the crushing mechanism comprises a feeding assembly, a driving assembly, screening drums (15), a second gear (7), a third gear (8), a second driving shaft (17), two rollers (14), two second bearings (21), two first bearings (3) and at least two crushing rods (16), wherein openings are formed in two opposite sides of a main body (4), the two rollers (14) are coaxially arranged, the two rollers (14) respectively penetrate through the two openings, the two rollers (14) are connected with the main body (4) through the first bearings (3), the screening drums (15) and the rollers (14) are coaxially arranged, one ends, close to each other, of the two rollers (14) are respectively communicated with two ends of the screening drums (15), one ends, far away from each other, of the two rollers (14) are in a sealed state, the feeding assembly is arranged on the main body (4), and is connected with one end, far away from the screening drum (15), of one roller (14), the second gear (7) is arranged at one end of the other roller (14) far away from the screening drum (15), the second driving shaft (17) is coaxially arranged with the rollers (14), the second driving shaft (17) is arranged in the screening drum (15), one end of the second driving shaft (17) is connected with the inner wall of one roller (14) through a second bearing (21), the other end of the second driving shaft (17) is connected with one end of the other roller (14) far away from the screening drum (15) through a second bearing (21), the third gear (8) is arranged at one side of the second gear (7) far away from the screening drum (15), the other end of the second driving shaft (17) is connected with a third gear (8), the driving assembly is arranged on the main body (4), and the driving assembly is connected with the second gear (7) and the third gear (8), the crushing rods (16) are arranged on the second driving shaft (17);
the dust removal mechanism comprises a power cylinder (19), a filter screen (18), fan blades (20), a first driving shaft (5), a first gear (6) and two third bearings (22), the axis of the power cylinder (19) is parallel to the axis of the screening cylinder (15), the power cylinder (19) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the top of the main body (4), the filter screen (18) is fixedly and hermetically connected with the inner wall of one end, far away from the second gear (7), of the power cylinder (19), the fan blades (20) are arranged inside one end, close to the second gear (7), of the power cylinder (19), the first driving shaft (5) is coaxially arranged with the power cylinder (19), one end of the first driving shaft (5) is connected with the inner wall of the power cylinder (19) through the third bearings (22), the other end of the first driving shaft (5) is connected with the main body (4) through the third bearings (22), one end of the first driving shaft (5) is fixedly connected with the fan blades (20), the other end of the first driving shaft (5) is fixedly connected with the first gear (6), and the first gear (6) is meshed with the second gear (7).

The environment-friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main body (4) is provided with a control box, the control box is internally provided with a PLC, the control box is provided with a display screen and at least two control keys, and the display screen and each control key are electrically connected with the PLC.

The environment-friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding assembly comprises a hopper (2), a feeding pipe (1) and a sealing pipe (13), the sealing pipe (13) is installed at one end of one of the rollers (14) far away from the screening drum (15), the hopper (2) is fixedly connected with the top end of the main body (4), one end of the feeding pipe (1) is communicated with the hopper (2), the other end of the feeding pipe (1) penetrates through the sealing pipe (13), and the other end of the feeding pipe (1) is connected with the sealing pipe (13) in a sliding and sealing manner.

The environment-friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a motor (11), a fourth gear (9) and a fifth gear (10), the motor (11) is fixedly connected with the main body (4), the motor (11) is in transmission connection with the fourth gear (9) and the second gear (7), the fourth gear (9) is meshed with the second gear (7), and the fifth gear (10) is meshed with the third gear (8).
5. The environmentally friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein a manhole (12) is provided at one side of the power drum (19).
6. The environment-friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material for manufacturing the filter screen (18) is stainless steel.
7. The environment-friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the main body (4) is coated with an anticorrosive coating.
8. The environment-friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 4, wherein the number of teeth of the fifth gear (10) is greater than that of the third gear (8), and the number of teeth of the second gear (7) is greater than that of the fourth gear (9).
9. The environmentally friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 4, wherein the motor (11) is a servo motor.
10. The environment-friendly fertilizer crusher with good crushing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein sealing rings are arranged on the two rollers (14), and the rollers (14) are connected with the inner wall of the main body (4) in a sealing way through the sealing rings.
