Background
Diabetes is a type of metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia, and can be classified into type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is a disease that must be controlled by in vitro injection of insulin due to absolute insufficient insulin secretion in vivo, and it frequently occurs in children and adolescents. Type 2 diabetes is a disease which can stimulate insulin secretion in vivo due to relative insufficient insulin secretion in vivo, mostly occurs after the age of 35-40 years, and accounts for more than 90% of patients with diabetes, but the patients with the type 2 diabetes need to directly inject insulin from outside of the body to control related diseases in later period of the disease. The published data shows that about 3.82 hundred million adults have diabetes in 2013 worldwide, wherein the number of diabetic patients in China is the first to be about 1.14 million worldwide.
Insulin injection is the most effective and widely applied treatment mode, and patients can conveniently inject insulin by themselves. When the patient injects insulin by oneself, the insulin is mostly extracted in the insulin bottle through the injector, the process is complicated, and when the insulin is injected in public places, embarrassment is easily caused. Therefore, insulin pens are produced.
When the patient passes through insulin pen injection insulin, after the liquid medicine injection is accomplished, guarantee at least that the syringe needle stops more than ten seconds at subcutaneous tissue layer, confirm that the complete entering patient of insulin is internal, prevent the liquid medicine seepage simultaneously. In the current operation process, do not have the timer of unified standard, mostly through patient's heart crime number, the time is held inaccurately, and troublesome poeration, it is inconvenient to use.
According to different diseases, the number of times of insulin injection required by a patient is generally 2-3 times per day, but a series of adverse reactions such as swelling, erythema, stasis, induration, blisters and the like can occur after long-term injection at the same part of a human body. As shown in fig. 5, a schematic diagram is shown in which the microprocessor 10 is connected to the dose setting device 12, the buttons, the display 9, the alarm device 8, the timer 11, and the like. The microprocessor 10 and the dose setting means 12, buttons, display 9, alarm means 8 and timer 11 may receive power via a wired or wireless connection, as well as from a disposable or rechargeable battery.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the injection site prompt card 13 is pulled out from the strip through hole 18, and the site 25 to be injected is selected. The injection position prompting card 13 is released, and the injection position prompting card 13 rebounds under the action of the resetting device 16 and is retracted into the cavity 15 of the pen cap 1. The cap 1 is opened, the pen holder 3 is unscrewed, the insulin refill 19 is placed in the pen holder 3, the pen holder 3 and the pen holder 7 are screwed down, the needle 2 is taken out, and the needle 2 and the pen holder 3 are screwed down. Adjust dose adjustment button 4, give microprocessor 10 with required dose information transmission, microprocessor 10 shows dose information through display screen 9, makes things convenient for the patient to confirm, avoids causing the dose error, influences the patient's health. At the same time, the microprocessor 10 drives the movement stroke of the telescopic rod 21 to release the insulin in the insulin pen core 19 according to the dosage.
After the injection is accomplished, through timing button 5, adjust time-recorder 11, send required timing time for microprocessor 10, microprocessor 10 shows the timing process through display screen 9, makes things convenient for the patient to know the time course, and simultaneously, microprocessor 10 sends timing time for alarm device 8, and when reaching required time, alarm device 8 starts, reminds the patient to pull out the needle, ensures that insulin gets into the patient completely internal.
After the patient pulls out the needle, the needle head 2 is unscrewed. The injection position prompt card 13 in the pen cap 1 is drawn out, the injection position 25 which is just completed is marked, repeated injection is avoided, and the pen cap 1 is fastened to facilitate the next injection.
The model of the display screen 9 selected by the embodiment is VGG12864E-S002 model, the resolution is 128 × 64, and a 64 × 64 display data RAM is built in the display screen. Each bit of data in the RAM corresponds to the light and dark state of a point on the display 9. So two pieces of column driver controllers are used, each piece outputting 64 rows of row drivers. The VGG12864E module is indirectly controlled to be connected to the microprocessor 10, the interface circuit of the display 9 is shown in fig. 6, the common chips of the interface circuit are P89C669, the P1 port of the P89C669 is used as the data port, P3.2 and P3.3 are used as the chip select signal, P3.4 is used as the reset control signal, P3.5 is the register select signal, P3.6 is the enable signal E, and P3.7 is the read/write signal.
The alarm circuit selected by the embodiment is controlled by a port P3.7 of the singlechip, outputs an alarm signal and drives the alarm circuit until a RESET key RESET and an on-off key are pressed.
The alarm circuit consists of a 555 timer, a sounder and a common light-emitting diode, and the circuit diagram is shown in figure 7.
The 555 timer is connected to form a low-frequency multivibrator, and a control voltage input terminal 5 pin of the low-frequency multivibrator is connected with a P3.7 terminal of the microprocessor 10 based on AT89C51 and is controlled by a pulse signal output by the P3.7 pin. Due to the charging, discharging and charging functions of the capacitor C4, the oscillation frequency of the 555 output pulse is low when P3.7 is equal to 1, and the oscillation frequency of the 555 output pulse is high when P3.7 is equal to 0. The pulse signal is added to a sounder through a separation capacitor C2, the sounder emits 2 kinds of alternative high and low sounds, and simultaneously, the pulse signal with the high and low level interval of 1 s output by a P3.7 pin is added to a light-emitting diode LED through a resistor R1, and the LED flashes and emits light to achieve the effect of simultaneously giving an alarm by sound and light.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. the invention has simple structure and convenient operation, the patient sends the required dosage information to the microprocessor through the dosage adjusting button, and the microprocessor displays the dosage information through the display screen, thereby facilitating the confirmation of the patient and avoiding causing dosage error and influencing the body of the patient.
