The invention provides automatic conveying equipment for secondary cleaning, which is characterized in that a pre-cleaning roller is used for cleaning the surface of a workpiece, a cleaning column and a cleaning roller are used for cleaning a small-area complex area and a flat area large area respectively, and the surface of the workpiece is ensured to be clean through two times of cleaning; sundries on the pre-cleaning roller and the cleaning assembly are cleaned through the wiping cloth, so that the pre-cleaning roller and the cleaning assembly are kept clean, and the cleaning quality of workpieces is ensured; the rotating cylinder drives the rotating plate to rotate, so that the wiping cloth rotates, the workpiece is cleaned by the pre-cleaning roller and the cleaning assembly, self-cleaning is quickly realized, and meanwhile, the rotating plate supports the pre-cleaning roller and the cleaning assembly, so that sundries on the pre-cleaning roller and the cleaning assembly are prevented from falling onto the workpiece on the transmission line body; the cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning column and a cleaning roller, the cleaning roller is used for cleaning a large-area flat area, and the cleaning column is used for inching and cleaning a small-area complex area, so that the surface of the workpiece is comprehensively cleaned, and the surface cleanness of the workpiece is ensured; the carrier is jacked up through the jacking assembly, so that the cleaning assembly can clean the workpiece conveniently, and meanwhile, the workpiece is fixed on the carrier through the positioning column and the suction nozzle in a positioning manner, so that the cleaning assembly can clean the surface of the workpiece accurately; the invention has convenient use and simple structure.

the pre-cleaning mechanism (21) comprises a pre-cleaning roller (214), a moving bracket, wherein the pre-cleaning roller (214) is arranged on the movable end of the moving bracket, and the pre-cleaning roller (214) is driven by the moving bracket to clean the surface of a workpiece;
the cleaning mechanism (22) comprises a mechanical arm (221) and a cleaning assembly (222), wherein the cleaning assembly (222) is installed on the mechanical arm (221), the mechanical arm (221) drives the cleaning assembly (222) to move to the conveying line body (71), and therefore the workpiece cleaned by the pre-cleaning roller (214) is cleaned through the cleaning assembly (222).

The automated transfer apparatus for secondary cleaning according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning mechanism is characterized by further comprising a visual detection assembly (23), the visual detection assembly (23) is arranged at a position close to the cleaning mechanism (22), and the detection end of the visual detection assembly (23) faces towards the carrier (73) on the transmission line body (71).

The automated transfer apparatus for secondary cleaning according to claim 1, wherein: the wiping component (24) is arranged at a position corresponding to the pre-cleaning roller (214) and the cleaning component (222), and the pre-cleaning roller (214) and the cleaning component (222) clean the workpiece and then move to the wiping component (24) for self-cleaning;
the wiping component (24) comprises a wiping plate and a rotating cylinder, the wiping plate is mounted on the rotating cylinder, and the rotating cylinder drives the wiping plate to rotate above the transmission line body (71).
4. The automated transfer apparatus for secondary cleaning according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning assembly (222) comprises a pressure sensor (2221), a cleaning column (2224), a cleaning roller (2225) and a jogging driver (2223);
the cleaning column (2224) is used for cleaning a cleaning area with small area on the workpiece; the cleaning roller (2225) is used for rolling and rubbing a large cleaning area on the workpiece, and the surface of the cleaning end of the cleaning roller (2225) which is contacted with the workpiece is a cleaning end surface;
the cleaning post (2224) is mounted at the movable end of the jog drive (2223); the inching driver (2223) drives the cleaning column (2224) to move, so that the cleaning column (2224) reciprocates up and down on the cleaning end surface;
the cleaning roller (2225) and the inching driver (2223) are installed on the same detection end of the pressure sensor (2221), and the pressure sensor (2221) is installed on the mechanical arm (221).
5. The automated transfer apparatus for secondary cleaning according to claim 2, wherein: the transmission line body (71) comprises a jacking assembly (72), and the jacking assembly (72) is arranged at the position corresponding to the pre-cleaning roller (214) and the cleaning assembly (222);
the jacking assembly (72) comprises a top plate (721) and a jacking driver (724);
the jacking driver (724) drives the top plate (721) to ascend, so that the top plate (721) is in contact with the carrier (73), and the carrier (73) is lifted and separated from the transmission line body (71).

the vertical driver (211) is arranged on the movable end of the first linear driver (212), the second linear driver (213) is fixed on the base through the first linear driver (212) arranged on the movable end of the second linear driver (213), so that the vertical driver (211) moves along a horizontal plane, and the movable cleaning of the pre-cleaning roller (214) is realized.
