The fine materials of 0.75-3mm meeting the requirement directly enter a humidifying stirrer 12, the finer materials of 3-4.75mm flow out through the lower end of a regulating bin 6, part of the fine materials enter the humidifying stirrer 12 through a constant feeder 18 and a conveying adhesive tape machine 19 to be finished, and part of the fine materials return to the double-rotor sand making machine 2 through a material returning adhesive tape machine 7 to be crushed again; the finished sand humidified by the humidifying stirrer 12 is conveyed to a designated position through a sand-discharging belt conveyor 11. The integrated sand making building system is connected with the intelligent control system, large-scale automatic production can be realized, the safety is good, and the working efficiency is high.

Claims (10)
1. The integrated sand building making system is characterized by comprising a crushing unit and a screening unit, wherein the screening unit is arranged on the discharge side of the crushing unit;
the crushing unit comprises a crushing frame, a feeding belt conveyor and a double-rotor sand making machine, wherein the feeding belt conveyor and the double-rotor sand making machine are arranged on the crushing frame from top to bottom;
the screening unit comprises a screening frame, a lifter, an integrated powder concentrator, a screening unit dust collector, a stone dust bin, a compound screening machine, a material returning adhesive tape machine, a humidifying stirrer and a sand outlet adhesive tape machine; the hoister is arranged close to the discharge side of the crushing unit and used for conveying materials crushed by the double-rotor sand making machine to the integrated powder concentrator; the integrated powder concentrator, the compound screening machine, the humidifying stirrer and the sand-discharging adhesive tape machine are sequentially arranged on the screening frame from top to bottom; the screening unit dust collectors and the integrated powder concentrator are arranged side by side from left to right, and the screening unit dust collectors and the stone powder bin are also arranged on the screening frame from top to bottom; the material returning adhesive tape machine is arranged between the compound screening machine and the double-rotor sand making machine and used for conveying coarse materials which do not meet requirements after being screened by the compound screening machine to the double-rotor sand making machine for circular crushing.

The integrated sandbuilding system of claim 1 wherein said crushing frame is enclosed by steel structural uprights; the crushing frame is arranged in three layers along the height direction, the third layer is a feeding belt conveyor arrangement layer, the second layer is a double-rotor sand making machine supporting layer, and the first layer is a crushed material conveying layer; the feeding adhesive tape machine arrangement layer is also provided with a crushing unit dust collector, and the discharge end of the material returning adhesive tape machine is arranged on the feeding adhesive tape machine arrangement layer.
3. The integrated sand building system according to claim 2, wherein a dust cover is arranged outside the double-rotor sand making machine, and the double-rotor sand making machine is communicated with the dust collector of the crushing unit through a dust exhaust pipe.
4. The integrated sandbuilding system of claim 1 wherein a rain hood is positioned above the feeding belt machine.
5. The integrated sandbuilding system of claim 1 wherein a conditioning bin is disposed between the compound screener and the humidifying blender, and an outlet of the conditioning bin delivers material to the humidifying blender and the return adhesive tape machine, respectively.

The integrated sandbuilding system of claim 5 wherein said screening frame is enclosed by steel structural uprights; the screening frame is arranged in five layers along the height direction, the fifth layer is an integrated powder concentrator supporting layer, the fourth layer is a compound screening machine supporting layer, the third layer is an adjusting bin supporting layer and a compound screening machine distributing layer, the second layer is a humidifying stirring machine supporting layer, and the first layer is a sand-discharging adhesive tape machine distributing layer; the screening machine is characterized in that a supporting platform is arranged on a screening frame between a supporting layer of the integrated powder concentrator and a supporting layer of the compound screening machine, a dust collector of the screening unit is arranged on the supporting platform, a supporting cross beam is arranged on the screening frame between the supporting layer of the adjusting bin and a stand column of a material distribution layer of the compound screening machine, and a feeding end of the material returning adhesive tape machine is arranged on the supporting cross beam.
7. The integrated sand building system according to claim 1, wherein an induced draft system is arranged between the integrated powder concentrator and the dust collector of the screening unit.
8. The integrated sand building system according to claim 1, wherein a stone powder bulk loader is arranged at the bottom of the stone powder bin, and a truck passage is arranged below the stone powder bin.
9. The integrated sand building system according to claim 1, wherein dust covers are arranged outside the integrated powder concentrator and the compound screening machine and are respectively communicated with dust collectors of the screening units through dust discharge pipes.
10. The integrated sandbuilding system of claim 1 wherein the crushing frame and the screening frame are each fabricated from fabricated steel construction and are sealed.
