Abstract
The invention provides a cold supply device and a control mode, which are suitable for a cigarette factory forming machine and a cigarette making machine. The existing air-conditioning cold water (with the temperature of T1) resources in a tobacco factory are input into the device, two types of cold water with the output temperatures of T1 and T2(T2 is more than T1) are output, and the cold water with the output temperature of T2 is obtained through a plate heat exchanger. The cold water with the output temperature of T1 can be controlled by an electromagnetic valve in an on/off mode, and the cold water with the output temperature of T2 can be controlled by a water pump and a proportional control valve in an on/off mode and a temperature adjusting mode. The cold supply device and the control mode can meet the cold water requirements of two temperatures of one forming machine or cigarette making machine and can replace two Freon cold water units installed on site.

Background
At present, a cigarette factory generally has a large number of forming machines and cigarette making machines, and with the update of the above devices, the same device needs two cooling water with different temperatures, and the common method is to install two Freon air-cooled water chilling units on the site of each forming machine or cigarette making machine device, so that the following problems exist:
1. the condenser of the air-cooled water chilling unit is dirty due to high dust concentration of a forming machine and a cigarette making machine working site, and the use and maintenance difficulty is high;
2. when the Freon air-cooled water chilling unit matched with the forming machine and the cigarette making machine fails, the maintenance time is long, and the production is influenced;
3. the Freon air-cooled water chilling unit is arranged on the spot of the forming machine and the cigarette making machine, so that the noise of the spot operation is increased.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the existing air-conditioning cold water resources of a cigarette factory are utilized, air-conditioning cold water (with the temperature of T1) is input into the device, two types of cold water with the output temperatures of T1 and T2(T2 is more than T1) are output, and the cold water with the output temperature of T2 is obtained through a plate heat exchanger. The cold water with the output temperature of T1 is controlled by the PLC control electromagnetic valve to realize on/off control according to the request signal sent by the forming machine or the cigarette making machine, and the cold water with the output temperature of T2 is controlled by the PLC control variable frequency water pump and the electric proportional control valve to realize on/off control and temperature regulation control according to the set temperature and the request signal sent by the forming machine or the cigarette making machine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following advantages:
1. the cold supply device and the control method can meet the requirements of two temperatures of cold water for one forming machine or cigarette making machine.
2. The cold supply device and the control mode can replace two Freon water chilling units installed on site, so that the installation site of a forming machine or a cigarette making machine is cleaner and tidier, and the equipment maintenance difficulty is reduced.
3. The cold supply device comprehensively utilizes the existing air-conditioning cold water resources of the cigarette factory, and the air-conditioning cold water system is fully reserved, so that the system has high operation reliability.
4. The device has simple structure, low failure probability and simple maintenance.

Detailed Description

The cold water with the output temperature of T1 is supplied and controlled: the request signal sent by the forming machine or the cigarette making machine controls the electromagnetic valve (23) through the PLC control system (24) to realize the on/off control of cold water with the output temperature of T1, and the output temperature is equal to the cold water of the air conditioning system of the cigarette factory.
The cold water with the output temperature of T2 is supplied and controlled: the request signal sent by the forming machine or the cigarette making machine controls the variable frequency water pump (18) through the PLC control system (24) to realize the on/off control of cold water with the output temperature of T2 and the water volume supply. T2 (here, T2 is more than T1+2 ℃) can be set in the PLC control system (24), if the value detected by the temperature sensor (13) is more than T2, the opening degree of the electric proportional control valve (6) is increased through the PLC control system (24), if the value detected by the temperature sensor (13) is less than T2, the opening degree of the electric proportional control valve (6) is reduced through the PLC control system (24), and the water temperature in the closed water tank (11) is stabilized within the range of T2 +/-0.5 ℃.
3. Note that: during operation, the service valve (4) is opened for stabilizing the cold side pressure at the delivery temperature T2. Before the device is put into use, the device is required to be comprehensively insulated so as to avoid generating condensed water on site.
