Abstract

本发明公开了一种烟粉虱高效引诱剂及其制备方法和应用。烟粉虱高效引诱剂包括顺‑3‑己烯乙酸酯和顺‑3‑己烯醛,二者的质量比为质量比为(9.5‑6):(0.5~4),优选为9:1。本发明的烟粉虱引诱剂制备简单,原料易得;专一性强,诱捕效果好;对人畜无害,环境友好;抗逆性强,使用方便,可准确应用于烟粉虱虫情测报、干扰交配、大量诱捕,对于综合治理烟粉虱具有重要意义。

一种烟粉虱高效引诱剂及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于昆虫信息素制备技术领域,具体涉及烟粉虱引诱剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)属于同翅目,粉虱科,是世界上危害最大的入侵物种之一,在入侵过程中对中国以及其他多个国家和地区的许多农作物造成毁灭性危害。对不同的植物表现出不同的危害症状,叶菜类如甘蓝、花椰菜受害叶片萎缩、黄化、枯萎;根菜类如萝卜受害表现为颜色白化、无味、重量减轻;果菜类如番茄受害,果实不均匀成熟。烟粉虱在我国温带地区露地每年可发生4~6代,繁殖能力强,单虫可产卵30~300粒,田间发生世代重叠极为严重,防治难度较大。传统多采用清理温室或棚室内、选用无虫苗等农业防治方法;利用烟粉虱趋橙黄色性进行诱捕的物理防治方法;利用丽蚜小蜂(Encarsiaformosa)等烟粉虱天敌的生物防治方法;尤其偏爱于化学农药防治。但大量的化学农药使用,不仅会使害虫产生抗药性,同时会对人类和环境的安全构成威胁。
昆虫信息素引诱剂作为一种新型绿色防控技术,已广泛的应用在害虫的虫情监测、大量诱捕和干扰交配等方面。利用化学信息素调控昆虫行为,不仅用量少、使用方便,同时还表现出专一性强、环境友好。掌握烟粉虱引诱剂的组分及使用比例,可准确用于烟粉虱虫情测报、干扰交配、大量诱捕,达到综合治理烟粉虱的理想效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种烟粉虱高效引诱剂,以提高综合治理烟粉虱的效果。
本发明提供了一种烟粉虱高效引诱剂,包括顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛。
可行地,所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂中顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛的质量比为(9.5-6):(0.5~4)。
较好地,所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂中顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛的质量比为(9.5-8.5):(0.5~1.5)。
优选地,所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂中顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛的质量比为9:1。
本发明还提供了一种烟粉虱高效引诱剂诱芯的制备方法,将所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂的正己烷溶液滴加到诱芯(反式橡胶头)上,待正己烷溶液挥发后,再将正己烷滴加到该诱芯上,待正己烷挥发后即制得含有烟粉虱高效引诱剂的诱芯。将诱芯装入铝箔内密封,放入-20℃下冷藏以备使用。
本发明还提供了烟粉虱高效引诱剂在烟粉虱生物防治方面的应用。
可选的,将含有所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂制成诱芯,将放有诱芯的诱捕器悬挂于发生或可能发生烟粉虱的区域,用于烟粉虱的虫情监测和大量诱捕优选地,所述诱捕器为三角型诱捕器。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的烟粉虱高效引诱剂制备简单,原料易得;具有很强的诱捕能力,持效期长,防治效果可维持30天以上;专一性强,不会使烟粉虱产生抗性;对人畜无害,环境友好;抗逆性强,使用方便。本发明可准确应用于烟粉虱虫情测报、干扰交配、大量诱捕,对于综合烟粉虱具有重要意义。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1制备烟粉虱高效引诱剂诱芯
将含有烟粉虱引诱剂的正己烷溶液滴加到诱芯(反式橡胶头)上,待正己烷溶液挥发后,再将正己烷溶液滴加到该诱芯上,待正己烷完全挥发后,即制得含有烟粉虱引诱剂的诱芯,将制得的烟粉虱诱芯保存在-20℃的冰箱备用。
为了保证释放效果,每1mL的橡胶诱芯中置入1000μg烟粉虱引诱剂,为了进一步说明本实施的可行性,列出实验的部分配方以确定最佳的配方,如表1所示。

实施例2烟粉虱高效引诱剂诱捕烟粉虱
将实施例1中的烟粉虱高效引诱剂的诱芯装入三角型诱捕器。选择烟粉虱发生较为严重的地块,面积在20亩以上,每种配方设置诱芯离地面高度100cm左右,诱捕器之间的距离10m左右,随机放置上述烟粉虱高效引诱剂的三角型诱捕器,每个处理设立3个重复,3个含十头羽化3天尚未交配的活雌性烟粉虱作阳性对照,3个不含烟粉虱信息素的诱芯为空白对照。放置后隔两天调查一次诱捕到的烟粉虱数量,并随机更换诱捕位置,调查结果如表2所示。

由表2可知,本发明的烟粉虱高效引诱剂对烟粉虱有较好的诱捕效果。由差异显著性比较可知,顺-3-己烯乙酸酯(Z3-6:Ac)和顺-3-己烯醛(Z3-6:Ald)处理的诱捕量与对照组的诱捕量相比差异显著(P<0.05),说明顺-3-己烯乙酸酯(Z3-6:Ac)和顺-3-己烯醛(Z3-6:Ald)对烟粉虱具有很强的诱捕能力。配方3、4、5的诱捕量与其他比例的烟粉虱引诱剂配方对比差异显著,说明该浓度范围内的烟粉虱引诱剂含量对烟粉虱有较好的诱捕效果。其中配方4(顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛的质量比为9:1)诱捕效果最好。
以上公开的仅为本发明的一个具体实施例,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种烟粉虱高效引诱剂,其特征在于,包括顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟粉虱高效引诱剂,其特征在于,所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂中顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛的质量比为(9.5-6):( 0.5~4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟粉虱高效引诱剂,其特征在于,所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂中顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛的质量比为(9.5-8.5):( 0.5~1.5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烟粉虱高效引诱剂,其特征在于,所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂中顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和顺-3-己烯醛的质量比为9:1。
5.一种烟粉虱高效引诱剂诱芯的制备方法,其特征在于,将含有权利要求1-4任一项所述的烟粉虱高效引诱剂的正己烷溶液滴加到诱芯上,待正己烷溶液挥发后,再正己烷滴加到该诱芯上,待正己烷挥发后即制得含有烟粉虱高效引诱剂的诱芯。
6.权利要求1-4任一项所述的烟粉虱高效引诱剂在烟粉虱生物防治方面的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂在烟粉虱生物防治方面的应用,其特征在于,将含有所述烟粉虱高效引诱剂制成诱芯,将放有诱芯的诱捕器悬挂于发生或可能发生烟粉虱的区域,用于烟粉虱的虫情监测和大量诱捕。
