Abstract
本发明涉及金属件打磨机技术领域,具体涉及一种工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,包括机箱、龙门架和控制柜,控制柜设置在机箱的侧面,龙门架固定在机箱的上表面,龙门架的左右两侧壁上均开设有滑槽,位于两个滑槽之间设置有升降台,龙门架的顶壁上设置有液压缸,液压缸的活塞杆与升降台相连接,升降台的左右两侧面均连接有沿滑槽上下滑动的滑块,升降台的下表面设置有凹槽,凹槽中设置有打磨装置;本发明通过顶杆的推动将边角连接件实现90°的翻转,先后同时对多个边角连接件不同的切断面进行打磨,其自动化程度高,打磨效率高,无需人工对边角连接件进行翻转,而且打磨过程的粉尘能被有效有效的抽走,优化了车间环境。

在工业机床上需要使用多种连接件来加强机床的稳定性,其中边角连接件是常见的一种金属连接件,其具体形状如附图8所示,其主要通过对一定厚度的冷轧板进行依次进行冲孔、切断、弯折、打磨以及镀锌等工序加工而成。目前市场上还没有专用的打磨机对其两端的切断面进行打磨,其边角连接件两端的切断面均是工人手持打磨机对其进行打磨、去毛刺,然后再进行表层镀锌得到。
专利号为CN109465703A的发明专利公开了一种用于金属工件边缘打磨的打磨机,包括机座,设于机座上的第一限位机构;移动架,所述的移动架滑动设置在所述的机座上,该移动架与用于驱动其移动的移动驱动机构连接,所述的移动驱动机构驱动该移动架远离或靠近所述的第一限位机构;与第一限位机构对应的第二限位机构,所述的第二限位机构设于所述的移动架上,所述的移动架移动后将金属工件限位在所述的第一限位机构和第二限位机构之间;设于移动架上的打磨机构,所述的打磨机构对工件的边缘进行打磨。该金属工件边缘打磨的打磨机虽然可实现对金属工件边缘的自动打磨,节约了人工,但是无法适用于本边角连接件的切断面打磨,其主要由于边角连接件非常规形状,在打磨过程中无法对边角连接件进行有效的夹持,导致打磨过程中不稳定;另外,本边角连接件的两个切断面经过弯折后分别处于水平面和竖直面,当对其中一个切断面打磨后需要转动90°后才能对另一切断面进行打磨,而翻转的过程中需要人工或者机械手进行,极大增加了打磨过程的繁琐性。因此,针对现有的用于金属工件边缘打磨机的不足,发明一种专用于打磨工业机床上的边角连接件两切断面的打磨设备是一项有待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是设计了一种BOPP膜生产用收卷装置,用以解决现有薄膜收卷机收卷时易出现出现压皱以及因速度差造成的BOPP崩断问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,包括机箱、龙门架和控制柜,所述控制柜设置在机箱的侧面,所述龙门架固定在机箱的上表面,所述龙门架的左右两侧壁上均开设有滑槽,位于所述两个滑槽之间设置有升降台,所述龙门架的顶壁上设置有液压缸,所述液压缸的活塞杆与升降台相连接,所述升降台的左右两侧面均连接有沿滑槽上下滑动的滑块,所述升降台的下表面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽中设置有打磨装置,位于所述升降台上表面的中心处设置有转动座,所述转动座上连接有转板,位于转动座左右两侧的升降台上均开设有通槽,所述通槽中设置有升降板,所述升降板的下表面设置有压板,所述升降板的上表面与转板的下表面活动连接,所述转板的一侧端连接有凸块,位于所述凸块下方的升降台上设置有气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆与凸块相连接;
位于所述打磨装置正下方的机箱上表面开设有转向槽,所述转向槽中转动设置有L形打磨夹板,所述L形打磨夹板由两个垂直设置的条板组成,位于所述转向槽一侧的底壁上开设有通孔,所述通孔与机箱内腔相连通,所述通孔中设置有顶杆,所述顶杆的上端与L形打磨夹板的底面活动连接,所述顶杆的下端设置有间歇式升降机构,位于所述L形打磨夹板的两个条板表面均设置有金属片,位于所述转向槽左右两端的底壁上开设有内槽,所述内槽中设置有接近开关,所述接近开关与控制柜相连接。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述打磨装置包括打磨电机、主动转辊、从动转辊和打磨砂带,所述打磨电机设置在升降台的后端,所述主动转辊和从动转辊分别设置在凹槽的后端和前端,所述打磨砂带设置在主动转辊和从动转辊之间,所述打磨电机输出端与主动转辊相连接,通过打磨电机驱动主转辊快速转动,打磨砂带能够将L形打磨夹板上的边角连接件切断面的毛刺进行有效打磨。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述通槽的左右两侧壁上开设有壁槽,所述升降板的左右两侧面连接有固定块,所述固定块与壁槽的底壁之间连接有复位弹簧,所述升降板的上端与转板下表面相抵接,通过上述改进升降板不与转板的下表面相连接也可实现对L形打磨夹板上的边角连接件压紧、以及升降板的复位。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述间歇式升降机构包括伺服电机、齿轮组件和齿条,所述齿轮组件包括第一不完全齿轮、第一过渡齿轮、第二过渡齿轮、两个驱动齿轮和两个第二不完全齿轮,所述第一不完全齿轮与伺服电机输出轴相连接,所述第一过渡齿轮与第一不完全齿轮相啮合,所述第一过渡齿轮和第二过渡齿轮通过连接轴相连接,两个所述驱动齿轮分别位于第二过渡齿轮的左右两侧,且与第二过渡齿轮相啮合,两个所述第二不完全齿轮通过连接轴分别与对应的驱动齿轮相连接,且两个第二不完全齿轮的轮齿方向一致,所述齿条设置在两个第二不完全齿轮之间,所述齿条的上端与顶杆相连接,通过控制柜控制伺服电机每转动一圈,在齿轮组件和齿条的作用下顶杆实现间歇式上升和下降。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述间歇式升降机构包括伺服电机、丝杆和丝套,所述丝杆与伺服电机的输出端相连接,所述丝套设置在丝杆上,所述顶杆的下端与丝套相连接,通过伺服电机定圈数正反转实现顶杆的间歇式上升和下降。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述龙门架的侧面下端连接有吸尘罩,所述吸尘罩的外端通过管道与抽风机相连接,通过抽风机的吸附作用,将吸尘罩正对着打磨处设置,能够将打磨过程中的粉尘有效吸附,防止其污染车间环境。
有益效果:
本发明与现有技术相比,通过人工或者机械手将多个边角连接件贴合着L形打磨夹板放置,在控制柜的控制下液压缸的活塞杆伸长将升降台推下,其打磨装置的打磨面与边角连接件的一个切断面相接触,同时气缸活塞杆伸长将转板的左端定起,而转板右端被压下,此时右端的升降板沿着通槽向下运动,然后通过压板与L形打磨夹板的作用将多个边角连接件均压紧,并通过打磨装置快速旋转的打磨面将边角连接件的一个切断面上的毛刺进行快速打磨;该切断面打磨完成后,升降台在液压缸的作用下向上移动,在间歇式升级机构的作用下将顶杆向上推动,此时L形打磨夹板以及边角连接件转动90°,此时金属片进入对应的接近开关感应距离,并控制液压缸的活塞杆再次伸长将升降台推下,并且此时气缸的活塞杆缩短,转板的左端向下转动,此时左端的升降板沿着通槽向下运动,并通过左端的压板将边角连接件再次压紧,并对边角连接件的另一个切断面上的毛刺进行快速打磨。本发明是一种专用于打磨工业机床上边角连接件的装置,通过顶杆的推动将边角连接件实现90°的翻转,先后同时对多个边角连接件不同的切断面进行打磨,其自动化程度高,打磨效率高,无需人工对边角连接件进行翻转,而且打磨过程的粉尘能被有效有效的抽走,优化了车间环境。

实施例1
实施例1介绍了一种工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,参考附图1、2、7,主体结构包括机箱1、龙门架2和控制柜3,其中控制柜3设置在机箱1的侧面,并用于控制整个设备的运行。龙门架2固定在机箱1的上表面,在龙门架2的左右两侧壁上均开设有滑槽201,在两个滑槽201之间设置有升降台4,龙门架2的顶壁上设置有液压缸5,最好左右两端各设置一个液压缸5,其液压缸5的活塞杆与升降台4相连接,并在升降台4的左右两侧面各连接一个滑块401,其中滑块401能沿着滑槽201上下滑动。在升降台4的下表面设置有凹槽402,在凹槽中设置有打磨装置6,其打磨装置6包括打磨电机601、主动转辊、从动转辊和打磨砂带602,其中打磨电机601设置在升降台4的后端,主动转辊和从动转辊分别设置在凹槽402的后端和前端,打磨砂带602设置在主动转辊和从动转辊之间,其打磨电机601输出端通过皮带或者齿轮与主动转辊相连接,从而实现打磨砂带601的转动。
位于升降台4上表面的中心处设置有转动座7,转动座7上通过转轴连接有转板8,位于转动座7左右两侧的升降台4上均开设有通槽403,通槽403中设置有升降板9,并在升降板9的下表面设置有压板10,升降板9的上表面与转板8的下表面活动连接。在转板8的一侧端连接有凸块11,位于凸块11下方的升降台4上设置有气缸12,其气缸12的活塞杆与凸块11活动连接;通过气缸12活塞杆的伸长或缩短能够实现左右两端通槽403中升降板9的上升或压下。
位于打磨装置6正下方的机箱1上表面开设有转向槽101,在转向槽101中转动设置有L形打磨夹板13,其L形打磨夹板13由两个垂直设置的条板组成。并在转向槽101一侧的底壁上开设有通孔,其通孔与机箱1的内腔相连通,在通孔中设置有顶杆14,其顶杆14的上端与L形打磨夹板13的底面活动连接,顶杆14的下端设置有间歇式升降机构15,其间歇式升降机构15包括伺服电机151、丝杆152和丝套153,其中伺服电机151固定在机箱1的内腔底壁上,丝杆152的下端与伺服电机151的输出端相连接,其丝套153设置在丝杆152上,其顶杆14的下端与丝套153相连接,通过控制柜3实现伺服电机151定圈数正反转从而达到顶杆14的间歇式上升和下降。
另外,还在L形打磨夹板13的两个条板表面均设置有金属片131,位于转向槽101左右两端的底壁上开设有内槽,内槽中设置有接近开关102,其接近开关102与控制柜3相连接,当其中一个接近开关102输出信号时,控制柜3立即控制液压缸和气缸运行,使得升降台4和对应端的升降板9向下移动,同时将防止在L形打磨夹板13上的多个边角连接件夹紧,并随后打磨。
最后,在龙门架2的侧面下端连接有吸尘罩16,吸尘罩16的外端通过管道与抽风机(图中未画出)相连接,通过抽风机的吸附作用,将吸尘罩16正对着打磨处设置,能够将打磨过程中的粉尘有效吸附,防止其污染车间环境。
实施例2
实施2也介绍了一种工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,参考附图2~7,其主体结构与实施例1相同,主体结构包括机箱1、龙门架2和控制柜3,其主要不点在于,其升降板9的上端与转板8下表面相抵接,在通槽的403左右两侧壁上开设有壁槽404,并在升降板9的左右两侧面连接有固定块901,其固定块901伸入壁槽404中,并在固定块901与壁槽404的底壁之间连接有复位弹簧902,通过上述改进升降板不受转板8的连接束缚,直接被转板8沿通槽403向下压动,而当不受转板8的作用力时,其升降板8在复位弹簧902的作用下恢复至初始状态。
另外,本实施例2中的间歇式升降机构15与实施例1不同,其包括伺服电机151、齿轮组件152和齿条153,其中齿轮组件152包括第一不完全齿轮1521、第一过渡齿轮1522、第二过渡齿轮1523、两个驱动齿轮1524和两个第二不完全齿轮1525,其中第一不完全齿轮1521与伺服电机151的输出轴相连接,第一过渡齿轮1522与第一不完全齿轮1521相啮合,第一过渡齿轮1522和第二过渡齿轮1523通过连接轴相连接,并将两个驱动齿轮1524分别设置在第二过渡齿轮1523的左右两侧,两个第二不完全齿轮1525通过连接轴分别与对应的驱动齿轮1524相连接,并且两个第二不完全齿轮1525的轮齿方向一致,将齿条153设置在两个第二不完全齿轮1525之间,齿条153的左右两侧均设置有啮合齿,其齿条153的上端与顶杆14相连接,通过控制柜3控制伺服电机151每转动一圈,在齿轮组件152和齿条153的作用下将顶杆14向上推动或者向下拉动,并由于第一不完全齿轮1521与第一过渡齿轮1522存在不啮合间隙,此时能够对边角连接件的切断面进行快速打磨,打磨过后再在顶杆14的作用下将边角连接件翻转90°对另一个切断面进行打磨,其自动化程度较高。

Claims (6)
1.一种工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,包括机箱、龙门架和控制柜,其特征在于,所述控制柜设置在机箱的侧面,所述龙门架固定在机箱的上表面,所述龙门架的左右两侧壁上均开设有滑槽,位于所述两个滑槽之间设置有升降台,所述龙门架的顶壁上设置有液压缸,所述液压缸的活塞杆与升降台相连接,所述升降台的左右两侧面均连接有沿滑槽上下滑动的滑块,所述升降台的下表面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽中设置有打磨装置,位于所述升降台上表面的中心处设置有转动座,所述转动座上连接有转板,位于转动座左右两侧的升降台上均开设有通槽,所述通槽中设置有升降板,所述升降板的下表面设置有压板,所述升降板的上表面与转板的下表面活动连接,所述转板的一侧端连接有凸块,位于所述凸块下方的升降台上设置有气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆与凸块相连接;
位于所述打磨装置正下方的机箱上表面开设有转向槽,所述转向槽中转动设置有L形打磨夹板,所述L形打磨夹板由两个垂直设置的条板组成,位于所述转向槽一侧的底壁上开设有通孔,所述通孔与机箱内腔相连通,所述通孔中设置有顶杆,所述顶杆的上端与L形打磨夹板的底面活动连接,所述顶杆的下端设置有间歇式升降机构,位于所述L形打磨夹板的两个条板表面均设置有金属片,位于所述转向槽左右两端的底壁上开设有内槽,所述内槽中设置有接近开关,所述接近开关与控制柜相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,其特征在于,所述打磨装置包括打磨电机、主动转辊、从动转辊和打磨砂带,所述打磨电机设置在升降台的后端,所述主动转辊和从动转辊分别设置在凹槽的后端和前端,所述打磨砂带设置在主动转辊和从动转辊之间,所述打磨电机输出端与主动转辊相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,其特征在于,所述通槽的左右两侧壁上开设有壁槽,所述升降板的左右两侧面连接有固定块,所述固定块与壁槽的底壁之间连接有复位弹簧,所述升降板的上端与转板下表面相抵接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,其特征在于,所述间歇式升降机构包括伺服电机、齿轮组件和齿条,所述齿轮组件包括第一不完全齿轮、第一过渡齿轮、第二过渡齿轮、两个驱动齿轮和两个第二不完全齿轮,所述第一不完全齿轮与伺服电机输出轴相连接,所述第一过渡齿轮与第一不完全齿轮相啮合,所述第一过渡齿轮和第二过渡齿轮通过连接轴相连接,两个所述驱动齿轮分别位于第二过渡齿轮的左右两侧,且与第二过渡齿轮相啮合,两个所述第二不完全齿轮通过连接轴分别与对应的驱动齿轮相连接,且两个第二不完全齿轮的轮齿方向一致,所述齿条设置在两个第二不完全齿轮之间,所述齿条的上端与顶杆相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,其特征在于,所述间歇式升降机构包括伺服电机、丝杆和丝套,所述丝杆与伺服电机的输出端相连接,所述丝套设置在丝杆上,所述顶杆的下端与丝套相连接。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一所述的工业机床上边角连接件的切断面打磨设备,其特征在于,所述龙门架的侧面下端连接有吸尘罩,所述吸尘罩的外端通过管道与抽风机相连接。
