(5) Mixing the liquor A, liquor B and liquor C, and concentrating to 1/3 of the total volume of the mixture to obtain the medicated liquor.

(2) Soaking the mixture obtained in the step (1) in 55-degree white spirit according to the mass ratio of 1:15, sealing for 8 days, and filtering to obtain liquor A and herb residue A.

(2) Soaking the mixture obtained in the step (1) in 55-degree white spirit according to the mass ratio of 1:15, sealing for 8 days, and filtering to obtain liquor A and herb residue A.
(3) Grinding the medicine residue A obtained in the step (2), soaking the medicine residue A in 55-degree white spirit according to the mass ratio of 1:10, sealing for 5 days, and filtering to obtain a wine liquid B and medicine residue B.
(4) Dispersing the residue B obtained in (3) in 2 times of water, and treating at 140 deg.C under 1.5MPa for 60 min. Soaking the processed product in 55 ° Chinese liquor at a mass ratio of 1:6, sealing for 3 days, and filtering to obtain liquor C and residue C.
(5) Mixing the liquor A, liquor B and liquor C, and concentrating to 1/3 of the total volume of the mixture to obtain the medicated liquor.
Example 4
This example provides a medicated wine for treating rheumatoid arthritis, made according to the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials in proportion: 10 parts of angelica tail, 10 parts of red paeony root, 10 parts of cassia twig, 6 parts of safflower, 10 parts of calcined pyrite, 10 parts of peach kernel, 8 parts of ground beetle, 10 parts of achyranthes root, 10 parts of rhubarb, 5 parts of frankincense, 5 parts of myrrh and 10 parts of radix rehmanniae. Cutting the raw materials respectively and mixing to obtain a mixture.
(2) And (3) carrying out water bath on 55-degree white spirit at 80 ℃ for 40min, and then soaking the mixture obtained in the step (1) in a mass ratio of 1: 15. Sealing at room temperature for 8 days, and filtering to obtain liquor A and residue A.

The present comparative example provides a medicated wine for treating rheumatoid arthritis, prepared according to the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials in proportion: 10 parts of angelica tail, 10 parts of red paeony root, 10 parts of cassia twig, 6 parts of safflower, 10 parts of calcined pyrite, 10 parts of peach kernel, 8 parts of ground beetle, 10 parts of achyranthes root, 10 parts of rhubarb, 5 parts of frankincense, 5 parts of myrrh and 10 parts of radix rehmanniae. Cutting the raw materials respectively and mixing to obtain a mixture.
(2) Soaking the mixture obtained in the step (1) in 55-degree white spirit according to the mass ratio of 1:15, sealing for 8 days, and filtering to obtain liquor A and herb residue A.
(3) Grinding the medicine residue A obtained in the step (2), soaking the medicine residue A in 55-degree white spirit according to the mass ratio of 1:10, sealing for 5 days, and filtering to obtain a wine liquid B and medicine residue B.

90 rheumatoid arthritis patients aged 40-70 years were selected and had comparable degrees of disease. wherein the radix Achyranthis is root of Callicarpa Longissima of Acanthaceae.

The medicated wine according to claim 1, wherein the angelica tails account for 9-11 parts, the red peony roots account for 9-11 parts, the cassia twig accounts for 9-11 parts, the safflower accounts for 5-7 parts, the calcined native copper accounts for 9-11 parts, the peach kernels account for 9-11 parts, the ground beeltles account for 7-9 parts, the achyranthes bidentata accounts for 9-11 parts, the rheum officinale accounts for 9-11 parts, the frankincense accounts for 4-6 parts, the myrrh accounts for 4-6 parts, and the radix rehmanniae accounts for 9-11 parts.

The medicated wine of claim 1, wherein the radix Angelicae sinensis is 10 parts, the radix Paeoniae Rubra is 10 parts, the ramulus Cinnamomi is 10 parts, the flos Carthami is 6 parts, the calcined Pyritum is 10 parts, the semen Persicae is 10 parts, the Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga is 8 parts, the calculus bovis is 10 parts, the herba Sarcandrae is 10 parts, the Olibanum is 5 parts, the Myrrha is 5 parts, and the radix rehmanniae is 10 parts.
