As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in a specific structure of the electronic table board system, the electronic table board display screen is used for displaying the display content which is updated when the setting circuit board is detachably and electrically connected. In a specific structure of the electronic table board display screen, the main viewing plate 1 and the rear viewing plate 2 are used to form a standing herringbone structure, and when the main viewing plate 1 is a transparent plate, a front perspective body is provided so that a front person can view a display surface of the electronic paper 4 between the main viewing plate 1 and the support plate 3, and/or when the rear viewing plate 2 is a transparent plate, a rear perspective body is provided so that a rear person can view a display surface of the electronic paper 4 between the rear viewing plate 2 and the support plate 3 (that is, when the main viewing plate 1 or the rear viewing plate 2 is independently a transparent plate, a single-sided display function can be provided, and when the main viewing plate 1 and the rear viewing plate 2 are independently transparent plates, a double-sided display function can be provided). As shown in fig. 10, in order to integrate the front and rear panels, the top of the front view plate 1 and the top of the rear view plate 2 are preferably connected by a first bent portion 601, and the surface angle between the front view plate 1 and the rear view plate 2 is preferably between 30 and 60 degrees. Further, for the convenience of folding, the first bending portion 601 may be, but is not limited to, preferably made of a soft material, a hinge mechanism, or the like. The supporting plate 3 is used for supporting the electronic paper 4, as shown in fig. 10, the bottom of the supporting plate 3 is preferably connected to the bottom of a transparent plate (i.e. the main viewing plate 1 or the rear viewing plate 2) through a second bending portion 602, and the supporting plate 3 is parallel to the transparent plate, i.e. the second bending portion 602 is arranged, so that the supporting plate 3 and the transparent plate can be integrated, the second bending portion 602 can be used for limiting the electronic paper 4 to slide downwards, and the electronic paper 4 can be further fixed. In addition, a certain gap can be reserved between the supporting plate 3 and the transparent plate, so that the electronic paper 4 can be conveniently replaced.
The electronic paper 4 is used for displaying the table card information (i.e. the picture information including the title or name) from the setting circuit board under the driving of the electronic paper driving circuit unit (at this time, the main control circuit unit in the setting circuit board needs to be electrically connected through the display side plug-in 501). Because the electronic paper is an existing display screen which is ultra-thin and ultra-light and does not need to be powered on for keeping (the principle is that a layer of charged substances, namely electronic ink, is coated on a film), the electronic paper can be skillfully applied to the electronic table display screen of the embodiment, namely when a circuit board is electrically connected and arranged, the display content can be updated and arranged through the electronic paper driving circuit unit, and when the circuit board is arranged by being separated from the electrical connection, the purpose of keeping the display without being powered on can be realized. In addition, the electronic paper 4 may use an ink screen as a display carrier, and a specific display size may be 640 × 382 pixels, for example.
The display side circuit board 5 is used for electrically connecting the whole electronic table board display screen in a detachable manner to the setting circuit board, and the electronic paper driving circuit unit is electrically connected to the main control circuit unit in the setting circuit board through the display side plug-in 501. As shown in fig. 10, optimally, in order to ensure the electrical connection stability during plugging, when the setting-side plug-in unit 161 employs multiple contact pads, the display-side plug-in unit 501 preferably employs pogo pin pins corresponding to the respective contact pads one by one; in addition, the specific circuit of the electronic paper driving circuit unit is a conventional circuit design, and the electronic paper connector adopts an existing plug connector with a model number of FPC24(0.5mm) and 24 pins.
The human-computer interaction device 20 is configured to run a main control software having a human-computer interaction interface, so that a user can edit the display content of the electronic table card on the main control software according to the actual needs of the user: the edited picture information can be but is not limited to three colors of black and white and red, and the picture size is 600X384 pixels; after the display content is edited, the main control software performs modular processing on each picture according to a certain conversion rule, so that each picture is converted into 61440-byte data, and finally, the corresponding picture data is sent to the corresponding setting circuit board (through the switch 12 in the box) according to the own needs; in addition, the main control software has the basic functions of modifying names in batches, issuing in batches, establishing seating charts and the like. The human-computer interaction device 21 may be, but is not limited to, an electronic device such as a computer or a smart phone.
Therefore, based on the detailed structural description of the electronic table board system, the electronic table board display screen and the human-computer interaction equipment, the electronic table board updating and setting system framework which is composed of the split type setting circuit board, the split type display screen and the human-computer interaction equipment is provided, namely, while the electronic table board display screens and the like are modified, transported and stored in batches based on the first embodiment, by arranging a support plate, electronic paper and a display side circuit board for switching and driving the electronic paper on a propeller strut structure composed of a main viewing plate and a rear viewing plate, can make whole display screen can be independent of battery and demonstration content setting module, both realize not adding power and also can keep showing and save the purpose of electric energy, can also reduce table tablet volume and weight, realize making things convenient for the meeting place to arrange and accomodate the purpose to and can reduce the manufacturing and the use cost of table tablet, do benefit to actual popularization and use.
Preferably, when the slot wall surface of the chevron-shaped slot 16 is provided with the alignment block 162, the bottom surface of the side end of the support plate 3 is provided with an alignment slot 301 which corresponds to the alignment block 162 in position and can be inserted into the corresponding alignment block 162.
To sum up, the electronic table card system provided by the embodiment further has the following technical effects on the basis of the technical effects of the first embodiment:
(1) the embodiment provides an electronic table card updating and setting system framework composed of a split type setting circuit board, a split type display screen and a man-machine interaction device, namely, batch modification is realized, the electronic table card display screen is transported and stored, and the like, through configuring a support plate on a herringbone frame structure composed of a main view plate and a rear view plate, electronic paper and a display side circuit board for switching and driving the electronic paper, the whole display screen can be independent of a battery and a display content setting module, the purposes of not powering on, keeping display and saving electric energy are realized, the volume and the weight of the table card can be reduced, the purposes of being convenient for meeting place arrangement and storage are realized, the manufacturing and using cost of the table card can be reduced, and the practical popularization and use are facilitated.
The various embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and may or may not be physically separate, as they relate to elements illustrated as separate components; if reference is made to a component displayed as a unit, it may or may not be a physical unit, and may be located in one place or distributed over a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
