At present, the top contact type charging system of the new energy commercial vehicle is greatly popularized and applied, and because the contact type charging bow can provide high-capacity charging current and the charging time is short, a charging bow system does not need to be configured for each vehicle in a charging field. However, the contact charging pantograph system in the prior art is configured in a single pantograph manner, when a plurality of new energy vehicles need to be charged in a centralized manner in a charging station, after one vehicle finishes charging and moves out of a charging position, another vehicle needing to be charged is moved into a charging position for charging, and the moving-in and moving-out of the vehicle take much time, so that the charging efficiency is greatly reduced; meanwhile, after the vehicle moves to the charging position, a charging worker needs to manually restart the charging process of the charging pantograph system, so that the time consumption is increased, and the charging efficiency is further reduced.
Chinese patent application CN 201711313453.X discloses a high-power chain-type charging bow, which comprises a chain bin, a left support chain and a right support chain arranged in the chain bin, a support chain driving mechanism and a charging electrode for contacting with a roof receiving electrode, wherein fine adjustment of a mounting plate is realized through the matching transmission of a chain wheel and the chain, so that two charging electrodes on the mounting plate can fully and stably contact with the roof receiving electrode and keep a certain pressure, and thus, the charging efficiency, reliability and stability are ensured. However, the charging bow is fixedly installed, the contact effectiveness of the charging bow is improved only by up-and-down movement adjustment, the requirement and automatic control of multi-vehicle charging cannot be met, and the charging efficiency is low.
Chinese utility model patent zl201720963203.x discloses a bow adjustment structure and a bow that charges, and this bow adjustment structure that charges overlap joint includes power sub-mechanism, flexible sub-mechanism, transmission sub-mechanism, bow overlap joint adjustment sub-mechanism and the bow that charges. Can adjust the height and the angle of the bow that charges at limited within range through this bow overlap joint adjustment structure that charges to ensure that the copper bar contact of the copper bar of pantograph and the bow that charges is good among the charging process, can't satisfy demand and the automatic control that the multi-vehicle charges, charge efficiency is lower.

And 7: the charging bow 311 is lowered to the proper position by a mechanical device on the charging bow frame 314, and the charging bow 311 is matched and butted with the charging bow butt-joint end module 21 to start charging the vehicle 2. The mechanical device can adopt a height adjusting structure of the charging bow with adjustable height and angle in the prior art, so as to ensure that the charging bow 311 can be reliably butted with the charging bow butt joint end module 21, and further description is omitted here.
And 8: the charging scheduling module 5 determines whether the vehicle 2 is completely charged, if yes, step 9 is executed, and if not, the charging is continued.
And step 9: the charging bow 311 is raised to the position (i.e. the original height) by the mechanical device on the charging bow frame 314, the charging scheduling module 5 determines whether all the vehicles 2 to be charged are charged, if yes, step 10 is executed, if not, step 4 is returned, and the next vehicle 2 to be charged is charged continuously according to the instruction.
Step 10: the charging control module 42 of the charging cabinet 4 controls the charging bow module 31 to horizontally move along the x-axis and the y-axis via the moving guide 32 and return to the original position.
In step 11, the communication function of the second communication module 312 of the charging pantograph module 31 is disconnected, and the charging task is ended.

The charging control module 42 of the charging cabinet 4 can control the charging bow frame 314 to horizontally move along the moving guide rail 32 in the y-axis direction, and simultaneously control the moving guide rail 32 to horizontally move along the charging rack 3 in the X-axis direction, so that the charging bow 311 moves to the position above the parking space X where the vehicle a is located, and the primary positioning of the charging bow 311 and the charging bow butt-joint end module 21 of the vehicle a is completed. The position recognition module 313 automatically recognizes the position of the charging bow docking terminal module 21 and transmits the position information to the charging scheduling module 5. Meanwhile, the WIFI communication function between the second communication module 312 of the charging bow module 31 and the first communication module 22 of the vehicle a is started, and WIFI communication connection is completed.
The charging scheduling module 5 controls the charging bow module 31 to horizontally move along the x axis and the y axis through the moving guide rail 32 by the charging control module 42 of the charging cabinet 4, and when the error between the position of the charging bow 311 moved to the x axis and the y axis direction and the position of the charging bow butt-joint end module 21 do not exceed +/-10 cm, the position identification module 313 judges that the charging bow 311 has moved in place.
The charging bow 311 is lowered to the position through a mechanical device on the charging bow frame 314, the charging bow 311 is in matched butt joint with the charging bow butt joint end module 21, the charging control module 42 detects that the charging bow is in the position and transmits information to the charging scheduling module 5, and then the charging scheduling module 5 starts a charging process to charge the vehicle A. Once the charging scheduling module 5 judges that the charging is completed, the charging scheduling module 5 notifies the charging control module 31 to perform the pantograph raising, and the charging control module 31 controls the mechanism on the charging pantograph frame 314 to raise the charging pantograph 311 in position (i.e., to the original height). Meanwhile, the second communication module 312 of the charge bow module 31 disconnects the WIFI communication connection with the first communication module 22 of the vehicle a.
After the charging arch 311 is lifted to the right position, the charging scheduling module 5 sends the vehicle information of the vehicle B, the position information of the charging parking space Y where the vehicle B is located, and the charging instruction to the charging cabinet 4. The charging control module 42 of the charging cabinet 4 controls the charging arch module 31 to horizontally move along the x axis and the Y axis to the position above the parking space Y where the vehicle B to be charged is located, so as to complete the primary positioning of the charging arch. The position recognition module 313 automatically recognizes the position of the charging bow docking end module 21 of the vehicle B and transmits the position information to the charging scheduling module 5. Meanwhile, the WIFI communication function between the second communication module 312 of the charging bow module 31 and the first communication module 22 of the vehicle B is started, and WIFI communication connection is completed. The charging bow 311 is lowered to the position through a mechanical device on the charging bow frame 314, the charging bow 311 is in matched butt joint with the charging bow butt joint end module 21, the charging control module 42 detects that the charging bow is in the position and transmits information to the charging scheduling module 5, and then the charging scheduling module 5 starts a charging process to charge the vehicle B. Once the charging scheduling module 5 determines that the charging is completed, the charging scheduling module 5 notifies the charging control module 31 to perform the pantograph raising, and the charging control module 31 controls the mechanism on the charging pantograph frame 314 to raise and bow the charging pantograph 311 to the position (i.e., the original height). Meanwhile, the second communication module 312 of the charge bow module 31 disconnects the WIFI communication connection with the first communication module 22 of the vehicle B.
The charging scheduling module 5 determines that both vehicles are charged, and the charging scheduling module 5 notifies the charging control module 42 of the charging cabinet 4 to control the charging pantograph module 31 to horizontally move along the x-axis and the y-axis through the moving guide rail 32 and return to the original position, thereby ending the charging task.
