realization of three-dimensional ventilation effect, also does benefit to the evacuation of inside hydrops and debris in addition, and the clean of the inside passage of being convenient for promotes the clean and tidy nature of passageway, changes in the maintenance of guaranteeing the circulation air quality, easily guarantees the healthy living environment of resident family. In addition, the ventilation duct 6 is provided with the partition vent 63 respectively at the both ends on the living layer 2, and its partition vent 63 can divide the inside airflow space of ventilation duct 6 to usable this switch door that corresponds carries out the operation of closing and opening of inner channel, has promoted the regulation and control effect in inner space. As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the top outlet 31, the upper outlet 61, the underground outlet 12 and the lower inlet 62 are respectively located outside the two partition vents 63. In a severe cold state in winter, the lower air inlet 62, the lower air inlet 43 of the heat storage space and the partition ventilation opening 63 at the upper end can be closed, at this time, air entering the ventilation pipeline 6 through the underground layer 1 can only enter the living layer through the air inlet 21, then enters the top layer 3 through the ventilation opening of the separation layer 42, and finally is discharged along the top layer air outlet 31 and the upper air outlet 61. The partition ventilation opening 63 at the upper end regulates and controls the flow direction of the internal air flow, avoids the internal air flow from overflowing from the upper air outlet 61 of the ventilation pipeline 6 directly, ensures the air flow replacement quality of the internal space of the building, and ensures the ventilation effect. Meanwhile, the lower partition ventilation opening 63 can be used for further filtering and purifying the air. When summer is on hot weather, all the ventilation openings are opened, and the circulation effect of air is shown in fig. 11. In the application process, the user can regulate and control the opening and closing of the ventilation opening according to the actual situation. In addition to the above arrangement, the ventilation duct 6 installed on the rear wall 5 may also be arranged in a path and provided with ventilation openings according to actual conditions, thereby meeting various environmental requirements.

Meanwhile, the sunlight irradiation angles in summer and winter are different, and each layer of the separation layer 42 of the heat storage space is constructed to be an inclined angle. And the heat storage space is a non-living space, and the living comfort degree cannot be influenced by the high temperature produced in the space. In order to increase the heat storage area in winter in a larger area, the space in the top layer 3 is synchronously arranged to be a heat storage space. The top layer 3 receives the sunlight to generate high temperature, and the heat storage and insulation effects can be improved by the cooperation of the light-transmitting top plate 32 and the sunlight collecting plate 7. The underground layer 1 in the multi-storey building can be used for air purification and material storage in sand storm weather, haze weather and flowing air infectious virus. When the air is polluted by sand storm, haze, infectious virus or extremely cold weather, the lower air inlet 43 and the lower air inlet 62 of the heat storage space are closed, then the underground air inlet 11 and the underground air outlet 12 of the underground layer 1 are opened, and the air flows into the ventilation pipeline 6. The ventilation port of the underground layer 1 is provided with a disinfection filter screen, so that the ventilation pipeline 6 and the indoor space are further ensured to be clean and sanitary. The living layer 2 is living space, and the top layer 3 can promote land rate of utilization and heat accumulation heat preservation effect on the one hand, and on the other hand can adjust the temperature and prevent water to the living layer 2 on upper strata, promotes the comfort level of living.
