When the conveying device 2 works, the speed reducing motor 23 drives the chain 28 to rotate, so as to drive the mask positioning assemblies 29 to rotate, the mask body is sleeved on the positioning portion 291, and the fixing rope is arranged below the convex column 292 and located in the annular groove.

As shown in fig. 4, the fixed rope guiding device 3 includes a connecting plate 31, a sprocket set 32, a chain belt 33, a guiding assembly 34, a driving motor 35 and a guiding rod 36; the connecting plate 31 is arranged on the frame, a bearing is arranged on the connecting plate 31, and the chain wheel set 32 is connected in the bearing; the driving motor 35 is installed on the frame, and the output shaft of the driving motor 35 is connected with the chain wheel set 32; the chain belt 33 is wound on the chain wheel set 32, connecting lugs are arranged on the chain belt 33, the guide assemblies 34 are arranged on the connecting lugs, and a plurality of groups of the guide assemblies 34 are uniformly distributed; the guide rods 36 are installed on the frame, the guide rods 36 are located below the guide assembly 34, two groups of guide rods 36 are symmetrically arranged, two ends of each guide rod 36 are inclined downwards, and transition inclined planes are arranged on the inner sides of two ends of each guide rod 36; adjusting bolts are arranged on the side of the connecting plate 31 and used for adjusting the position of the connecting plate 31, adjusting the position of the chain wheel set 32 and tensioning the chain belt 33.

When the fixed rope guiding device 3 works, the driving motor 35 drives the chain belt 33 to rotate, so that the guiding assembly 34 is rotated, and when the guiding assembly 34 approaches the guiding rod 36, the ball 344 is firstly contacted with the inclined part of the guiding rod 36, and meanwhile, the moving pin 345 is contacted with the transition inclined surface of the guiding rod 36; the moving pin 345 is moved inward, the moving plate 343 is raised upward, the ball 344 reaches the horizontal portion of the guide bar 36 and is stabilized, and the moving pin 345 moves in and out to raise the horizontal fixed rope.
The fixed rope guiding device 3 solves the problems of difficult rope loading and inaccurate fixed rope connection of the fixed rope, and the guide rod 36 with a specific shape is arranged to drive the movement of the movable pin 345, so that the fixed rope is guided to be lifted without a complex driving mechanism, and the rope loading action is simple and efficient; the rope loading action is completed and then the rope loading device moves through the transmission of the chain belt, the shape of the fixed rope can be well kept, the rope is fixed and cut in the moving process, and the fixing accuracy is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the fixing rope installation device 5 includes a second support plate 51, a riveting cylinder 52, a riveting head 53, a guide seat 54 and an iron nail charging barrel 55; the riveting cylinder 52 is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the second support plate 51, the riveting head 53 is arranged at the telescopic end of the riveting cylinder 52, the riveting head 53 is matched in the guide seat 54, and the guide seat 54 is arranged on the second support plate 51; the iron nail charging barrel 55 is arranged on the guide seat 54, and a groove-shaped blanking hole is formed in the iron nail charging barrel 55.
When the fixing rope mounting device 5 works, the riveting cylinder 52 drives the riveting head 53 to extend out, the iron nails at the bottom of the iron nail charging barrel 55 are pushed to be removed, and the iron nails are buckled on the cover body, so that the fixing rope is clamped on the iron nails.
The cutting device 6 comprises a third support plate 61, a cutting cylinder 62 and a cutter 63; the third support plate 61 is fixedly arranged on the frame, the cutting cylinder 62 is horizontally arranged at the top of the third support plate 61, the cutters 63 are arranged in two pieces, and the cutters 63 are arranged on the telescopic ends of the cutting cylinder 62.
When the cutting device 6 works, the cutting cylinder 62 drives the cutters 63 to remove, and the two cutters cut the fixing ropes at the lower ends of the fixing parts to cut off redundant fixing ropes.
A production process of a medical mask sequentially comprises the following steps of:
feeding: the carrying manipulator places the prefabricated cover body on the mask positioning assembly 29, and the fixing rope passes through the feeding guide seat 24 and then is wound in the annular groove of the convex column 292;
(II) rope loading: the driving motor 35 drives the chain belt 33 to rotate, so that the guiding component 34 is rotated, and when the guiding component 34 approaches the guiding rod 36, the balls 344 are firstly contacted with the inclined part of the guiding rod 36, and meanwhile, the moving pin 345 is contacted with the transition inclined surface of the guiding rod 36; the moving pin 345 moves inwards, the moving plate 343 is lifted upwards, the ball 344 reaches the horizontal part of the guide rod 36 and is stable, and the horizontal fixed rope is lifted by the deep and lifting actions of the moving pin 345, so that the rope loading is completed;
(III) riveting: the riveting cylinder 52 drives the riveting head 53 to extend out, the iron nails at the bottom of the iron nail charging barrel 55 are pushed to be removed, and the iron nails are buckled on the cover body, so that the fixing rope is clamped on the iron nails;
(IV) cutting: the cutting cylinder 62 drives the cutters 63 to remove, the two cutters cut the fixing ropes at the lower ends of the fixing positions, and redundant fixing ropes are cut off;
(V) blanking: and the conveying manipulator conveys the finished mask product filled with the fixing rope.
