Abstract
The invention provides a pipe bender device, which comprises a base and a pipe bender base, wherein the base is used for providing a fixed installation position; the pipe bending mechanism is arranged on the base and used for performing pipe bending operation; the driving mechanism is arranged on one side of the pipe bending mechanism and used for providing driving force for the pipe bending mechanism; and the control box is arranged on the opposite side of the pipe bending mechanism far away from the driving mechanism and is used for controlling the pipe bending machine device. Compared with the prior art, the pipe bender device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, high efficiency and strong applicability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pipe bending equipment, in particular to a pipe bending machine device.
Background
Because small aluminum pipes are often required to be bent into cylindrical coolers in the current production and life, the small aluminum pipes are convenient to process, such as air coolers of oxygen plants. The existing pipe bender has no pertinence, and the equipment is complex, low in efficiency, unstable and inconvenient to use.
Therefore, there is a need for a new pipe bender apparatus to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pipe bender apparatus includes a base 1 for providing a fixed mounting position; the pipe bending mechanism 2 is arranged on the base and is used for performing pipe bending operation; the driving mechanism 3 is arranged on one side of the pipe bending mechanism 2 and is used for providing driving force for the pipe bending mechanism 2; and the control box 4 is arranged on the opposite side of the pipe bending mechanism 2 far away from the driving mechanism 3 and is used for controlling the pipe bending machine device.

The front gear plate 211 is further provided with a proximity switch 2111, an induction switch 2112 and a guide plate 2113, the proximity switch 2111 is arranged between the first roller 231 and the second roller 2132, the induction switch 2112 is arranged on one side of the front gear plate 211, which is far away from the control box 4, and is close to the sixth roller 2136, and the guide plate 2113 is arranged below the third roller 2133. The inclination angle of the guide plate 2113 is adjustable, which facilitates the use of different bent pipes.
The base 1 is provided with a reduction gearbox 11 and a reduction gearbox motor 12, the reduction gearbox motor 12 is connected with the reduction gearbox 11 through a belt, and the reduction gearbox 11 is connected with the roller 213.
The driving mechanism 3 comprises an electromagnetic valve 31, an oil inlet 32, an oil outlet 33 and an oil tank motor 34, and the oil tank motor 34 is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder 221.
The cylindrical surface of the roller 213 is provided with a semicircular groove for adapting to pipes of different models and matching with the surface thereof.
The working process is as follows: the roller driven by the gear rotates; the small pipe with the cut length is fed into the roller from right to left, the pair of rotating rollers drives the small pipe to move forwards, the small pipe continues to move forwards through the proximity switch, when the small pipe moves to the position below the proximity switch, the oil cylinder piston drives the roller to press downwards, the roller rotating at the lowest position starts to bend the pipe, when the tail end of the small pipe just leaves the proximity switch, the oil cylinder piston drives the roller to restore the original position, the pipe bending is finished, and the roller sends out the cooler.
Compared with the prior art, the pipe bender device disclosed by the invention can be used for bending pipes by matching a plurality of groups of rollers, and the rollers are adjustable in position, have pertinence and strong applicability, can achieve the purposes of rapidness, accuracy and stability, and are simple in structure and convenient to use and install.
