The guide groove 3113 may be a long groove, or may form a "W" shaped groove together with the positioning groove 3112, and the "W" shaped groove is not limited herein as long as the positioning column 3143 can slide into the positioning groove 3112, and the two clamping arms 3122 can extend out of the accommodating groove 3111 to be separated from the limiting portion 322, wherein the "W" shaped groove can prevent the positioning column 3143 from slipping, so as to cause the automatic ejection of the movable lid 21, and improve the reliability of the movable lid 21 after being covered.
Further, in connection with the above-described embodiment, the closing and opening process of the movable lid portion 21 is briefly described:
when the movable cover portion 21 is closed, the movable cover portion 21 is pressed downward, when the movable cover portion 21 is close to a flat state, the second locking member 32 on the movable cover portion 21 is generally in a laterally extended state, the limiting portion 322 and a part of the connecting portion 321 of the second locking member 32 are laterally inserted between the two clamping arms 3122 of the first locking member 31, when the movable cover portion 21 is continuously pressed downward, the movable cover portion 21 transmits a pushing force to the gripper body 3121 of the first locking member 31 through the connecting portion 321 and the limiting portion 322, so that the gripper body 3121 slides backward and drives the two clamping arms 3122 to enter the accommodating groove 3111 along with the gripper body 3121, and the two clamping arms 3122 are pressed by the groove walls of the accommodating groove 3111 to be relatively close; meanwhile, the clamping arm body 3121 transmits pressure to the elastic member 313 through the rotating shaft 3142, so that the elastic member 313 is compressed in the lateral direction, the positioning post 3143 of the connecting rod 3141 is limited in the guide groove 3113, the connecting rod 3141 can swing around the rotating shaft 3142 when moving backwards and drive the positioning post 3143 to slide in the guide groove 3113, when the positioning post 3143 slides into the positioning groove 3112 and the pressure transmitted on the movable cover 21 disappears, the positioning post 3143 is in the first sliding position and limited in the positioning groove 3112, the elastic thrust generated by the elastic member 313 cannot make the positioning post 3143 move upwards, at this time, the two clamping arms 3122 press the limiting portion 322 of the second locking member 32 tightly under the groove wall of the accommodating groove 3111, and at this time, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are switched from the unlocking state to the locking state. Since the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are locked, the movable lid 21 is restricted from bouncing upwards under the action of the elastic restoring member, so that the movable lid 21 can be reliably covered on the kettle body 10.
When the movable cover portion 21 needs to be opened, the movable cover portion 21 is pressed downward, at this time, the movable cover portion 21 transmits a pushing force to the gripper body 3121 of the first locking member 31 through the connecting portion 321 and the limiting portion 322, so that the gripper body 3121 continues to slide backward, and the elastic member 313 continues to be compressed in the transverse direction, at the same time, the gripper body 3121 drives the link 3141 and the positioning post 3143 to move a small distance toward the left back or the right back of the positioning groove 3112, the elastic member 313 continues to be compressed, when the pressure applied to the movable cover portion 21 disappears, a reverse pushing force generated by the elastic member 313 recovering the deformation acts on the rotating shaft 3142 of the positioning member 314, the positioning post 3143 of the positioning member 314 slides in the guiding groove 3113 and disengages from the positioning groove 3112, at this time, under the elastic pushing force of the elastic member 313, the positioning post 3143 of the positioning member 314 slides in the guiding groove 3113 to the second sliding position, and pushes the gripper body 3122 on the front so that the two holding grooves 3121 on the, and the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are separated from the limiting portion 322 of the second locking member 32 to realize unlocking, and at this time, the locking state is switched to the unlocking state between the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32. Since both the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are unlocked, the movable lid portion 21 is sprung upward by the elastic restoring member, that is, the movable lid portion 21 is opened.
It should be noted that, the elastic member 313 is compressed in the transverse direction, which is along the notch direction of the receiving groove 3111, and is compressed in the direction away from the second locking member 32. Optionally, the elastic member 313 is a spring.
Referring to fig. 10, in order to prevent the first locking member 31 from being exposed to the side wall of the fixed cover 22 too much, in the embodiment, the side wall of the fixed cover 22 is provided with a mounting groove 2223, the first locking member 31 is fixed in the mounting groove 2223 and abuts against the bottom of the mounting groove 2223, and when the movable gripper 312 is in the initial state, the movable gripper 312 is partially exposed out of the mounting groove 2223. In this embodiment, the first locking member 31 can be accommodated in the mounting groove 2223 by providing the mounting groove 2223, so that the first locking member 31 is prevented from being exposed to the outside of the side wall of the fixing cover 22 to affect the appearance. In addition, the installation groove 2223 can also play a certain heat insulation role, and the direct heat transmission to the installation seat 311 is reduced. In addition, since the mounting seat 311 is abutted against the bottom of the mounting groove 2223, when the second locking member 32 presses the movable clamping jaw 312 backward and the elastic member 313 is compressed to press the mounting seat 311, the mounting seat 311 can be prevented from moving backward, which is equivalent to the mounting groove 2223 capable of limiting the mounting seat 311 to move back and forth, so that the movement and expansion of the elastic member 313 can be ensured to be more stable, and the elastic member 313 can be prevented from tripping. Alternatively, the bottom of the mounting groove 2223 may be formed with a stopper rib that can abut against the rear portion of the mounting seat 311 of the door latch switch to prevent the moving wire of the door latch switch from being separated from the rear portion.
Further, a limiting rib 2224 is arranged on a side groove wall of the mounting groove 2223 and near the notch, a limiting groove 3114 (as shown in fig. 5) is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the first locking member 31, i.e., the mounting seat 311, and the limiting rib 2224 is adapted to the limiting groove 3114 for insertion. Specifically, the limiting rib 2224 extends along the notch of the mounting groove 2223 to form a ring shape, two protrusions are arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the mounting seat 311 at intervals along the transverse direction, a limiting groove 3114 is formed between the two protrusions, one of the protrusions abuts against the outer side surface of the limiting rib 2224, and the other protrusion abuts against the inner side surface of the limiting rib 2224, so that the mounting seat 311 is limited from moving in the inner and outer directions relative to the mounting groove 2223. The shape of the bulge can be annular, or the bulge is formed by a plurality of discontinuously arranged lugs. In this embodiment, the mounting groove 2223 may be substantially rectangular and may have an opening facing downward, and since the mounting groove 2223 further has three side groove walls, the position-limiting rib 2224 is connected to the three side groove walls, and the side groove walls function as reinforcing ribs, thereby preventing the position-limiting rib 2224 from being deformed due to heat.

In other embodiments, the second locking member 32 is a metal member and is injection molded with the movable lid 21. In still other embodiments, the second locking member 32 is welded to the movable lid portion 21. In other embodiments, the second locking member 32 is detachably connected to the movable lid 21, such as by a screw connection or a snap connection.

Alternatively, the heat insulating structure is provided at the bottom wall of the fixed cover portion 22.
In some embodiments, the insulation structure is an insulation cavity 511, and the insulation cavity 511 can reduce the flow of air, thereby reducing the transfer of heat, and achieving the insulation effect. Optionally, the insulating chamber 511 is located on the outer surface of the chamber bottom of the installation chamber 223. The heat insulation coating can effectively reflect heat and has better heat insulation effect. Alternatively, the thickness of the thermal barrier coating is 10 μm to 100 μm, for example, the thickness of the thermal barrier coating is 10 μm, 20 μm, 55 μm, or 100 μm, and the like, and by using the thermal barrier coating with the thickness, a good thermal barrier effect can be achieved. Of course, the thickness of the thermal barrier coating is not limited to the above range, and can be set according to specific requirements.
Further, an insulation material is installed at the bottom of the installation cavity 223, the insulation material is additionally installed on the pot lid 20 or the pot body 10, and the insulation material itself has an insulation effect, for example, the insulation material is insulation cotton, asbestos, or a foaming material. Through setting up thermal insulation material, can play certain thermal-insulated effect to the chamber bottom of installation cavity 223, and then reduce in the heat gets into installation cavity 223, consequently can reduce the temperature around the apparent accuse subassembly 40, reach the mesh of avoiding apparent accuse subassembly 40 work to become invalid. Optionally, the display and control assembly 40 is disposed on the pot lid 20, and the display and control assembly 40 is electrically connected to the power board assembly 16 and the sensor 70 respectively, so as to receive and display the parameters detected by the sensor 70.
In the invention, because the sensor 70 and the power board assembly 16 are both arranged on the pot body 10 or the pot lid 20, and the display control assembly 40 is arranged on the pot lid 20, even if more sensors 70 are arranged on the pot body 10, signals do not need to be transmitted through the connector 61 on the base 60 between the sensor 70 and the power board assembly 16, between the display control assembly 40 and the sensor 70, and between the display control assembly 40 and the power board assembly 16, the connector 61 arranged on the base 60 only needs to be electrically connected with the power board assembly 16, the connector 61 transmits the electric signals to the power board assembly 16, and then the power board assembly 16 supplies power to the sensor 70 and the display control assembly 40 and transmits other signals, so that the signal transmission between the pot body 10 and the base 60 can be better realized, and the signal transmission between the pot body 10 and the base 60 is not influenced by the number of electronic elements such as the sensor 70, the rapid transmission of various signals can be realized, and the complexity of the connector 61 is reduced.
In this embodiment, the power board assembly 16 and the display and control assembly 40, and the power board assembly 16 and the sensor 70 are electrically connected through different connecting wires 14, and a wire fixing clip is further disposed in the kettle body 10, and the connecting wires 14 are fixed on the kettle body 10 by the wire fixing clip. Through setting up the solidus clamp, can be fixed connecting wire 14, avoid in the kettle body 10 because the circuit is too much and mutual interference, also can make many connecting wire 14 arrange more neatly simultaneously, still can avoid connecting wire 14 and kettle body 10 in some comparatively sharp position contact in and lead to being cut off in addition. In this embodiment, the wire fixing clip is fixed to the housing 12, so that the connecting wires 14 can be routed along the side wall or the bottom wall of the housing 12, and the flat cable is more orderly.
In this embodiment, the power board assembly 16 and the sensor 70 are both disposed at the bottom of the kettle body 10, so that the distance between the power board assembly 16 and the sensor 70 is shorter, and the connecting wires 14 between the two are shorter; meanwhile, the bottom space of the kettle body 10 is larger, which is more beneficial to the arrangement of the sensor 70 and the power panel component 16. Of course, the power board assembly 16 and the sensor 70 may be provided on the side wall of the kettle body 10. In order to realize better connection, the power panel assembly 16 and the fixed cover 22 are both arranged close to the same side of the kettle body 10, and the display control assembly 40 is arranged on the fixed cover 22, namely, the display control assembly 40 and the power panel assembly 16 are positioned on the same side of the kettle body 10, so that the distance between the power panel assembly 16 and the display control assembly 40 is shorter, the connecting lead 14 between the power panel assembly and the display control assembly is shorter, and the connecting lead 14 between the power panel assembly and the display control assembly is arranged along the side wall of the kettle body 10, so that other parts at the bottom of the kettle body 10 can be avoided, and the routing between the power panel assembly 16 and the display control assembly 40 is more.

Of course, in other embodiments, the display control assembly 40 and the sensor 70 may be connected by wires.
In one embodiment, the liquid heating vessel includes a plurality of sensors 70, the plurality of sensors 70 includes a temperature sensor 70, a TDS sensor 70, a pH sensor 70, a salinity sensor 70, or a gravity sensor 70, and the temperature sensor 70, the TDS sensor 70, the pH sensor 70, the salinity sensor 70, or the gravity sensor 70 are each electrically connected to the display control assembly 40. Or in other embodiments, the sensor 70 is a combi sensor 70, the combi sensor 70 having a variety of sensing units including a temperature sensing unit, a TDS sensing unit, a PH sensing unit, a salinity sensing unit, or a gravity sensing unit.
Referring to fig. 23 to 29 in combination, specifically, the TDS sensor 70 includes a TDS probe 72 disposed on the mounting portion 71, the TDS probe 72 includes a conductive housing 721 having a fixed cavity; the temperature sensor 73 is disposed in the fixing chamber, and a nonconductive layer 75 is disposed between the temperature sensor 73 and the conductive casing 721.
Since the conductivity of the water will also increase when the temperature increases, and if the influence of the temperature on the conductivity of the water is not considered, the deviation of the detection result of the TDS sensor 70 will be large, a function Y ═ f (x) related to the temperature can be prestored on the electronic control board for adjustment, wherein x is the temperature, and the temperature of the water detected by the temperature sensor 73 provides a temperature reference for the TDS sensor 70 by electrically connecting the temperature sensor 73 with the electronic control board, so that the TDS value of the water can be corrected, and the TDS value is kept not to change drastically along with the change of the temperature, thereby improving the accuracy of the detection result. Because the housing of the TDS probe 72 containing the temperature sensor 73 is the conductive housing 721, the conductive housing 721 has good heat conductivity, and can transfer the water temperature in the kettle body 10 to the temperature sensor 73, thereby ensuring that the temperature sensor 73 can well measure the temperature in the kettle body 10. In addition, since the non-conductive layer 75 is filled between the conductive housing 721 and the temperature sensor 73, it is possible to avoid an error in the electrical conductivity measured by the TDS probe 72 due to the influence of the temperature sensor 73 on the conductive housing 721.
Optionally, the interval is equipped with two TDS probes 72 on the assembly part 71, is equipped with temperature sensor 73 in one of them TDS probe 72, through setting up two TDS probes 72 on one of them assembly part 71, integrates the degree height, can prevent that one of them TDS probe 72 from losing, also does benefit to TDS sensor 70's equipment simultaneously. The conductivity is different with the electrolyte in the water, so that the total dissolved solid quantity in the water can be judged according to the conductivity, and the water quality can be known.
In this embodiment, the temperature sensor 73 is disposed off the center of the conductive shell 721, specifically, the temperature sensor 73 is disposed near a sidewall of the conductive shell 721, so that the distance between the temperature sensor 73 and the water in the kettle body 10 can be shortened, which is more beneficial to heat transfer. Alternatively, the temperature sensor 73 is a thermistor, and the thermistor has an elongated shape and extends along this side wall of the conductive housing 721.
Optionally, the non-conductive layer 75 is a resin filled between the conductive housing 721 and the temperature sensor 73, such as an epoxy resin, and by filling the resin, the conductive housing 721 and the thermistor can be isolated to perform an insulating function, and the temperature sensor 73 can be fixed to prevent the temperature sensor 73 from shaking in the conductive housing 721.
