The following examples are given by way of illustration of embodiments of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Unless otherwise specified, materials and equipment used in the following examples are commercially available products.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the system for regulating the internal environment of the medical protective clothing comprises a full-protection medical mask 2, a nursing device 3, a temperature and humidity regulating device 4 and an emergency treatment device 5 which are arranged on a protective clothing body. The whole material is made of medical-grade liquid silica gel, skin-friendly fabric, medical plastic and the like, and the material and the like of the whole material completely meet the medical standard sanitary material requirements of China.
As shown in fig. 3, the full-protection medical mask comprises a mask body 6 which can cover at least eyes, nose and mouth of a human body, a hood 7 for fixing the mask body and a fixing adjusting belt 8; the mask body is provided with goggles 9, and a glasses wearing space is arranged between the goggles and the eyes of a human body; the nasal cavity two-side barrier strips 10 are arranged below the goggles on the mask body. The full-protection medical mask structure conforms to the human body facial curve engineering principle, so that the whole facial contour is in the comprehensive protection of the mask. The main material is made of medical silica gel transparent material and is molded by one-step molding, the facial contour structure is optimized, and the antibacterial and antifogging effects are achieved. The eye position design makes the visual field wider, and the mask and the eyes reserve sufficient space so as to be convenient for the myopia people to wear the glasses for use; a flexible barrier strip is attached from the two sides of the bridge of the nose to the inner side of the auricle front position, so that the flexible barrier strip plays a role in flexible support and avoids skin indentation and pressure sore; the barrier strip has barrier property to the heat gas volatilized from the oral cavity and the nasal cavity, thereby avoiding the blurring of the visual field of the eyes and being convenient for medical care and treatment; the barrier strips or the air bags are used at the periphery, the skin is more tightly and comfortably attached, the invasion of external harmful substances can be effectively blocked, and the exchange of internal and external air is carried out through the micropores so as to keep the humidity balance of the facial environment. The respiratory filter valve device is designed at the position of the nostril, the replaceable advanced respirator filter element is arranged in the valve body, and the respirator filter element part not only has the functions of filtering air and germs, but also has the functions of adjusting the internal environment humidity and conducting sound, thereby facilitating the smooth communication of medical care and doctors and patients.
The full-protection medical mask is specially developed for a front-line medical worker, is transparent in design, comfortable to wear and fit, clear and wide in visual field, and convenient for flexible operation of diagnosis and treatment work, consultation communication among doctors and patients, and due to the selection of the silica gel material, the protection level is enhanced, the defect of short wearing time of a non-woven fabric mask is overcome, and the non-woven fabric mask is longer in effective wearing time and safer. Because the whole facial contour of the wearer is fully displayed in the relevant environments of severe ICU and the like, the communication between doctors and patients is more intimate and smooth, the device has a great psychological comfort effect on the patients who are independently isolated from the disease area, effectively relieves the mental depression feeling and fear of the patients, and has great auxiliary effects on the aspects of disease rehabilitation, psychological rehabilitation, confidence enhancement, the cooperation degree of the doctors and the patients and the like.
The disposable mask in the prior art is short in wearing time and is replaced within about 4 hours, and compared with a large number of disposable masks used by the general public, the disposable mask is good in quality and causes certain environmental pollution after replacement. As shown in figure 6, the feeding device comprises a water supply bag body 16 which is detachably connected with the body of the wearing clothes in the protective clothing through a bag body fixing buckle 17, a water outlet at the lower part of the water supply bag body is connected with a supply interface 19 arranged in the mask body through a supply pipeline 18, as shown in figure 7, the supply interface is connected with a mouthpiece suction head 20 through the supply pipeline, a valve 21 is arranged in the mouthpiece suction head, and the valve acts as a one-way valve, so that liquid can only flow from one direction to the other direction and cannot overflow. The mouth-biting suction head is arranged in the mask body and close to the mouth of a human body. The feeding device is made of food-grade plastics, is extrusion-resistant and is supported by certain plasticity. The amount of the nutrient solution is selected or prepared according to the individual drinking habit. The drinking water pipeline has certain hardness support, the tail end of the drinking water pipeline is designed into a ring shape, and the drinking water pipeline can be detached from two sides of the suction nozzle and is connected with the inside and the outside of the supply interface of the protective mask; the suction nozzle is designed as a valve, and is beneficial to the use of medical personnel. The port of the supply interface is detachably connected with the supply pipeline, as shown in fig. 8, the port of the supply interface 19 is detachably provided with an interface antibacterial cotton protective cap 22, and medical alcohol cotton for disinfection is arranged in the interface antibacterial cotton protective cap; when the adjusting system is used for civil use, the port of the supply interface is sealed by an interface antibacterial cotton protective cap; when the connector is used for medical purposes, the antibacterial cotton protective cap of the connector is detached, and the port of the supply connector is connected with a supply pipeline, so that water or energy drinks can be supplied to medical staff.
Example 3
An environment regulating system in a medical protective garment comprises a full-protection medical mask, a feeding device, a temperature and humidity regulating device and an emergency disposal device. The temperature and humidity adjusting device comprises a lithium battery, a controller, and a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a micro fan and a dehumidifier which are arranged in the protective clothing body, wherein the controller, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor, the micro fan and the dehumidifier are all electrically connected with the lithium battery; as shown in fig. 9, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor, the micro fan and the dehumidifier are electrically connected to the controller, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor send the detected temperature and humidity signals inside the protective clothing body to the controller, and the controller controls the micro fan and the dehumidifier to be switched on and off according to the received temperature and humidity signals, so that the temperature and humidity environment inside the protective clothing body can be adjusted. The temperature and humidity adjusting device is a small portable reusable electronic device specially customized for medical care personnel at epidemic prevention front-line, is designed integrally, the safety of equipment and a battery module completely meets the related production and manufacturing requirements, the volume and the quality meet the medical care working environment and the convenience of working and carrying, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are arranged in the temperature and humidity adjusting device, the internal environment parameters are detected in real time, and the controller automatically controls the working start and stop according to a set value; the dehumidifier can reach fine drying purpose, through adjusting the environmental humidity in the protective clothing to improve medical personnel's body surface comfort level, avoid the damp and hot sense of suffocating, create better internal environment theory of operation for medical personnel. The device design is light and handy, and the little time of endurance of noise is long, and the configuration lithium electricity is safe high-efficient, is full of the electricity and can be interrupted the time of endurance and can satisfy the nursing demand of diagnosing.

An environment regulating system in a medical protective garment comprises a full-protection medical mask, a feeding device, a temperature and humidity regulating device and an emergency disposal device. As shown in fig. 10, the emergency disposal device comprises a urine collector 23 arranged at the crotch of the wearing article body in the protective clothing, wherein an outlet at the bottom of the urine collector is connected with an inlet of a waste liquid bag 25 through a waste liquid pipeline 24, and a drain valve 26 is arranged at the bottom of the waste liquid bag; the urine collector is also provided with a flushing port 27 which is connected with an outlet of a flushing bag 29 through a flushing pipeline 28, and the flushing pipeline is provided with a pressing flushing valve 30. The waste liquid bag and the flushing bag are detachably connected with the body of the protective clothing inner wearing article through the bag body fixing buckle, and are arranged outside the protective clothing body. The liquid conduit line 31 of the dehumidifier is connected to the waste liquid bag of the emergency disposal apparatus.
