4. The device of claim 3, wherein the device comprises:
the cross-sectional shapes of the cleaning tools (243) on the first sliding block (241) and the cleaning tools (243) on the second sliding block (242) are both in a semi-circular arc shape.
5. The device of claim 4, wherein the device comprises:
the third driving motor (36) is fixed and limited through a fixed base (37);
the bottom surface of the fixed base (37) is flush with the bottom surface of the sliding base (33).
