The threaded cylinder 33 is in threaded connection with the lead screw 34, the outer side walls of the two ends of the lead screw 34 are rotatably connected in the bearings c36, and the two bearings c36 are clamped on the inner side wall of the containing cavity (see fig. 1); through the setting of bearing c36, and then guarantee that lead screw 34 is more stable and difficult for rocking when rotatory.
One end of the screw rod 34 extending out of the bed body 1 is fixedly connected with a hand wheel 35, and the driving motor 17 and the vibrator 27 are respectively electrically connected with an external power supply.
When the bed is used, a patient lies on the bed body 1 firstly, the patient can pull the moving block 12 downwards through the traction rope 13 by using the hand-holding frame 14, the hand of the patient is stretched and recovered by using the action of the tension spring 11, meanwhile, the rotating wheel 8 is rotated and the adjusting block 10 is pushed to move up and down under the action of the adjusting stud 7 and the threaded sleeve 6, so that the tension limit of the tension spring 11 is adjusted, the patient can conveniently stretch and recover the hand with different strength, the strength exercise of the hand is realized, when the back of the patient needs to be massaged, the driving motor 17 is started to work, the rotating shaft 18 drives the cam 20 to rotate, when the cam 20 jacks the connecting rod 21 and the massage ball 22 moves upwards, the back of the patient is massaged, when the cam 20 does not jack the connecting rod 21, the connecting rod 21 is pushed to be always attached to the cam 20 through the fixing block 23 under the elastic force of the, when cam 20 can form continuous massage operation when rotatory in succession, form effectual massage to patient's back, when needs carry out muscle vibration operation to patient's shank, the patient can place the shank on fixing base 26, and utilize fixed band 28 to fix patient's shank, can use after starting vibrator 27 to vibrate patient's shank muscle, when the patient lies and needs to lean on the back to sit up, rotate hand wheel 35 and under the effect of lead screw 34 and threaded cylinder 33, thereby promote fly leaf 31 autogiration through hinge bar 32, help the patient to sit up, the patient can rely on fly leaf 31 simultaneously, excellent in use effect.
