Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a calculation method of a performance value, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a first embodiment of the calculation method of a performance value of the invention.
The embodiments of the present invention provide embodiments of a method of calculating a performance value, it being noted that although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than that shown or described herein.
The performance value calculation method is applied to a performance evaluation system, which may be a server or a terminal, and the terminal may include mobile terminals such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a personal digital assistant (Personal Digital Assistant, PDA), and fixed terminals such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. In the embodiments of the performance value calculation method, for convenience of description, the embodiments are explained with the performance evaluation system as an execution subject. The calculation method of the performance value comprises the following steps:
Step S10, first task data of a first task account in a performance evaluation system are obtained, and a second task account which has an association relationship with the first task account in the performance evaluation system is determined.
And after the performance evaluation system detects a calculation instruction for calculating the performance value, the performance evaluation system acquires first task data of the first task account. Each user needing performance evaluation needs to register in the performance evaluation system, and when the user successfully registers in the performance evaluation system, the performance evaluation system generates a task account for the user. The calculation instruction can be automatically triggered by the performance evaluation system through a timing task, or can be manually triggered in the performance evaluation system by a corresponding user of the performance evaluation system. In this embodiment, the first task account is an account that needs performance evaluation at the current time. It can be understood that in the performance evaluation system, each task account can perform performance evaluation at the same time, that is, the performance value of each task account in the performance evaluation system is calculated at the same time; the performance evaluation can be performed at different times by each task account, that is, the performance value of each task account in the performance evaluation system is calculated at different times. The first task data is data for calculating performance values in the first task account, and the task data can be the amount corresponding to the commodity sold by the user corresponding to the first task account, or the quantity corresponding to the commodity sold by the user corresponding to the first task account, and the like. Because some tasks corresponding to users in the performance evaluation system cannot be represented by the amount and the quantity, the performance evaluation system can set the amount or the quantity corresponding to the tasks in advance according to the time required for completing the tasks, and the tasks which cannot be represented by the amount and the quantity can be sanitary cleaning tasks, goods management tasks for arranging goods on containers and the like. In the performance evaluation system, each task account is provided with a corresponding task attribute, and the task attribute is what work is specifically processed by a user corresponding to the task account, whether to clean sanitation or sell goods, or to pay money, and the like. In this embodiment, the task attribute of each task account in the performance evaluation system may be fixed, or the task attribute corresponding to the task account may be modified in a certain period.
After the performance evaluation system acquires the first task data of the first task account, the performance evaluation system determines the task account related to the first task account, and determines the task account related to the first task account as a second task account. In the performance evaluation system, an association relationship can be preset between task account numbers corresponding to the tasks with causal relationship, and the tasks with causal relationship are tasks which can mutually influence the working effect. The cleanliness of the cleaning task can influence the impression of the customer on the merchant, so that the sales volume and sales amount of the merchant commodity are influenced, and therefore, in the performance evaluation system, a causal relationship exists between the task account corresponding to the cleaning task and the task account for selling the commodity. Specifically, which tasks in the performance assessment system are causal may be obtained by a data mining algorithm, which in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, KNN (K Nearest Neighbours, k nearest neighbor classification algorithm), NB (Naive Bayes), and SVM (Support Vector Machine ).
In the performance evaluation system, task accounts with association relations store the same association identifier, and each task account has a unique association identifier. After the performance evaluation system determines the first task account, the performance evaluation system acquires the association identifier of the first task account, searches other task accounts with the association identifier in a database of the performance evaluation system, and determines the searched task account with the association identifier as a second task account. In the present embodiment, the expression form of the association identifier is not limited.
Step S20, obtaining second task data of the second task account.
Step S30, calculating a task performance value of the first task account according to the first task data and the second task data.
And after the performance evaluation system determines the second task account, the performance evaluation system acquires task data corresponding to the second task account and determines the task data corresponding to the second task account as second task data. In the performance evaluation system, corresponding task data exists in each task account. And after the performance evaluation system acquires the first task data and the second task data, the performance evaluation system calculates a task performance value of the first task account according to the first task data and the second task data.
Further, in order to improve the accuracy of calculating the task performance value, after the performance evaluation system acquires the first task data and the second task data, the performance evaluation system may first determine whether the evaluation attributes corresponding to the first task data and the second task data are the same, where the evaluation attributes include, but are not limited to, time, quantity, and amount of money. If the fact that the evaluation attributes corresponding to the first task data and the second task data are the same is determined, the performance evaluation system directly calculates a task performance value of the first task account according to the first task data and the second task data; if it is determined that the evaluation attributes corresponding to the first task data and the second task data are different, the performance evaluation system converts the evaluation attribute of the first task data into the evaluation attribute of the second task data or converts the evaluation attribute of the second task data into the evaluation attribute of the first task, so that the evaluation attributes of the first task data and the second task data are identical, and when the evaluation attributes of the first task data and the second task data are identical, the task performance value of the first task account is calculated according to the first task data and the second task data. It will be appreciated that when the evaluation attribute of the first task data is converted into the evaluation attribute of the second task data, the size of the first task data may be larger, smaller, or unchanged. The conversion system corresponding to the conversion between the evaluation attributes may be preset by the performance evaluation system corresponding to the user. If the conversion coefficient corresponding to the conversion of the evaluation attribute a into the evaluation attribute B is a, the evaluation attribute corresponding to the first task data is B, the evaluation attribute of the second task data is a, and the second task data obtained by the performance evaluation system is c, the size corresponding to the second task data after the conversion of the evaluation attribute of the second task data into the evaluation attribute of the first task data is: c×a.
Further, step S30 includes:
step a, obtaining a first task weight corresponding to the first task data and obtaining a second task weight corresponding to the second task data.
Specifically, when the performance evaluation system acquires the first task data and the second task data, the performance evaluation system acquires the task weight corresponding to the first task data and acquires the task weight corresponding to the second task data, and in order to facilitate differentiation, in this embodiment, the task weight corresponding to the first task data is recorded as the first task weight, and the task weight corresponding to the second task data is recorded as the second task weight. It should be noted that, the first task account may correspond to one second task account or may correspond to at least two second task accounts, and thus, in this embodiment, there may be one second task weight or at least two second task weights. In the present embodiment, the sum between the first task weight and the second task weight is equal to 1. When the same second task account number has an association relationship with different first task account numbers, the corresponding second task weights may be the same or different. The task weights corresponding to the task accounts are preset.
And b, multiplying the first task data by the first task weight to obtain a first performance value.
And c, multiplying the second task data by the second task weight to obtain a second performance value.
And d, calculating the sum between the first performance value and the second performance value to obtain the task performance value of the first task account.
After the performance evaluation system obtains the first task weight and the second task weight, the performance evaluation system multiplies the first task data by the first task weight, calculates the product between the first task data and the first task weight, and obtains a first performance value; and the performance evaluation system multiplies the second task data by the corresponding second task weight, calculates the product of the second task data and the corresponding second task weight, and obtains a second performance value. And after the performance evaluation system obtains the first performance value and the second performance value, the performance evaluation system calculates the sum between the first performance value and the second performance value, namely, the first performance value and the second performance value are added to obtain the task performance value of the first task account. Further, in order to ensure the influence of the current task of the first task account on the task performance value, when the first task weight is set, the value of the first task weight should be set to be greater than a preset weight value, and the preset weight value may be set to be 0.5, 0.6, 0.8 or the like. Specifically, the preset weight value may be limited to be greater than or equal to half of the sum of the first task weight and the second task weight.
According to the embodiment, the first task data of the first task account in the performance evaluation system is obtained, the second task account with the association relation with the first task account in the performance evaluation system is determined, the second task data of the second task account is obtained, and the task performance value of the first task account is calculated according to the first task data and the second task data. The performance value of the first task account is calculated according to the task data of the second task account and the task data of the first task account, which have association relation with the first task account, so that the performance value of the first task account is not calculated singly according to the task data of the first task account, and the accuracy of the calculated performance value is improved by considering the mutual influence among the tasks.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, no additional monitoring devices (such as a sensor and a camera) are required to monitor the situation that each task account corresponds to the user to execute the task, so that the cost of performance evaluation is reduced, that is, the calculation cost of the performance value is reduced.
Further, a second embodiment of the performance value calculation method of the present invention is provided. The difference between the second embodiment of the performance value calculating method and the first embodiment of the performance value calculating method is that the step of determining a second task account number having an association relationship with the first task account number in the performance evaluation system includes:
And e, determining target task time corresponding to the first task account, determining first task time before the target task time, and determining second task time after the target task time.
The process of determining the second task account with the association relation with the first task account by the performance evaluation system may be: and the performance evaluation system determines the task time corresponding to the first task account and marks the task time corresponding to the first task account as target task time. It may be understood that each task account corresponds to a user having task time for executing a task, for example, the task time of the user corresponding to the task account A1 may be 8 to 9 a.m., the task time of the user corresponding to the task account A2 may be 9 a.m. to 4 a.m. When the performance evaluation system determines the target task time, the performance evaluation system determines the task time before the target task time and the task time after the target task time, and marks the task time before the target task time as a first task time and the task time after the target task time as a second task time. If the target task time is 10 am to 2 pm, the first task time may be 8 am to 10 am and the second task time may be 2 pm to 6 pm.
It can be appreciated that some target task times may not have a corresponding first task time, where the first task time is 0; some target task times may not have a corresponding second task time, where the second task time is 0.
And f, determining the task account corresponding to the first task time and the second task time as a second task account which has an association relationship with the first task account in the performance evaluation system.
After the performance evaluation system determines the first task time and the second task time, the performance evaluation system determines a task account corresponding to the first task time, determines a task account corresponding to the second task time, and determines the task account corresponding to the first task time and the second task time as a second task account having an association relationship with the first task account. Further, when the first task time corresponding to the target task time is 0, a task account corresponding to the first task time does not exist in the performance evaluation system; and when the second task time corresponding to the target task time is 0, the task account corresponding to the second task time does not exist in the performance evaluation system. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the target task time may correspond to only one first task time and one second task time, or may correspond to at least two first task times, and/or at least two second task times. It will be appreciated that when the target task time corresponds to two first task times, the first task time is the task time before the target task time, and the second first task time is the task time before the first task time.
According to the method and the device for calculating the performance evaluation system, the second task account related to the first task account is determined based on the time factors, namely, the time correlation is considered, the performance of the account corresponding to the time correlation is taken as the calculation factor when the performance value is calculated, the accuracy of the calculated performance value is improved, in practical application, the task completion conditions of the user corresponding to the front and rear task accounts are considered when the user corresponding to each account completes the task, and each user can complete the task well, so that the execution success rate of the task in the performance evaluation system is improved.
Further, the step of determining a second task account number in the performance evaluation system that has an association relationship with the first task account number further includes:
and g, determining a target task space corresponding to the first task account, and determining an adjacent task space adjacent to the target task space.
Further, the process of determining, by the performance evaluation system, the second task account having an association relationship with the first task account may further be: the performance evaluation system determines a task space corresponding to the first task account, marks the task space corresponding to the first task account as a target task space, and determines an adjacent task space adjacent to the target task space. It should be noted that, each task account corresponds to a user and has a working space, and the working space is a target task space corresponding to the first task account. The number of adjacent task spaces corresponding to the target task space is preset in the performance evaluation system, specifically, the number is determined by the space corresponding to each task when the task is allocated, for example, the number of adjacent task spaces can be 2, 4 or 5. It is understood that the number of adjacent task spaces corresponding to different task accounts may or may not be the same.
And h, determining the task account corresponding to the adjacent task space as a second task account which has an association relationship with the first task account in the performance evaluation system.
After the performance evaluation system determines the adjacent task space, the performance evaluation system determines the task account corresponding to the adjacent task space and determines the task account corresponding to the adjacent task space as a second task account having an association relationship with the first task account. It can be appreciated that in the performance evaluation system, each task space has a corresponding task account number, and in the same time point, different task accounts correspond to different task spaces. In this embodiment, different task accounts may correspond to the same adjacent task space.
Further, the performance evaluation system may determine, through the task space alone, a second task account having an association with the first task account, or determine, through the task time alone, a second task account having an association with the first task account; the performance evaluation system can also determine a second task account number with an association relationship with the first task account number through the task space and the task time, namely the performance evaluation system determines the task account number corresponding to the first task time and the second task time as the second task account number with the association relationship with the first task account number, and determines the task account number corresponding to the adjacent task space as the second task account number with the association relationship with the first task account number.
Specifically, when the performance evaluation system determines the second task account number having an association relationship with the first task account number through the task space and the task time, the process of calculating the task performance value by the performance evaluation system may be expressed as the following formula:
task performance value = weight of Σ task impact factor x task data of task impact factor.
Wherein (1)>
Wherein the task impact factors comprise a first task account number and a second task account number, and representing task performance values, wherein t is the time corresponding to the calculated task performance values, n represents task data packets corresponding to the current first task account, and at this time, in the performance evaluation system, a label exists in each task data packet corresponding to each task account, and the label can be determined by the registration time corresponding to the task account. />Representing that the sum of the corresponding weights of the first task account number and the second task account number is equal to 1, i.e. the sum between the first task weight and the second task weight is equal to 1,/and/or->Task data representing task influencing factors, +.>The weights of the task impact factors are represented. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a first task account and a second task account according to an embodiment of the present invention. It will be appreciated that->The second performance value of the second task account with the association relation with the first task account is determined through the task space, the second performance value of the second task account with the association relation with the first task account is also determined through the task time, and at the moment, if the performance evaluation system determines the second task account with the association relation with the first task account through the task space and the task time at the same time, only one or more of the task performance values of the first task account are calculated when the task performance value of the first task account is calculated>
According to the method and the device, the second task account related to the first task account is determined based on the space factor, namely, the space correlation is considered, the performance of the account corresponding to the space correlation is taken as the calculation factor when the performance value is calculated, the accuracy of the calculated performance value is improved, in practical application, the task completion condition of the user corresponding to the task account in the adjacent space is considered when the user corresponding to each account completes the task, the task completion of the user corresponding to the adjacent space is not influenced when the user completes the task, and therefore the task execution success rate of the performance evaluation system is improved.
Further, a third embodiment of the performance value calculation method of the present invention is provided.
The third embodiment of the performance value calculating method is different from the first and/or second embodiment of the performance value calculating method in that, referring to fig. 3, the performance value calculating method further includes:
step S40, after an allocation instruction for allocating the tasks to be allocated in the performance evaluation system is detected, the account number of the task accounts in the performance evaluation system is obtained according to the allocation instruction, and the task number of the tasks to be allocated is obtained.
The performance evaluation system regularly or detects in real time whether an allocation instruction for allocating tasks to be allocated is detected, wherein the allocation instruction can be triggered by a timing task in the performance evaluation system or manually triggered by a corresponding user of the performance evaluation system, and can also be sent by other terminals which establish communication connection with the performance evaluation system. After the performance evaluation system detects an allocation instruction for allocating the tasks to be allocated, the performance evaluation system acquires the account number of task accounts needing to be allocated with the tasks to be allocated according to the allocation instruction, and acquires the task number of the tasks to be allocated. It should be noted that, not all task accounts in the performance evaluation system need to be allocated with tasks to be allocated, for example, tasks to be allocated may be allocated only to online task accounts in the performance evaluation system, and tasks to be allocated may not be allocated to offline task accounts in the performance evaluation system. Further, the tasks to be distributed can be distributed only for the online fixed task accounts in the performance evaluation system, namely, the tasks to be distributed can be distributed in a directional mode. Further, when the performance evaluation system does not detect the allocation order for allocating the tasks to be allocated, the performance evaluation system continues to detect whether the allocation order is detected.
And step S50, distributing the tasks to be distributed to task data packets corresponding to the task accounts of the performance evaluation system according to the account numbers and the task numbers, wherein the difference value between initial performance values corresponding to the task data packets is smaller than a preset threshold value.
After the performance evaluation system determines the account number and the task number, the performance evaluation system distributes the tasks to be distributed to task data packets corresponding to the task accounts according to the account number and the task number. In the performance evaluation system, each task account has a corresponding task data packet, and the task data packet includes at least one task to be allocated. In order to more accurately measure the performance values corresponding to the task accounts, the difference value between the initial performance values corresponding to the task data packets is smaller than a preset threshold, wherein the preset threshold can be set according to specific needs, and the size of the preset threshold is not limited in the embodiment. It can be appreciated that the initial performance value is the maximum performance value that can be obtained when the task account completes the task corresponding to the task data packet without considering other influencing factors, i.e. without considering the influence of the performance value of the second task account. It should be noted that, the performance value corresponding to each task to be allocated may be determined by the performance evaluation system corresponding to the user considering various influencing factors.
Specifically, the first allocation method for the performance evaluation system to allocate the task to be allocated to the task data packet corresponding to each task account may be: the performance evaluation system randomly distributes the tasks to be distributed stored in the database into each task data packet according to the account number and the task number, namely, when the tasks to be distributed are distributed into the task data packets, the tasks to be distributed can be randomly extracted from the database and distributed into each task data packet. The performance evaluation system may have or may not have a put-back extraction in extracting the task to be allocated from the database. When there is extraction of the replacement, the number of the replacement can be set according to specific needs, for example, 20 tasks to be allocated are extracted to be allocated to a certain task data packet, and 2 or 5 tasks to be allocated can be replaced in the database. It will be appreciated that when a task to be allocated is extracted from the database in a put-back manner, there will be some task packets for which the same task to be allocated exists.
The second allocation method for allocating the task to be allocated to the task data packet corresponding to each task account by the performance evaluation system may be: the performance evaluation system extracts tasks to be distributed from a database storing the tasks to be distributed according to a preset extraction algorithm, and distributes the tasks to each task data packet, wherein the extraction algorithm comprises, but is not limited to, a polling method and a random polling method. Further, the performance evaluation system may also preset an allocation rule of the task to be allocated, that is, preset to allocate the task to be allocated to the task data packet corresponding to the task account.
When the tasks to be distributed are distributed, the tasks to be distributed are distributed according to the account data of the task accounts in the performance evaluation system and the task number of the tasks to be distributed, and the difference value between the initial performance values corresponding to the task data packets is smaller than a preset threshold value, so that the initial performance values of the task accounts are in a relatively equal state, interference of human factors is reduced, and fairness in the task distribution process is improved.
Further, the calculation method of the performance value further includes:
and step i, detecting whether the current time is the task allocation time or not according to a preset task allocation period.
And j, if the current time is detected to be the task allocation time, triggering and allocating an allocation instruction of the task to be allocated in the performance evaluation system.
In the performance evaluation system, a task allocation period is set, and the performance evaluation system periodically redistributes the task to be allocated for one time according to the preset task allocation period so as to ensure fairness of task allocation. Specifically, the performance evaluation system obtains the task history allocation time of the task to be allocated last time, obtains the current time, calculates the time difference between the task history allocation time and the current time, and detects whether the time difference is equal to the duration corresponding to the task allocation period. If the time difference is detected to be equal to the duration corresponding to the task allocation period, the performance evaluation system determines that the current time is the task allocation time, and at the moment, the performance evaluation system automatically triggers an allocation instruction for allocating the tasks to be allocated; if the time difference is detected not to be equal to the duration corresponding to the task allocation period, the performance evaluation system continues to detect whether the current time is the task allocation time according to the preset task allocation period.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the performance value calculation method of the present invention is provided.
The fourth embodiment of the performance value calculating method is different from the first, second and/or third embodiments of the performance value calculating method in that, referring to fig. 4, the performance value calculating method further includes:
and step S60, sorting task performance values corresponding to the first task accounts in the performance evaluation system according to the order from large to small, and obtaining sorted task performance values.
And step S70, the sequenced task performance values are sent to task terminals corresponding to the first task accounts, so that the task terminals output the sequenced task performance values.
And after the performance evaluation system obtains the task performance values corresponding to the first task accounts, the performance evaluation system sorts the performance values corresponding to the first task accounts in order from large to small to obtain the sorted task performance values. And after the performance evaluation system obtains the sequenced task performance values, the performance evaluation system sends the sequenced task performance values to task terminals corresponding to the first task accounts. And after the task terminal receives the sequenced task performance values, the task terminal outputs the received sequenced task performance values in a screen thereof so that the task terminal can check the sequenced task performance values corresponding to the user. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the task performance values after sorting may include performance values of all the first task accounts, and the task performance values after sorting may also include only one task performance value corresponding to the first task account, where the task performance values after sorting include a ranking order of task performance values corresponding to the first task account.
According to the embodiment, when the performance evaluation system obtains the task performance values of each task account, the performance evaluation system sorts the task performance values, and sends the sorted task performance values to the task terminals corresponding to each task account, so that the task terminals output the received sorted task performance values, and the task account corresponding users can know own performance conditions in time conveniently.
Further, the calculation method of the performance value further includes:
and step k, granting operation authority corresponding to the task performance value for the first task account according to the task performance value.
Further, after the performance evaluation system calculates task performance values corresponding to the first task accounts, the performance evaluation system grants operation authorities corresponding to the task performance values for the first task accounts according to the task performance values. In this embodiment, different operation rights are set in advance for different task performance values. If the task performance values in different ranges can be set, the receiving authority for receiving the red packets with different amounts exists, it can be understood that the amount of the red packets increases with the increase of the task performance values. The operation authority can also be a shortening authority for shortening working time, and enjoying vacation authority of vacation and the like.
According to the embodiment, the operation authority corresponding to the task performance value is granted to the first task account according to the task performance value, so that a fairness mechanism for automatic rewarding is formed, and the work enthusiasm of staff is improved.
