本发明的具体方案是：一种三维牵颈椎引椅,其特征在于：具有形L座体，L形座体上设有调节支撑杆，调节支撑杆上铰接有连杆，连杆的一端连接有吊环，另一端与吊绳一端连接，吊绳的另一端连接有配重。
本发明中所述床架底部设有移动滚轮。
本发明结构设计简单，操作方便，能达到上、下移动牵引、旋转牵引和左右侧摆牵引，使用效果好，具有很好的实际使用及推广价值。

使用时，将牵引带安装有吊环上，患者佩带牵引带，根据治疗要求进行上、下移动牵引、旋转牵引和左右侧摆牵引。
