It will be appreciated that when the rotary pressing mechanism 26 is in the released state, the sheet to be processed on the carrying position can be taken down, or the sheet to be processed can be placed on the carrying position, and when the rotary pressing mechanism 26 is in the pressed state, the sheet to be processed on the carrying position can be pressed and flattened.
Referring to fig. 5, further, the rotary pressing mechanism 26 includes a mounting member and a pressing assembly, the mounting member is mounted on the rotary member 22, the pressing assembly includes a pressing end, and the pressing assembly is reciprocally disposed on the mounting member along a first direction, and the pressing end can be close to or far away from the mounting plate 242 during the reciprocal movement of the pressing assembly along the first direction.
In practical application, the rotating member 22 is provided with mounting openings 222 penetrating through two opposite sides of the rotating member along a first direction, the mounting member is mounted on the mounting openings 222, the mounting member is provided with mounting holes penetrating through two opposite ends of the rotating member along the first direction, the compressing assembly movably penetrates through the mounting holes along the first direction, and the compressing assembly can rotate around the axis of the mounting holes in the moving process of the compressing assembly along the first direction, so that the compressing end moves along a preset track. It should be explained that the pressing assembly rotates around the axis of the mounting hole in the moving process along the first direction, so that the pressing end moves along the preset track, and therefore, the movement of the pressing end along the preset track means that the pressing end respectively makes a linear motion in the first direction and simultaneously rotates around the axis of the mounting hole on a plane perpendicular to the first direction, and the combined motion track of the linear motion and the rotation is the preset track.
In some embodiments, the mounting member includes a connecting portion 261 and a cam portion 262 fixedly connected to each other, the connecting portion 261 is connected to a side of the rotating member 22 facing away from the frame 10, the cam portion 262 extends toward the frame 10 along a first direction and penetrates the mounting opening 222, and the mounting hole penetrates the connecting portion 261 and the cam portion 262 along the first direction.

It will be appreciated that the connection portion 261 is connected to the rotary member 22, and the cam portion 262 is disposed through the mounting opening 222, so that the radial dimension of the connection portion 261 is greater than the radial dimension of the mounting opening 222, and the radial dimension of the cam portion 262 is less than the radial dimension of the mounting opening 222.

It will be appreciated that the compression end is the surface of the compression block 265 facing the rotatable member 22, which when pressed against the sheet to be processed, both secures the sheet press to be processed in the load bearing position and also flattens the edges of the sheet to be processed for ease of processing.
Further, the compression assembly also includes a follower 266, the follower 266 being fixedly coupled to the post 263, and the follower 266 extending into the helical groove 2622 to move with the post 263 within the helical groove 2622.

Specifically, the follower 266 is a roller rotatably coupled to the connecting post 263 about its own axis to facilitate movement of the follower 266 within the helical groove 2622 during movement of the connecting post 263 in the first direction.
In some embodiments, the positioning apparatus 20 further includes a pressing driving member 27, where the pressing driving member 27 is disposed on the frame 10, and the pressing driving member 27 is configured to drive the pressing assembly to move in the first direction when the rotating member 22 rotates to the preset position.
Further, when the rotating member 22 rotates to the preset position, the driving end of the pressing driving member 27 can abut against one end of the connecting post 263 facing the frame 10 during the expansion process, so as to drive the connecting post 263 to move along the first direction. Specifically, the pressing driving member 27 is an electric cylinder or an air cylinder or the like.
It is determined that the pressing driving members 27 are disposed at the corresponding stations, that is, the number of the pressing driving members 27 is at least five, and the pressing driving members are disposed at the first station, the second station, the third station, the fourth station and the fifth station, respectively, for driving the rotary pressing mechanism 26 at the corresponding stations to act.
Meanwhile, for the pressing driving member 27 to drive the rotary pressing mechanism 26 to act, one pressing driving member 27 may drive one rotary pressing mechanism 26 to act, that is, ten rotary pressing mechanisms 26 need to be arranged, or one pressing driving member 27 may drive two rotary pressing mechanisms 26 to act, that is, only five pressing driving members 27 need to be arranged.
Furthermore, the pressing drive 27 may also be provided on the rotary member 22, so that it is not necessary to ensure that the pressing drive 27 is mounted at a corresponding position on the frame 10 at the time of mounting.

Thus, taking fig. 2 as an example, the connecting column 263 is pushed up in the first direction by the pressing drive 27, and then the piece to be processed on the carrying position is removed or placed on the carrying position.
It should be noted that, the connecting post 263 is disposed through the mounting hole, but the cantilever 264 is connected to one end of the connecting post 263, so when the spring pushes the connecting post 263 to move downward, the pressing end moves from the avoidance position to the pressing position along the preset track, if no piece to be processed is present on the carrying position, the cantilever 264 may abut against the connecting portion 261, the connecting post 263 stops moving, and if a piece to be processed is present on the carrying position, the pressing end may abut against the piece to be processed, and the connecting post 263 also stops moving.
It should be further noted that, in conjunction with fig. 5, the movement of the connecting post 263 may be limited by the spiral groove 2622, so that the movement stroke of the connecting post 263 is determined, that is, the connecting post 263 moves up and down within a certain range, and when there is no piece to be processed in the carrying position, the cantilever 264 may abut against the connecting portion 261, or the connecting post 263 may stop moving down before the cantilever 264 contacts with the connecting portion 261, so that the cantilever 264 does not contact with the connecting portion 261.
In some embodiments, the positioning apparatus 20 further includes a spacer disposed on a side of the connection portion 261 facing away from the cam portion 262 for abutting the cantilever 264 when the cantilever 264 moves downward.

In practical application, the supporting component 28 further includes an adjusting block 288 and a locking member 289, the adjusting block 288 is fixedly connected to the mounting seat 282, a moving space is provided between the adjusting block 288 and the mounting seat 282, the adjusting plate 284 moves in the moving space, and the locking member 289 is disposed through the adjusting block 288 and abuts against the adjusting plate 284 in the moving space.
Specifically, the locking member 289 is a bolt to compress and fix the adjustment plate 284 with respect to the mount 282, or to loosen and move the adjustment plate 284, when desired.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the first attaching apparatus 40 includes an attaching frame 42, a first linear module 44, a second linear module 46, and an attaching mechanism 48, where the attaching frame 42 is disposed on the frame 10 and is located at the second station, the first linear module 44 is disposed on the attaching frame 42 lengthwise along the second direction, the second linear module 46 is disposed on the first linear module 44 reciprocally movable along the second direction, the attaching mechanism 48 is disposed on the second linear module 46 reciprocally movable along a third direction that is at an angle to the second direction, and the attaching mechanism 48 can attach the first patch and the piece to be processed located on the carrying position 22 of the second station during moving along the second direction and the third direction.
The second direction and the third direction are the front-rear direction and the left-right direction in fig. 8. The attaching mechanism 48 is configured to attach the adhesive tape to the piece to be processed and the first patch in the second direction and the third direction, and the piece to be processed and the first patch are located on the upper surface of the turntable, and the piece to be processed and the first patch are in the shape of a sheet, so that the second direction and the third direction are both directions parallel to the upper surface of the turntable.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that, the linear module is a module including a track and a driving member, taking the first linear module 44 as an example, the first linear module 44 includes a track longitudinally disposed on the pasting frame 42 along the second direction and a driving member disposed on the pasting frame 42, the second linear module 46 is reciprocally disposed on the track along the second direction, and the driving member is used for driving the second linear module 46 to reciprocally move, and meanwhile, the driving member is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller controls the movement of the driving member, so as to control the first pasting device 40 to paste the piece to be processed and the first patch.
Further, the attaching mechanism 48 includes a rotary cylinder 482 and an adhesive tape attaching assembly 484, wherein the rotary cylinder 482 is reciprocally disposed on the second linear module 46 along a third direction, and the adhesive tape attaching assembly 484 is disposed on an output shaft of the rotary cylinder 482 so as to rotate along with the output shaft of the rotary cylinder 482 around an axis perpendicular to the upper surface of the turntable.
It should be noted that the taping assembly 484 outputs the tape in one direction, for example, when the taping assembly 484 moves in the second direction, the taping assembly 484 needs to output the tape in the second direction, and when the taping assembly 484 moves in the third direction, the taping assembly 484 needs to output the tape in the third direction, and the change of the output direction is achieved by the rotary cylinder 482.

Meanwhile, one end of the tape assembly 484, which outputs the tape, can be close to or far from the to-be-processed sheet and the first patch at the carrying position 22, and the tape assembly 484 is of an existing structure, so that the description thereof will be omitted.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the turning apparatus 50 includes a support frame 51 and an adsorption mechanism 52, the adsorption mechanism 52 is reciprocally disposed on the support frame 51 along a fourth direction, and the adsorption mechanism 52 has a first adsorption surface for adsorbing or releasing the workpiece.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, further, the turning apparatus 50 further includes a first connecting component 53 and a material taking component 54, where the first connecting component 53 is reciprocally disposed on the supporting frame 51 along a fifth direction that is angled with respect to the fourth direction, the material taking component 54 is rotatably connected to the first connecting component 53 about a rotation axis perpendicular to the fourth direction, the material taking component 54 has a second adsorption surface for adsorbing or releasing a workpiece, the second adsorption surface can be parallel to the first adsorption surface during rotation of the material taking component 54, and the material taking component 54 has an alignment position avoiding position during movement along with the first connecting component 53 in the fifth direction.
When the take-out 54 is in the aligned position and the first suction surface is parallel to the second suction surface, the first suction surface may be aligned with the second suction surface in a fourth direction.
When the material taking member 54 is at the avoiding position, the adsorption mechanism 52 is staggered with respect to the first connecting assembly 53 and the material taking member 54 in the fourth direction.
Specifically, the fifth direction is perpendicular to the fourth direction, and the fourth direction is the up-down direction in fig. 10, the fifth direction is the left-right direction in fig. 10, and the fourth direction is the direction perpendicular to the upper side surface of the turntable when the flipping apparatus 50 is mounted on the third station.
When the turning device 50 is placed on the third station, it is ensured that the first suction surface can be correspondingly close to or far from the bearing position 22 of the third station during the movement of the suction mechanism 52 along the fourth direction, i.e. the first suction surface is facing the bearing position 22.
When the second suction surface is parallel or even aligned with the first suction surface, there are two situations in which the second suction surface faces the first suction surface and the side of the take-out member 54 facing away from the second suction surface faces the first suction surface.
Thus, the take-off member 54 has a position sufficiently far from the suction mechanism 52 to allow circumferential rotation of the take-off member 54, defined herein as a flipped position, when moving in the fifth direction. The material taking part 54 is moved to the overturning position and the material taking part 54 is rotated to a first angle, at this time, the second adsorption surface of the material taking part 54 is parallel to the first adsorption surface, one side of the material taking part 54 away from the second adsorption surface faces the first adsorption surface in the fourth direction, and then the material taking part 54 is moved to a position between the adsorption mechanism 52 and the bearing position 22 located at the third station along the fifth direction and to a position where the second adsorption surface is aligned with the first adsorption surface, so that the second adsorption surface faces the workpiece located at the third station.
The second suction surface sucks the workpiece, moves to the turning position along the fifth direction, continues to rotate until the second angle, at this time, the second suction surface is parallel to the first suction surface again, the second suction surface faces the first suction surface, the workpiece on the second suction surface rotates along with the second suction surface, and then continues to move the material taking part 54 along the fifth direction until the second suction surface is aligned with the first suction surface again in the fourth direction, the second suction surface faces the first suction surface, and the workpiece is sucked on the second suction surface, if at this time, the second suction surface is at a certain distance from the first suction surface, the suction mechanism 52 can be moved in the fourth direction so that the first suction surface approaches the workpiece on the second suction surface, and the workpiece is sucked, and the second suction surface releases the workpiece.
Finally, the material taking part 54 is moved to the avoiding position along the fifth direction, and the adsorbing mechanism 52 is moved along the fourth direction to replace the workpiece adsorbed by the first adsorbing surface in the bearing position 22 positioned at the third station, so that the workpiece is turned over.
As explained in connection with the above embodiment, the material taking member 54 is moved to the aligned position when the second suction surface and the first suction surface are parallel so that the second suction surface sucks the side of the sheet to be processed to which the first patch is attached, i.e., the first side, the second side of the sheet to be processed is exposed, then the material taking member 54 is turned 180 degrees in the turning position, and the material taking member 54 is moved to the aligned position again, then the distance between the first suction surface and the second suction surface is adjusted by the movement of the suction mechanism 52 in the fourth direction so that the first suction surface approaches the sheet to be processed to which the first patch is attached, then the first suction surface sucks the second side of the sheet to be processed, the second suction surface releases the sheet to be processed and moves to the avoidance position, the suction mechanism 52 is moved again in the fourth direction to put the sheet to be processed back to the carrying position 22, the sheet to be processed in the carrying position 22 has been turned, and the second side of the sheet to be processed is exposed.
Meanwhile, the material taking part 54 cannot move along the fourth direction, and the material taking part 54 needs to absorb the workpiece located on the carrying position 22, so that it needs to be ensured that when the material taking part 54 rotates to the position that the second absorption surface is parallel to the first absorption surface, but one side of the material taking part 54 away from the second absorption surface faces the first absorption surface, the interval between the second absorption surface and the carrying position 22 in the fourth direction is smaller, so that the second absorption surface can absorb the workpiece when moving above the workpiece. The carrying position 22 is a position on the upper surface of the turntable, and the second adsorption surface is spaced from the carrying position 22 by a smaller distance, that is, a smaller distance from the upper surface of the turntable, so that the material taking member 54 cannot rotate circumferentially when approaching the turntable. The take-off 54 can only be moved to the inverted position first to ensure that the take-off 54 is inverted.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the adsorbing mechanism 52 includes a first connecting member 522 and an adsorbing member 524, the first connecting member 522 is reciprocally disposed on the supporting frame 51 along a fourth direction, the adsorbing member 524 is connected to the first connecting member 522, the adsorbing member 524 has a first adsorbing surface, and the first adsorbing surface is located on a side of the adsorbing member 524 away from the first connecting member 522.
Further, the flipping apparatus 50 further includes a first telescopic driving member 55, where the first telescopic driving member 55 is disposed on the supporting frame 51, and a telescopic end of the first telescopic driving member 55 is connected to a side of the adsorbing member 524 connected to the first connecting member 522, for driving the adsorbing member 524 to move along the fourth direction. Of course, in other embodiments, the telescoping end of the first telescoping drive member 55 can be directly connected to the first link member 522 to indirectly drive the suction member 524 in the fourth direction.
In practical application, the support frame 51 has a processing space, the absorbing member 524 is disposed in the processing space, the first connecting member 522 includes at least two first guiding rods, one end of each of the at least two first guiding rods is connected to one side of the absorbing member 524, the other end extends along the fourth direction and extends out from the top of the support frame 51, and the first telescopic driving member 55 is disposed at the top of the support frame 51.
Specifically, the first telescopic driving pieces 55 are cylinders, the number of the first guide rods is four, the first guide rods are divided into two groups, one ends of the two first guide rods in the same group penetrating out of the supporting frame 51 are connected through the connecting rods, and the connecting rods cannot penetrate through the top of the supporting frame 51, so that the first guide rods can guide the movement of the adsorbing piece 524 along the fourth direction, and meanwhile, the connecting rods can limit the movement of the adsorbing piece 524.
Of course, in some embodiments, the suction member 524 may be directly connected to the suction member 524 by the first telescopic driving member 55 alone to drive the suction member 524 to move along the fourth direction, and the first connecting member 522 is not provided, but the guiding is omitted, so that the position of the workpiece before and after being turned may deviate, and therefore, the suction member 524 is preferably moved along the fourth direction by providing the first connecting member 522.
In some embodiments, the support bracket 51 is provided with a guide portion extending in the fifth direction, and the first connection assembly 53 includes a second connection piece 532, a first connection plate 534, and a second guide bar 536. The second connecting member 532 is reciprocally disposed on the guide portion along the fifth direction, one side of the first connecting plate 534 is fixedly connected to the second connecting member 532, one end of the second guiding rod 536 is connected to one side of the first connecting plate 534 away from the second connecting member 532, the second guiding rod 536 extends along the fourth direction in a direction away from the first connecting plate 534, and the material taking member 54 is connected to the second guiding rod 536 so as to move along the fifth direction along with the second guiding rod 536.
It will be appreciated that the engagement between the second connector 532 and the guide is similar to a rail engagement, and the embodiment is not limited.
Further, the first connecting assembly 53 further includes a connecting block connected to the first connecting plate 534 at a side connected to the second connecting member 532, and the turning device 50 further includes a second telescopic driving member 56 disposed on the support frame 51, the connecting block is connected to the first connecting plate 534 at a side, and a telescopic end of the second telescopic driving member 56 is connected to the connecting block for driving the connecting block to move along the fifth direction, thereby driving the first connecting plate 534 to move along the fifth direction on the guide portion.
In some embodiments, the flipping apparatus 50 further comprises a second connecting assembly 57, the second connecting assembly 57 being reciprocally disposed on the first connecting assembly 53 along a fourth direction, and the take-out member 54 being rotatably connected to the second connecting assembly 57 about an axis of rotation. Further, the second connecting member 57 is reciprocally disposed within the second guide bar 536 along the fourth direction, and the take-out member 54 is coupled to the second connecting member 57.
In the case where the second connecting assembly 57 is provided, the material taking member 54 may be moved away from the turntable in the fifth direction and the fourth direction, so that the material taking member 54 may be turned over 180 degrees without being blocked. In addition, if the second connecting component 57 is provided, the adsorbing mechanism 52 can only put the turned workpiece back onto the bearing position 22, so that the adsorbing mechanism 52 can be set to move back and forth between two positions, one is far away from the bearing position 22, and the other is near to the bearing position 22 to put the workpiece on the first adsorbing surface at the position of the bearing position 22, thereby simplifying the control procedure and facilitating the operation. The corresponding material taking member 54 needs to be turned over and moved to two positions corresponding to the suction mechanism 52 and the carrying position 22, so as to suck the workpiece of the carrying position 22 and turn over the workpiece, and then move the turned-over workpiece to the suction mechanism 52.
Meanwhile, when the material taking member 54 is movable in the fourth direction and the adsorbing mechanism 52 moves away from the carrying position 22 to the maximum distance from the carrying position 22, if the distance between the adsorbing mechanism 52 and the carrying position 22 is sufficiently large so that the material taking member 54 can perform circumferential rotation between the adsorbing mechanism and the carrying position 22, the material taking member 54 can also move in the fourth direction and then turn over after adsorbing the workpiece, without also moving away from the adsorbing mechanism 52 and the turntable in the fifth direction.
In addition, the space for ensuring the rotation of the material taking member 54 is to avoid interference between other structures and the rotation of the material taking member 54, so as to avoid interference to the movement of the adsorption mechanism 52 along the fourth direction when the corresponding material taking member 54 is located at the avoiding position. The movement of the material taking member 54 is actually achieved by the first connecting assembly 53 or the first connecting assembly 53 and the second connecting assembly 57, that is, when the material taking member 54 is located at the avoiding position, the first connecting assembly 53 and even the second connecting assembly 57 do not interfere with the movement of the adsorption mechanism 52 along the fourth direction.
The movement of the take-out member 54 in the fourth direction is achieved by providing the second connecting member 57, and when the workpiece is turned over and the second suction surface is moved to a position aligned with the first suction surface in the fourth direction, if there is a space between the first suction surface and the second suction surface in the fourth direction at this time, the workpiece sucked on the second suction surface can be brought closer to the first suction surface by moving the take-out member 54 in the fourth direction, i.e., the suction mechanism 52 described above can be moved only between the two positions.
Of course, in another embodiment, when the first adsorption surface and the second adsorption surface are aligned in the fourth direction after the material taking member 54 is turned over, if there is a space between the first adsorption surface and the second adsorption surface in the fourth direction at this time, the first adsorption surface can be close to the workpiece adsorbed on the second adsorption surface by moving the adsorption mechanism 52 in the fourth direction, without continuing to move the material taking member 54, and the material taking machine 54 can be moved to the avoiding position after the adsorption mechanism 52 adsorbs the workpiece, the adsorption mechanism 52 is directly moved down to the carrying position 22 to release the workpiece.
In some embodiments, the second connecting assembly 57 includes a second connecting plate 572 and a third connecting plate 574, the second connecting plate 572 is reciprocally disposed on the first connecting assembly 53 along the fourth direction, the third connecting plate 574 is disposed at an angle with respect to the second connecting plate 572, and the take-out member 54 is rotatably disposed on one side of the third connecting plate 574 about the rotation axis.
Further, the second link assembly 57 further includes a linear bearing penetrating the second link plate 572 in the fourth direction, and the second guide bar 536 penetrating the linear bearing in the fourth direction, thereby realizing the reciprocal movement of the second link plate 572 in the fourth direction on the second guide bar 536.
Specifically, the number of second guide bars 536 is four, corresponding to the number of linear bearings, to ensure that the second connecting plate 572 accurately moves in the fourth direction, and thus, the take-out member 54 accurately moves in the fourth direction.
In some embodiments, the flipping apparatus 50 further comprises a third telescopic driving member 58, the third telescopic driving member 58 being disposed on a side of the first connecting plate 534 connected to the second guiding bar 536, and a telescopic end of the third telescopic driving member 58 being connected to the second connecting plate 572 for driving the movement of the second connecting plate 572 in the fourth direction.
