3. The pressure gauge movement dial plate assembly method according to claim 2, wherein the rivet is moved above a rivet hole of the movement by a material suction rod at the second station (3).
4. The pressure gauge movement dial plate assembly method according to claim 3, wherein after the rivet is transferred to a position above the rivet hole of the movement by the material suction rod, the rivet is guided into the rivet hole of the movement by the guide plate.
5. The pressure gauge movement dial assembly method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the dial (9) to be assembled is transferred to the movement at the fourth station (5) by a dial loading device.
6. The pressure gauge movement dial plate assembly method according to claim 5, wherein the dial plate feeding device comprises:
the dial plate lifter comprises a material pushing plate (10) which is used for stacking the dial plates (9) and can move up and down, and the dial plate (9) positioned at the uppermost layer on the material pushing plate (10) is suitable for being transferred onto a movement through a transfer device.
7. The pressure gauge movement dial assembly method according to claim 6, wherein the transfer device grips the dial (9) on the ejector plate (10) by a vacuum chuck (11).
8. The pressure gauge movement dial assembling method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the ejector plate (10) is driven to move by a lifting driving device, and the lifting driving device is provided with a position detection switch for detecting the lifting height of the ejector plate (10).
9. The assembly method of the dial plate of the movement of the pressure gauge according to claim 8, wherein the lifting driving device adopts a stepping motor (12) and is connected with the material pushing plate (10) through the transmission of a gear (13) and a rack (14).
