the hospital intranet server is used for sending a case forwarding request to the intra-hospital forwarding server; selecting target medical information from the medical information subset according to the received medical information selection instruction, and sending a target case and the target medical information to the in-hospital forwarding server; receiving a target diagnosis conclusion; wherein the target case is a case corresponding to the case forwarding request; the target medical information comprises target hospitals and corresponding target doctor information in the target hospitals;
the in-hospital forwarding server is used for searching a medical information subset corresponding to the case forwarding request in a pre-stored medical information set according to the type of a hospital, pre-registered doctor specialty information and the type of a case which can be processed by the hospital, and returning the medical information subset to the hospital intranet server; uploading the target case and the target medical information to the internet server; sending the target diagnosis conclusion to the hospital intranet server;
the internet server is used for sending the target case to a target forwarding server of the target hospital according to the target medical information so that the target forwarding server forwards the target case to a target server corresponding to the target doctor; receiving the target diagnosis conclusion corresponding to the target case uploaded by the target forwarding server; sending the target diagnosis conclusion to the in-hospital forwarding server; and the target diagnosis conclusion is that the target server returns to the target forwarding server in advance.

The medical data sharing system according to claim 1, wherein the internet server is further configured to classify the medical information in the medical information set received in advance, to obtain a plurality of classified medical information units; and sending each medical information unit to each forwarding server.
3. The medical data sharing system according to claim 2, wherein the internet server is specifically configured to classify the medical information in the medical information set received in advance according to a type of a hospital.
4. The medical data sharing system according to claim 2, wherein the internet server is specifically configured to classify medical information in the medical information set received in advance according to doctor's specialty information registered in advance.
5. The medical data sharing system according to claim 2, wherein the internet server is specifically configured to classify the medical information in the medical information set received in advance according to the types of cases that can be handled by each hospital.
6. The sharing system of medical data according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the target case is a case after sharing authorized by the target patient.
7. A method of sharing medical data, comprising:
receiving a case forwarding request sent by an intranet server of a hospital;
searching a medical information subset corresponding to a case forwarding request in a pre-stored medical information set according to a hospital type, pre-registered doctor specialty information and a case type which can be processed by a hospital, and returning the medical information subset to the hospital intranet server;
receiving target cases and target medical information sent by the hospital intranet server; wherein the target case is a case corresponding to the case forwarding request; the target medical information is selected from the medical information subset and comprises a target hospital and corresponding target doctor information in the target hospital;
uploading the target case and the target medical information to an internet server, so that the internet server sends the target case to a target server of the target hospital according to the target medical information;
and receiving a target diagnosis conclusion corresponding to the target case returned by the Internet server, and sending the target diagnosis conclusion to the hospital intranet server.
8. The method of sharing medical data of claim 7, further comprising:
storing the medical information in the medical information set according to the type to obtain a multi-type medical information subset;
searching a medical information subset corresponding to the case forwarding request in a pre-stored medical information set, wherein the medical information subset comprises:
searching a medical information subset of a category corresponding to the case forwarding request in a pre-stored medical information set.
9. The method of sharing medical data according to claim 8, wherein storing medical information in the medical information set by category comprises:
and storing the medical information in the medical information set according to the type of the hospital.
10. The method of sharing medical data according to claim 8, wherein storing medical information in the medical information set by category comprises:
and classifying and storing the medical information in the medical information set according to pre-registered doctor special information.
